My Bride and I have taken our pets here for at least 20 yrs. We had a Norwich Terrier we rescued 5 yrs ago that was blind and deaf and his condition worsen to the point we felt he had to be put down and we made the appt. That morning the receptionist, Maggie, called to see if we could move the appt by a half hour. She sounded so sad. When I arrived with Jack the office mgr Sally met me outside and stopped and pet Jack…. Dr Wilcox did the procedure in a caring, loving and professional manner. We just love this Vets office and all the staff. Thank you all for everything!! 💕❤️💕💕❤️

We recently discovered Countryside Animal Hospital and we are already incredibly impressed–the customer service is outstanding and I know that my dogs are in terrific care. Special thanks to Maggie for being so kind and accommodating and for squeezing us in during a recent emergency!! And huge thanks to Sally and Dr. McPhee for being so thoughtful and professional in assessing our needs. It gives me great peace of mind knowing that we have such a wonderful animal hospital nearby that we can count on.

Been going here for 5 years for Ralphy, my chihuahua terrier. I've never had a bad experience here. They do a really good job taking care of my familiar and I'm very grateful to them! The grounds are also beautiful, so the pup can walk on leash rather than waiting in the waiting room if it's very busy. Highly recommend.

Called this animal hospital. My dog just needed to be seen and get an allergy shot. I was told they were booked up on Saturday. I then asked if they had emergency services. They said those slots were used up earlier in the day. It’s an allergy shot. Definitely won’t ever contact them for help again.

I’ve been taking my cat here for the past couple years now and it has never been a bad experience.This morning I took my cat in for his annual distemper shot & exam, and let me tell you—he was ferocious. I’ve never seen him this upset before, as typically he’s very friendly, and they handled the situation extremely well. I can’t express my gratitude for how they did everything from start to finish.Reasonable prices, very nice people, and responsive! They called and texted me leading up to my cat’s appointment and personally I find that to be very helpful.

This is only my second review of my life, but our experience with Dr. Wilcox and the staff we met at Countryside was so great, that I felt compelled to share. I have a shy, scared dog and everyone was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding with her from the moment we walked in. Dr. Wilcox got right on the floor with our dog and explained everything to me in detail, then made sure that she had a really good experience with handling and even blood draw. Very grateful for find a practice like this and sending thanks to everyone there for the amazing work they do.

We've been bringing our dogs to Countryside Animal Hospital for the past 9 years and are still delighted with the care they have given. I think it's telling that each of our dogs drags us from the car to the front door whenever we visit. All of the staff are welcoming, caring and compassionate. I highly recommend this practice.

I trust Dr. Baffi and her team to provide the best care for our pets! They were very compassionate when I lost my 16 yr old dog a few years ago and helped to stabilize her failing health for over a year. When it was no longer reasonable to continue providing care, Dr. Baffi gracefully helped us transition. After waiting years to adopt, our more recent vet appts are much more fun and they have helped ease our puppy's transition into our family. It feels like they have taken a personal interest in her care.... and I am sure she is their favorite ;) A big thank you to the whole team!

This is a wonderful animal hospital in every way. My family's been going here with our pets for years and we have always gotten the very best service. The staff is completely professional and very courteous and the prices are reasonable. Even when we have had difficult moments - like having to put down a much-loved cat who couldn't be helped - we knew we could rely on Countryside to provide the best and most sensitive service in the area. They're great people.

Love this practice. I will admit, I am picky when it comes to entrusting the care of my giant schnauzer, my standard schnauzer and my Maine coon cat. The thing I appreciate about this practice is Roberta at the front desk. She is always so professional, and helpful. She knows her stuff. Another thing I like about this practice: it is a practice of women veterinarians. Yes, I believe they have some male techs but I love supporting other caring, competent, compassionate women. All their techs are certified (not so in all practices). I especially appreciate Dr. Renee Wilcox. When I bring my dog, she spends so much time with him. She touches him all over with her soothing ways and soft voice. She takes her time. She explains everything, thoroughly. I feel like their prices are fair.

They are so warm and caring here that I still go there with my cat even though we moved an hour away. Everyone loves animals here (as it should be) ~ from the reception staff to the office manager to all of the doctors. You can tell by the way the doctors interact with the animals that they truly care ~ and my cat, Jasmine, even lets them pick her up and hold her, when she normally only allows ME to do that! We are very pleased with the care our beloved cat receives at Countryside!!!!!!!

I have been a client of Countryside Animal Hospital before the present edifice was built. The past owner was Dr. Alan Stanley and he was compassion and dedication personified . After his untimely death Dr. Renee Wilcox carried on Dr Staneys vision. The practice grew and now there are four or five very attentive and able Vets. I utilize Countryside quite often for my Border Collie Amy. From routine visits to Boarding Amy when I am traveling I know she is being taken care of and loved. Their care and support for the owner became evident to me recently when i experienced a personal emergency. The Boarding facility was filled yet they took Amy and found a way so I didn't have to worry. Dr. Stanley, I am sure, is looking down smiling at this special group of people and what he created.

We have known the doctors and staff of Countryside for at least 15 years now and we could never ask for more.....or better. Whether it's an annual visit, a follow up or an emergency, we've had nothing but the most caring and professional treatment. We know everyone at Countryside but more importantly, they know us! I own a lot of pets and I've gone to many other vets in the past with my "babies" but once I visited Countryside Animal Hospital there was no need to shop around for a different vet. Dr. Wilcox is the best!! She knows her stuff....genuinely likes animals. She is always very thorough when I bring my pets for an exam and I never feel rushed even if it happens to be on a busy day. She always answers my questions and best of all...doesn't push for any of my animals to have unnecessary vaccines or procedures. When one of my pets has a problem she discusses treatment options with me to give best care at lowest cost. I trust her judgement completely.The staff at Countryside consists of very friendly likeable people as well. I must also give honorable mention to Dr. Krum who has examined my pets when I needed to visit Countryside Animal Hospital and my usual vet Dr. Wilcox was not available.I really can't say enough good things about my experiences here over the past 15 years or so.
