This was an awesome way to relax for a couple of hours on a lazy Sunday. In my opinion, the cost of two 2 person kayaks with the life vests was very reasonable. I've spent the same amount at a movie theater.I highly recommend this activity.

Great time! A group of kayaks were out in the water all ready for us with lifejackets and the paddles provided. I believe it was the owner and his children who helped gear us up and get us out. It was nice not having to carry anything down from the road. The lake is really tranquil without any houses or speedboats on it. Getting a close up with an Osprey was the icing on the day.

What a great lake to go kayaking and what an amazing establishment to help you fulfill that adventure. Canadice Lale Outfitters has everything you need to have a great time out on the water. They have an array of kayaks, along with vests and even SNACKS!!!! They have everything ready to go right there. After a quick online release, a quick drive down the road, we were on our way!!! The price is very reasonable, along with the customer service and ease, this hands down earns 5 Stars!!!

Great little business, very good service and great kayaks. The owner could not get her card reader to work properly, and trusted us to kayak and then return to pay her 👍🏼 this was a great experience and they really made us feel at home and welcomed in the Finger Lakes.

Quick, easy and convenient process on a Friday morning! I hady own kayak; my friend rented hers. Rental gear was already staged by the launch area, and we were in the water shortly after arranging for the rental. Thumbs up for reasonable rates & friendly service.

John was extremely helpful in matching us to the right boats. We were 2 adults with a little experience of kayaking, and 2 kids aged 9 and 7 without any real experience. We had two double kayaks which felt very stable, easy to manoeuvre and enjoyable to paddle. Lake Canadice is beautiful, quiet and an ideal place to feel confident and comfortable. Little beaches enabled us to stop and really soak up the scenery. John takes the boats down to the launch site a short distance from the shop. Highly recommend and so glad we choose to go the extra distance to this amazing Lake. Hire rates reasonable too.

Rented two kayaks today for me and my granddaughter for our final day together before school starts. We had a great experience both with the Canadice Lake Outfitters and the lake. Kayaks were at waters edge and all we had to do was climb in. We were given the needed focal points to return back to the launch point and just left kayaks there. The lake was gorgeous and what a relaxing day with no speed boats and very minimal lake traffic, mostly kayaks and one fishing boat. Highly recommend and will enjoy some fall kayaking with these guys.

Great experience. The customer service was fantastic. They brought the kayak down to where we wanted to launch. Great quality kayaks to use. I ended up buying the same kayak I rented. They also brought a dry box for me to use as well. 100% recommend.

My friend and I rented a canoe in July 2015 for a day on Canadice Lake. We wanted relaxing and we got it. They had all the equipment needed (in very good condition) and with little fuss they had us out on the lake. We shared the lake with very few other paddlers and found an alcove for a few minutes out of the sun for some rest. I highly recommend their service and the lake. A very pleasant day all around.

I called the outfitters office and reserved a double kayak and a SUP on a specific time on a Saturday evening. When I arrived to their office, did the payment (plus tip) and then went to the launch site. But surprisingly there was no SUP or double kayak available and their agent told me that I should wait until somebody return the equipment! It looks like they want to keep their fleet at minimum level and maximize their use, without paying attention to their customers' value of time and the reservation they made themselves! The launch site was also very primitive.

The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and they did all the heavy lifting and hauling. We just had to show up, run the boat and enjoy the gorgeous weather and scenery. It was a perfect afternoon with family. We will definitely be back!

2nd time renting the Kayaks, always a great experience with the staff! I would like to point out the launch...hard to find when coming back in. Would be nice to have a red ribbon or something to spot it from the lake.

Wanted to do some kayaking in the finger lakes and found Candice Lake Outfitters after looking for kayaking near me. Very reasonable price and Gina is super nice. Would totally recommend her to anyone down here to visit.
