Have enjoyed this excellent find at a New England Costco.It's smooth, quite drinkable, and has an excellent caramel-y-noted finish on the palate (it says honey on tasting notes, but it rounds it out nicely).I'm not a "spice-bourbon" category guy. I prefer "rich" & "sweet" when applying the bourbon quadrant map.My brother-in-law, whom I'd classify as a Bourbon aficionado, and I did a blind taste test over Christmas.We compared Taconic Distillery's Dutchess County Reserve with Eagle Rare 10-year & Bardstown Fusion Series.Both of us, hands-down, chose Taconic in the blind test. That says it all to me. It's not about price but quality crafting from a producer/distiller.These folks are serious, next-level legit. I only hope it stays reasonable in price because in my book, this could easily develop a cult, viral following.Excellent job, Paul & team. We hope to enjoy this beautiful beverage for years to come.

Awesome local distillery with some great award winning whiskeys. Staff was friendly and helpful the whole time. The dog friendly tasting room was a huge plus for us.

Was out in the Catskill Area on vacation. Found this hidden Gem. A must stop if your in the area. Great place to taste some really good Bourbon. The wall they have of bourbons from all over is something to look at. Great experience!

Great place to wet your palate with fabulous selection of whiskey. My personal favorite was there Rye whiskey. If you are accompanied with non whiskey drinkers, they do have a selection of ciders and beers.

Good day from germany.My girlfriend brought me from her vacation your Double Barrel Maple Bourbon.The Bourbon has a great variety of wooden and vanille flavours, and i think some of the marple.Together combined in a with very smooth and tasting Bourbon.Ein sehr guter Bourbon.

Beautiful location and great booze. They have an awesome patio to enjoy a drink or tasting on, and the tasting room is relaxing as well. The staff are knowledgable about the products offered and I walked away knowing more about the process of making whiskey than when I came in. I don't have kids but it looked reasonably kid friendly and they allow dogs as well. After the tasting I was able to purchase a bottle in store which was great!

I really enjoy the work you do. Your bourbon was recommended to me at the liquor store in New Paltz and I was very happy with it. Had to get a friend to replenish my stock as I ran out quicker than I should have. Sure wish you could ship to Michigan...Just ordered your cool metal sign for my bar and was excited to find the bonus you added to the box. Than you!!!

I seriously recommend showing these people some serious love !!! Amazing place with awesome/ friendly staff. This place is top notch, haven't been to a better place in the lower hudson valley !!! Was taken back when we accidently broke a glass and the hostess rushed over to clean it, then brought us a new drink free of charge !!! If you enjoy Burbon and want an amazing friendly experience....visit this location, I promise you will not be disappointed!!! Say hello to snoopy while you're there 😊

I havent came to the locatiom, but I have now worked with the company. After going to a local store to buy the product, it was an obvious production mistake when the bottle was plastic sealed but no cork. I just informed the customer support about that and they offer a new bottle. Not only did they do that, they also sent a sample size of other ones. As a business owner myself, I truly respect and appreciate the customer service aspect you presented. Wish you guys all the best and you have a constant customer of your product going forward.
