Many items on sale, however, when you get them to the register, the staff tells you it's not on sale and the price is a "mistake". Even though I had verified with another staff member that the item was indeed that price. Rude too.

The parking lot is way too big. They probably did not need to clear all that area that they did. It brings a lot more traffic around too for supplies and so on. I liked it better when it wasn't here. But since it is here, it's an alright place to pick up things for your animals.

Great service with helpful employees! The cashier always has a cookie for my dog when I bring him in. I love the pet wash station as well! Such a great thing to have nearby.

One of the better examples of this franchise well stocked & people working there were helpful & present. Store was Clean. Not all TS even come close. Dog wash is no longer free it's 10$...so we skipped that till they get real...get my whole car washed for 15 & don't lift a finger lol! Corporate greed cracks me up

Beautiful store and incredibly helpful people. It's nice to see a store that catered specifically to the area. Their outdoor livestock section is top notch. And tons of pet supplies inside from food to beds.Update: The selection has gotten better in the even have the brand of grill pellets that I use.

Staff is helpful and they had what I was looking for. However, they now use mobile devices for check out and that only works when using a card. Very confusing for customers. Who's paying card? Who's paying cash? Gift card? Combo? Wait in line and someone gets ahead based on their form of payment. Or if someone's card doesn't work. Not much space by the registers so it's especially annoying.
