My first time into going this Walgreens and wow😭😭😭 what kind of employees work here, I came with in my boyfriend and his brothers to buy snacks after heading out of the gym and when we entered this man stopped us and said to get out if we aren’t gonna buy something and said he would called the police and get every one of us arrested if we don’t 😭I never felt so discriminated and unsafe in my life. #Shutdownthisstore👎🏼

Called this store to cancel an order. The guy put me on hold saying he’s going to look for an order, then after waiting another guy asking me if i need help. He was so rude and being loud to me. so i asked to speak to manager. He said he is the manager. What an A.. i will never shop at this place and worst customer service ever. If you Don’t know how to talk to customers don’t work in customer service.

Terrible customer service made a photo order for banner never got done. People to handle photos are not available! Lied to me including the manager of the store or someone that said they were the manager said that my order was ready and it wasn't. Didn't know how to handle the machine for posters. I left the store and came back and my order still wasn't done and was completely ignored by the staff there. DO NOT GET PHOTOS HERE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE GO TO ANOTHER WALGREENS THIS PLACE AINT IT!

Truthfully this store has changed a lot. Granted the lines are long but we have to be very thankful for them to be open cause a lot of other places are still close or limited on allowing people in their stores. The big African American manager is very nice and very knowledgeable on a lot. I tend to see him doing a lot of the work in the store during the evening. On like most places I have been to he shows a lot love and passion to his job. Hopefully he gets the respect he deserves cause he does it all. If it wasn’t for him a lot of my issues I’m currently go through wouldn’t be resolved. My wife need female pads and he knew where it was. My kids need stuff for school he knew where exactly it was. I needed help with whether it was Western Union or Pictures he knew the answer. He always has a smile on his face but due to the Covid he is force to cover his warm and welcoming smile. He should be recognized as Employee of the Year if such thing happens. He is able help everyone. I believe his name is Clark or Carl or something like that but I simply want to say thank you and my entire family is thankful that you are doing a great job. My family and I wish we could give you something to show our appreciation but hopefully your boss sees this and sees what you are worth to this company.

Long line but moved quickly.I had a QR code for fedex, the guy said they don't do qr codes. I came back the next day when the manager was there and he showed them how to do the qr code. I mentioned I had to come twice, no apology 🤷‍♂️

Perfect if you like lazy unprofessional people. I recently place an order for pickup, and got a alert stating that there was a delay. I went into the store and saw the employees just hanging around. I grab the three items ask them to scan them and left. It’s fun because they were shock of the fact that I walked an did it myself. SMH

**Regarding the COVID test***- that is my only experience with this Walgreens -GPS IS NOT ACCURATE. Location is next to AUTOZONE and NOT Home Depot (they are a couple of miles apart on route 59). Be aware of this when using GPS. The associate Nae (unsure of spelling). was so helpful and calm when explaining directions over the phone. Very pleasant and warm demeanor upon arrival. She gets a 10/10. Only complaint is the first time I tried calling, a non pharmacy member picked up and was unable to transfer me to pharmacy, she hung up on me after explaining she could not help me and was not able to provide me with pharmacy phone number.

Pretty much the worst pharmacy I have ever gone to. Prescriptions are always wrong - in terms of mg/strength, names etc. I need to always check what they are giving me.Even when I call ahead to order the prescription, it’s never ready when I arrive.Really, really awful. I am going to change ASAP. Had it with them.

I got photos from someone else. Who knows what kind of (creepy) person got my photos. And this was after waiting a very long time in line and waiting until they got "my" order (which totally wasn't mine.) It had y name on the outside but when I arrived home I saw wrong Photos. When I went back to store they told me they can't help me and need to contact walgreens manager by phone. I keep on trying to call but there is no one to talk to. Very bad service.

Tried to Charge me for a bag to carry my stuff out during the pandemic covid19 when everywhere else is not charging for bags.Manager wasn't thoughtful at all and didn't care. (Big guy). They also allow people to panhandle in front of the store which is not cool at all. Never going back been to better ran Walgreens.

So I just called Walgreens so that I can ask about a product and I was prompt to an automated voice asking me what is my reason for calling (very annoying) Prior to that it told me about job opportunities that’s fine but I called at 9:30 Pm they don’t close until 12 AM and all three times I called I was hung up I had to listen to that whole automated record just to be hung up on three times this is not the only place that has adopted the automated system my school had too but I thought that was very rude and after my father gets whatever he needs from Walgreens they can say goodbye to my business

If I could give this place a zero I would horrible customer service and the people there are crazy today I was suppose to get my medicine mind you it took me 2hr 30 to get my mother and grandmother theres but for mine they said they couldn’t but had sent me a text saying it was ready for pick. It’s crazy I have bad asthma. And had to call my Doctor explain how walgreens did not want to give my medicine and gave me 100 excuses. So they had to track down another pharmacy before it closed so I can get my prescriptions.

