I love Springville Animal Hospital. The scheduling is great, the veterinarian and all the staff are kind and caring. I never feel rushed. All questions are answered. Their prices are reasonable/competitive. It has been a very positive and pleasant overall experience transitioning my two senior dogs' care to their practice.

Although our dog is very nervous when it comes to men and vets in particular (bad experience with a previous vet when he was a puppy), the vets here are amazing! They really do try their best to help a nervous dog relax and gain trust. I absolutely love it here, thank you all for being so compassionate!

I ALWAYS recommend! I live almost an hour away from the office and I have no problem driving my dogs there. Seriously the best most accommodating vet. Also I really love the personal experience with Dr. Schmitz. He really sat and talked with me about an issue my dog was having & even broke out the text book and was showing me photos & information. The techs are also wonderful. I have a dog with separation anxiety and they let me help with his exams vs taking him in the back and letting him freak out because that’s “protocol.” I also love the ability to send photos and videos of my dog is having an issue and someone always gets back to me promptly. They are really the best, I can’t say it enough!

Springville Animal Hospital is a wonderful place to take your pets for their regular annual visits and all of their health needs. The doctors are the best in their field! They care about their patients and treat my fur babies as if they were their own. The doctors are so professional and up to date on all animal care and needs. Every doctor there takes the time to talk with pet owners, answer questions and guide us through difficult situations for the best pet care possible. The staff are all friendly, kind and helpful—best customer service around. I highly recommend SAH every chance I get.

I cannot thank SAH enough for their kindness and care with our beloved Gypsy. We had frantically called 3 other vets offices looking for help, with long wait times and navigating confusing messaging system, finally exasperated we called the last listing which was Springville Animal Hospital. They got us in quickly, we had minimal wait and the vet and staff were so thorough in their care. They explained everything very concisely and made sure we knew what our options were. In the end, our GG had cancer and at 15 yrs old, we decided she had suffered enough. I will never forget the amazing care they provided to our GG. Today I sat and cried thinking about how much I missed her when my husband brought the mail in...and I found the card their offices had sent. I cannot thank your staff enough and I deeply appreciate how kind and caring you all were to our family. Thank you, and I would recommend your staff and facility with 10 stars if I could! ❤️

Dr Riley and his staff were able to get my dog in when no one else had an opening. They were super helpful, my puppy was treated great and he loved them all! Will definitely be returning with all our fur babies!!

Everybody at the SAH is wonderful and loved my little foster kitten and treated her so well. She was so relaxed she fell asleep on my shoulder. 10/10 would recommend them. I've taken my cats there for years, my service dog I used to have went there as well.

Considering the fact that right now we are going through a pandemic I think that all employees at the hospital handled themselves very professionally and they considered they safety of myself and my fur baby as well as themselves. I would highly recommend Springville Animal Hospital to anyone who owns a pet.My visit was perfect. Just a few minutes waiting time and the tech that took care of Lee was great.

Friendly staff, always get in me in asap and do what's best for my dog. They don't always suggest you come in, they usually give you advice on an issue over the phone. Theyre more interested in helping your pet than they are taking your money. I've driven from derby, buffalo, and hamburg to the animal hospital. No matter how far away I live, ill still always come here before even considering another option.
