The ladies that work the deli are nasty ! I called tonight 11/7/23 around 415 maybe 420 and asked if I could order 3 roll sandwiches the lady speaking on the phone immediately had attitude I ordered 2 Italian sandwiches and I asked for American cheese she starts yelling saying they come with provolone cheese you want Italian they come with provolone cheese I said I'm sorry aren't they made fresh can I please have American cheese she huffs very loudly into the phone yup american cheese okay you could hear the attitude in her voice then she rudely tells me it's going to be 30 minutes because other people are first which is completely fine I don't mind waiting it's the way she was speaking to me. Then I go in the store to pick up the sandwiches and she throws them on the counter and doesn't say anything to me and just walks away this isn't the first time I've gone in and have attitude given to me from the people at the deli I work with people all day 40 plus hours a week I'm still friendly it's called customer service which they are definitely lacking in there!!!

This grocery store I found to be priced for convenience as I stopped here for a few items. The store is a bit dated and the floors are in need of repair. The fruit appeared fresh and staff were friendly.Only stopped here while passing thru

The store runs really good specials and sales. It's clean, well stocked, the staff is friendly and the prices are good for the area.While the store is outdated, I'm not buying the building or fixtures. Everything is clean and operational. This location is akin to a local hometown grocer than a supermarket. There are very modern Tops stores closer to Binghamton.

Typical rural/food-desert/low-income area price gouging going on here.The store is fairly clean and organized the staff working here are alright. However the prices are outrageous for the quality of food being offered. I've lived in large cities and expect high prices for food in those cities but not in a small rural market.$4.99 for a bag of seeping Dole iceberg lettuce? No thanks. I usually can find something to work with at a supermarket. There is nothing worth buying here.I recognize that I'm privileged enough to be able to drive to different stores and can afford to spend time looking for better food.The operators of this supermarket know that many people don't have this luxury so they offer subpar goods at high prices. This embodies everything wrong with our economic system today.

For quick things its ok but unless they have sales going on they are a bit more expensive then other places. They carry enough different kinds of foods for a quick shopping trip, but personally I try to stick to getting my food from other stores. 1 point off for the expense.

There is a large selection of beer available, which of course is the primary concern for an American supermarket.Never had a major problem shopping here, lovely selection of goods and pretty reasonable prices. Located on Main St next to the headwaters of the West Branch of the Delaware River.

Personally I find tops clean, well organized, and pretty well stocked. While some items are a bit higher priced than other stores such as Walmart, if you are choosy and take your time shopping you will find it very good bargains.

Fair selection of goods for a parochial market and nice atmosphere for shopping. The service friendly and courteous. (Not a great selection of West Indian groceries).

Not always my fave store but on my last visit there, Steve went out of his way to find the meat I had come in to purchase and was sold out at the meat counter. He searched it out, found some in back, and found me in line at the register, where he swapped out the product I had settled for for the one I reallyy wanted. His customer service made a huge difference in my opinion of Top's!! ☺

Cashier had me pack my groceries. I have worked in the supermarket before and when I was taught to run register part of being a cashier is packing and there was/is lack of it or even a"thank you" for packing.

Tops is convenient but overpriced on some items. I believe it's priced according to convenience. It's the only grocery store in town. What's that tell ya?
