I’m not sure why there are so many critical reviews. The owner has been grooming my goldens since they were puppies. If you go anywhere else they will charge you double what she does. I have always had great outcomes at this place. She is reasonably priced given all other dog groomers, and my dogs love her too! I have since moved to Pittsburgh and only schedule grooming for here when I come home to Springville.

3 years ago I took my Great Pyrenees to her to be evaluated on a grooming. He was a rescue and was new to grooming. I wanted to make it the best experience it could be. She assured me it would take a couple of hours . I scheduled an appointment. I told her that if all you can do is brush him fine. I wanted him to be eased into this. I work nights and sleep in the day. My son was supposed to get Donnie when done. 6 hours later they hadn’t called. I called to see what had happened. They told me how horrible my dog was and to come get him. I went there they had him chained right to the wall. He was shaking. He had cuts all over his stomach. They never let him have a drink because they were not going to deal with having to take him outside. They told me he would do anything but lay down. They were yelling at me that we don’t take good care of him. Anyone who knows my family and the way we treat Donnie were appalled. Donnie is a total sweetheart. My husband and I had to lay in our lawn with him for almost 2 hours until he stopped shaking. The groomer and her mother have no business working with animals. She is horrible. She does yell at the animals cause I heard her. She made what should have been a beginning of a good experience into a horrible one. I will never leave one of my dogs with a groomer again. I will stay the whole time. If they don’t allow it then I groom my dogs myself. There are plenty of videos on line. I never wanted to snack someone as much as I wanted to this woman. To see my gentle giant of a dog be treated this way broke my heart. She is heartless and cruel!

Sierra has taken exceptional care of my 3 dogs. I have had dogs for over 20 years and she is one of the best groomers I have ever been too. She genuinely cares for the animals and it shows. She is conveniently located which is a must for our family. I highly recommend Fluffy and Fabulous Pet Palace!!

My recent experience with this facility was down right disgusting.I took my neighbors dog in for scheduled grooming, as he was currently hospitalized. His daughter (who lives out of town)asked me to help out.I took Molly dog in and immediately was hit with an overpowering smell of cat urine.I LOVE cats, I HAVE cats, but the smell was just gross. There were at least 6 cats roaming around. This particular dog does not like cats. So on top of a stressful situation in her home environment, she is stressed out even more by being exposed to so many cats.The owner, I'm assuming she was the owner because she never actually introduced herself, said hello to the dog though. I asked how long it would be and was told "a couple hours" and that she was "just exhausted and Thank God we were her last customer."And as she took Molly to the back she told someone (I'm assuming the dog that was barking) to "shut up".That's always nice to hear!?After I left Molly I got a gut feeling I shouldn't have. So, I went back in and went to the back that is closed off so you can't see any grooming happening, to tell her if she was to tired and frustrated I would bring Molly back another time. She gave me a look and said, " no, I can handle it". So I left....I should have listened to my gut. ( I also work with animals, domestic and wild)I mentioned that Molly's ears and claws were bad, and they may bleed. She said "they won't, I use a dremel on them." Well, guess what...4 of them bled and she never even told me! As a side note: Molly has been digging at her feet non stop ever since! The owner had also informed me That "when she yanks the ear hair out she puts powder in them and it won't hurt." I could NOT touch her ears without her nipping at me. They were hot and bright red inside. Molly has been shaking her head non stop since, and needs a sedative to stop her.Upon picking her up we were told how good Molly did and she had no problems. Seriously? NO PROBLEMS??We were charged $83.00....a little outrageous.I pulled out my debit card to pay and was told they only take cash and checks. When I said we only pay with debit card she mentioned 3 times there was an ATM across the street. Who doesn't take debit cards now days?She said to figure it out and snagged the small dog from her humans lap and said " I need to get this dogs nails done so I can get out of here"I thought she told us we were her last customer?I called the dogs human sister and had her chat with the owner about payment. Again, owner was agitated and annoyed with me.Arrangements were made for payment the next day when the family was in New York.I'm just really dissatisfied and disappointed with this place overall.I've since spoken to other 2 dog owners that had gone there and had bad experiences. (Both have since gone elsewhere)I found the owner to be disrespectful and callus and seriously lacking any professional customer service skills. The grooming very unsatisfactory.Molly went in looking like a Portuguese water dog, and came out looking like a poodle.Please save yourself and your dog the trauma, anxiety and frustration and go elsewhere!

I took our little Shih Tzu for a grooming based on a recommendation. The people who recommended this groomer did mention that once in a while their dogs had been nicked but they still took their dogs to her because they thought overall she did a great job. I will say that our little dog’s back and legs were ok. However, in between his pads on his feet are nicks and they look red and sore. He is constantly licking them. His poor little ears look inflamed and sore inside and he is constantly shaking his head. I’m not sure why she shaved part way up his tail as I’ve never seen a Shih Tuz’s tail trimmed that way but thankfully the hair will grow back. In retrospect, I should have checked the reviews before I made an appointment and I agree with some of the reviews posted regarding the smell of her shop. I will be looking for another groomer.