Their customer service is really bad, it takes forever to pay the register was talking to the other employees while taking customers, and they are rood to you when you ask them something, most of them don't even know what you are talking about, they definitely could use some better training, at their drive thru you Wait for ever, and the worst is that they stopped taking Fidelis insurance.

This place is the most disgusting place I ever been in my 40 year life. There is really no one to ask a question and when you finally see a worker they give an answer just to get rid of you. I'm checking out a pack of woman's pads that woman use they wouldn't even bother to offer me a bag. It's a disgrace

the girl by the pharmacy pick up desk was really not helpful..... i was on my way home from the doctor with two of my children and my wife with me. my son had a strept throat needed zytromax. i asked them to fill my prescription while waiting. they would not do it even though nobody else was there waiting to pick up. i live 20 min away and to go home and come back would take me 45 min....they told i have to wait 30 min they should use there common sense.......

What is with the employees at this location? Bad Attitude, no service, no registers open, always lines, I guess one of the employees that gives no service is the manager of the store?! I got a yelling at the register last week for picking up my online order.. yup a yelling .. was yelling at me something about how dare you pick up an order with out calling us before... just don’t go to Walgreens, there are so many more pharmacies in the area..

I went for my flu shot yesterday, I asked one of the pharmacy ladies if my insurance would cover it, she looked on her screen and said no. But the other lady, she goes by the name "Z", asked her "Did you look on the chart?" the other said "the chart?" Z said "yes look on the chart maybe it's covered". After the first lady looked around she told me to step to Z's side of the counter that she would help me, I did and Z quickly found I am covered by my insurance.I received my flu shot for the season without paying a dime.

Bad bad bad. I came in to buy a body lotion. I asked one of the worker's in store for help to find it. They guy was extra nice but clueless. He took me to the complete different product. Thank god I found it myself. I then asked him to for a different cream, I explained him that my daughter has a cold and her nose is very itchy from so much wiping. He tells me to come with him to the pharmacies. The guy at pharmacies, a young guy, he explains to the pharmacists in Spanish what I want, the guy says one second and he goes in the back and comes back and repeats some kind of a name of a product that he or me don't know what it is. So I tell him that all I need is a simple cream, so he tells me that i should take Benadryl! Of course I know what's benadryl and I have It home. Than I ask him about a special shampoo, he has no clue what I'm saying. I ask my wife to text me a picture of the shampoo, I show it to him and he tells me that it should be here by the aisle of the shampoos, he can't find it. I ask him do u have something like this? He says maybe but doesn't know. I turn around and I see a different worker a girl. I show her the picture, she also takes me to the same aisle. She can't find. I also ask her do u have something like this? She tells me that this is the only one... Then she tells me that she doesn't work at this aisle. Of course I walked out with NOTHING besides the item I fond myself. Bottom line. I spoke to to 3 different workers. All of them really really nice and all of them have zip clue what a pharmacy is. It's so sad that this is how things are today. Between me and you and 4 walls, they are there because the get pay pennies and that's the end of it. The store things they save themselves money by hiring these young kids that are clueless, and then they don't know why they have to close the store after a while. It's the exact same of what's going on in politics. So out of touch with reality! So out of touch with real people!

Terrible place. Dirty floors, apathetic staff. 20 people on line and 2 registers open. I am here to pick up prints and i have to wait like i didn't do everything online already. I forgot why i never come here and i got a reminder today. Never again.

This is the worse pharmacy staff ever. Very rude and unprofessional. Pharmacy closes for an hour everyday. I scheduled my Covid-19 test for 1:30 however the pharmacy closes at 1:30 pm. Please explain.

I count 14 people on line to pay, but only one register open. Seriously? I have to wait in line 15 minutes to buy some halls candy? Don’t know why but this branch always got one register open no matter how many people are in line.

I arrived to this pharmacy at 11:47pm, (they are officially open till 12am) the gentlemen closed the door right in front of me saying that we are closed, I said it says that you are open till 12am, he said that's correct but its 1150 and i am closing the door, I said please let me in i need to buy Tylenol my baby at home has high fever its just one simple thing i will make it quick, but he slammed the door at me and walked away
