When asking for a particular item so as to save myself a trip to Oneonta, one of the sales persons commented, "I don't know if we have that. We would have to go outside to check." After a few moments of no sign of going to check, I asked, "So, are you going to check if you have this or am I going shopping elsewhere?"Another many minutes went by, with not a word from either of the 2 employees I replaced the 2 items I had had in my hands back on the shelf, and I went down the street and dropped my $150 there- where, I will add, the customer service went well above and beyond.The next day I needed more supplies. I drove to Prattsville.The importance of Quality Customer Service cannot be stressed enough. It isnt only the fault of Covid or Competition for low busness.

First time in there today the customer service was top notch helpful friendly funny. I found alot of good deals got some puzzles local honey and bacon yum and if course Clark's choclate milk.We definitely will go there again .