Called about having a Great Pyrenees groomed who is an absolute mess... I’ve been working on this dogs for awhile and was able to get the top of her body brushed out but never her under and back legs... let the girl know she was a mess and the girl responded “well it probably would be less stress for the dog and us to just shave her” to which I declined (because great pyrs are not supposed to be shave). She took the appointment and when I showed up again said it would be easier just to shave her. I again declined. The worker complained that she wanted to be done at a certain time to get ready to go to a wedding but looking at my dog wouldn’t get done in time (so then why did you take the appointment, I told you on the phone). Got a call relatively quickly saying my dog was done.... picked up my dog, and she was shaved....... the girl said that it was absolutely necessary to shave her “in the interest of time” and don’t worry “it’ll grow back” yeah, it’ll grow back after a long summer of having to put sunscreen on a dog who loves to be outside 24/7 because their coats are supposed to protect them from the sun! If you didn’t want to do the work, or the work was actually impossible she should have just said so instead of SHAVING MY DOG against my wishes. A phone call at least would have been nice. I have 3 dogs and was trying to give this local business a chance. Never again.

Took my goldendoodle here. The first time she came out and looked great. The second time we took her my dog who has never had a behavioral problem urinated on the floor out of fear. We showed up a few minutes early to pick her up and it became apparent why. This lady was screaming at the poor dog. Not to mention she shaved her without asking us and dropped the f-word at me when we asked why she was shaved. Go to another groomer that knows how to treat animals!

Wonderful! The moment I walked in the door I could tell how much the owner Sierra, was a pet lover! She did a great job on my dog Hunter who was in desperate need of a grooming! He looks like a completely different dog but his kind brown eyes are still the same which tells me he was treated very well during his grooming! Thank you Sierra...we'll definitely be back!

On 4/23/18, I took my 1 yr old Landseer Newfoundland for the first time , to Fluffy & Fabulous. Sierra was so sweet & kind to Roxie, making her more comfortable. Sierra explained everything that she was going to do, & I filled out a few forms. Her shop is clean & filled with great decor, very inviting. When I picked up Roxie, I was AMAZED, she looked incredible ! She is is chocolate/ white, her fur was so silky & shiny. Her pants area looked perfect & most of her undercoat was gone. Roxie smelled fresh & clean, not overly perfumed. Her fur was perfectly dry, so no risks of mats forming. Roxie & I will definitely be back ! NO debit/ credit cards accepted. Payment by cash or check ( a check fee is applied).

The woman here is incredibly unfriendly and rude. My girlfriend and I brought her Shetland Sheepdog here for the first time last weekend, she couldn’t be bothered to listen to what we wanted. She started listening to her voicemails while my girlfriend was trying to explain how she wanted him to look. The woman said she usually only ever does feet and sanitary trims on Shelties, which is what my girlfriend wanted. But when we picked him up, she had cut all of his butt, tail and stomach hair, basically giving his whole body a bowl cut. He looks terrible. If the woman had taken a moment to listen to what we wanted, this could have been avoided, and our usually beautiful dog wouldn’t look so ratty. We also had to sign a two page long waiver in a new dog info packet, saying we couldn’t sue if they hurt our dog, but nowhere in the paperwork did it ask any basic information about the dog. Sketchy and unprofessional. It’s clear that they don’t care about customer service, or the dogs they care for.

Yesterday, I went to Fluffy & Fabulous Pet Palace. Fauna, my golden doodle, was there for 5 hours. When I got her back she had scratches all over her underbelly and legs. She also has random nicks everywhere else. She is randomly just bald in certain places. The owner was yelling at the animals. Telling them to stop moving and to stop whining. When my mom came to get Fauna she was so excited they couldn’t get her leash on fast enough.Be wary where you take your dog. I have pictures of her underbelly but I can’t post them here.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE. I took my tecup yorkie here to get a puppy cut. 60.00 later and 2hrs the women shaved her to the point were my kids agreed that it wasn't our dog. She told my son "I did what I could do". When I called she told me "there is not a thing as a puppy cut and she must have misunderstood". My baby looks so short she looks like a Chihuahua. I am horrified at the sight of what she did. No sorry, no here is some of your money back, nothing. DO NOT GO HERE AND READ ALL THE MANY OTHER REVIEWS IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME. Posting everywhere so others don't have the same issues.

Took daughter's pet, dog, to be groomed as a surprise birthday gift, for her. Very friendly, welcoming and professional atmosphere. So thrilled with how "her" dog looked afterwards! WOW what a great job, Sierra...Will definately be going back!❤❤❤❤❤

Great place with caring people. Sierra truly loves animals, and is the only person who is able to groom my Tom Cat. Even though neutered, he is a big, beastly boy; however, her patience pays off. I have and will continue to send numerous people her way.

I will never ever take my dog to this person again, my dog barked at her and was fearful from the beginning, been ther before and he remembered how he was treated, she does NOT listen, I want him long and she shaves him... Her mother and employee's are brain washed to her believes of of my dog being in pain because of longer hair, she put me and my dog down in front of other costmers, I felt belittled. He was so uncomfortable as soon as we left, she groomed his eyes, did not ask her to do this. We love our dog and he loves us, he is very happy and play ful, he is our FUR baby. The whole community knows him.. .I saw blood and dogs whinning in her very dirty (work area). My lawyer has been notified

My cat had very bad mated hair and need grooming, he is very old. Staff was very gentle with him and even bathed him. He looked like a little lion when done. Very pleased.

I absolutely love this place. They are always happy to see my girl for a nail trim and ear cleaning. Very cheap and we love how they use a dremel to round the nails making them very smooth.

I was told 2 hours, after 3 she said another 45 minutes. Said she was sick of me being in a hurry. She was yelling at a dog. Place smelled horrible of cat urine. Took my dog and left. Not the first time she was rude!
