Could you please station someone different at the self checkout? The lady on the weekend shift is super inattentive, and always has her head in the clouds. Either that, or update the system so it doesn't lock out when you put down your reusable bags.

On a Sunday evening at 7:50pm, no cash registars open! So, all are expected to use the self check out, so we are saving the company from paying a staff. Do we get a discount in doing someone else's job? At least update them as they freeze at times & could use a hand held scanner. Is so difficult to use those machines for bulky items like bottled water

the floors are very nice because they were just redone. it looks very pretty inside even if the way they tag their aisles is a little weird.

The woman who cashed me out seemed rude & she was a manager of some sort based on her name tag. She seemed snippy & acted like she wanted to get me rang out quickly so she didn't have to be there. Also once I got home I realized I forgot an item from the meal deal they have there. I wish she would mentioned something but then again she didn't pay attention because she just wanted me out quickly so she didn't have to be up there cashing.

Can't clean the water out off the isle and I slipped into a puddle of water ....went to address the matter with the store manager he was sitting at his desk with his head down. I told him maybe he should wake up and fix the problem. He didn't if I wasnok, proceeded to run out of his office and ran to clean up the mess

Waaay out of control for pricing. Buy one get one are a scam. They have no variety in pet foods...all Purina products. Meats all packaged for large families. Nothing for seniors or singles. I avoid them. Not for people on fixed incomes.

If I could give this no stars I would Just soley based on the management. I try to avoid coming to this location just because of that reason. The Customer service manager is just down right RUDE! I needed help finding something today and she seemed disgusted that I even asked. And that’s how it has been every time I’ve gone there. That is just not right. Some higher management needs to do something about that witchy woman.

I guess if there is no competition in towns like Ellicottville and East Aurora Tops can charge more for groceries example Sahlens hot dogs Springville $5.29 Ellicottville $6.99What a disgusting company.

I will always come here whenever I get the chance to. They have things in this tops that you cannot find elsewhere. :-) definitely recommend shopping here. They've employed many many people and helped many get on their feet and ready for life. Great employees, great experiences, overall a decent place to shop. Never too hot or cold either. 👍👍👍👌👌👌

Still standing in line after 30 min. behind one customer.....I wouldn't even give one star rating. Unbelievable....never had anyone so slow any place. And didn't open another register. 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

Attention all Canadians. Because I had to buy a large quantity of different meats for a BBQ in EVL a friend suggested to call and ordered them ahead of time. So I called the store. Shelly the manager from the meat department was super efficient , we got lamb; rostbeef ; large piece of Ham and she even defrosted the turkey for me.My experience dealing with this particular Tops was fantastic! Thank you“LOVE TOPS”

It's a great place to get a couple of things but you will end up paying more than if you were to go somewhere else but they tend to have a better selection at tops

Shame they closed the pharmacy. Smaller than usual store, but well stocked, clean, typical Tops quality and offerings. Carry-out Cafe is essential. Some of the best pizza in town.

Need to spend less on management and more on cashiers.People were leaving full carts and walking out do to a lack of open lanes. They actually closed a full lane that customers had been waiting in...horrible upper management...hire more cashiers and have less management walking around doing nothing to help customers.

Tops is so like shopping during the dark ages when you had to do battle of you wanted too eat. People are mean, the food is WAY overpriced especially for nothing special, and good service is not even a concept.

Lori went truly above and beyond by literally reaching three feet to the south so I could get the private club card savings. Tops lost one star for not stocking Troyer Farms potato chips. They did stock Troyer Farms white cheddar popcorn DELICIOUS

I was at the Tops in Springville N.Y. not my first time there I always leave there unsatisfied never enough check out open. Last night there was only 1 open. I almost left my cart and walked out !!!!!! Unhappy customer.....

Another negative experience at Springville Tops.cashier packed potato chips with refrigerator items, and coffee.Bags were overstuffed and stuff was falling out. I had to stop and get a produce bag. How do they train their people? Can only dream about wegmans

I like Tops , but dissatisfied with their sale items are always out.......I addressed this and was given a generic answer . If the meat Dept leaves at three , then they should check their area of responsibility to be sure it's stocked....and they don't . Two trips wasted by me .
