Pampered Paws is the best! I can’t say enough nice things about Dan and his crew. They are amazing. They offer grooming, boarding, and doggie daycare. Each service is exceptional! We are thrilled to have a place that is so clean and everyone is nice and caring.Our dog Franny absolutely loves going there. No goodbyes or sad faces when we drop her off, she’s like “see-ya later” and leaves us while she is running inside. This makes my heart happy.Most importantly, I know Franny is safe, happy and gets lots of love there. She comes home from daycare and boarding relaxed and content.I know that when Franny is at Pampered Paws she is getting the best care and love. Period.Thank you Dan, Shannon, Marcos and other team members! Franny loves you guys!

I sent my puppy there for the first time this weekend. they were so nice such good people, my dog loved it, I was a little worried since my dog didn't get along with other dogs so well. but wonders ever since I picked him up he's a new puppy so friendly and fun I take him to the parks and he loves playing with other dogs now. he is such a different and better dog. I definitely recommend this place as #1 they're so good with the dogs and the dogs loves it,

Thank you Pampered Paws My difficult dog Lionel, finally found a place where he is happy. Dan and his staff took the time and had endless patience to deal with his seperation issues and fear of other dogs. They went above and beyond to ensure he was settled in, calm and safe. They never gave up on him. Lionel and I are incredibly grateful for their obvious love and dedication to the dogs under their care.

The best compliment is that Murphy loves it As soon as I turn the corner he wants to jump out the car. This is Murphy’s weekend spot. The staff is amazing they are so nice and professional and Dan is absolutely amazing best groomer in Rockland he caught an ear infection early on and saved me a costly vet bill Dan is caring, compassionate and runs a great day. Care/kennel/grooming. Again if Murphy is happy that speaks volumes!!!!!!😍

Best place ever!! I'm usually skeptical about where I leave my dog but she had the best time and they took really good care of her so I can go to the yankee game. My favorite hotel allows dogs and now I know she don't have to be lonely. I will definitely come back and I recommend this lovely place to everyone. Just leave me a space.

I have been taking Teddy to Pampered Paws since he was a puppy for boarding. All experiences have been great. The staff truly loves dogs, easily evidenced by Teddy not wanting to leave. Within the past year, I have also used their grooming services which are equality exceptional. I have referred several friends to them as well.

Pampered Paws is an outstanding place! I have a dog that gets nervous about grooming but Dan and his staff make my dog feel comfortable. He always comes back happy and looking perfect! Thankfully, Dan noticed an issue with my dog's back leg recently which led us right to the vet. A diagnosis of Anaplasma (a tick born disease) was treated with antibiotics. Dan noticed it before anyone in my family did. Dan pays tremendous attention to all of the dogs and was instrumental in keeping my dog healthy. Thank you Dan!!! There is no one better!!!

The staff is SO amazing, the place is very clean.Our puppy had the most incredible time!! Super trustworthy and Just the best!! Highly recommend! I had a 3 month old puppy and had to go away. I was very nervous. Dan the owner completely put me at ease. He was so accommodating. He always texted me right back. There were web cameras in facility so I could monitor my baby. I was sent little videos to ensure his well-being. I even got to face time him. The facility was also convenient and easy to find. There are woods and a trail behind the center for walks. Also, because I had to leave him a few days I received a free wash and nail clipping. Cannot recommend enough! I will definitely use again!!!

Absolute best place! They have caring people taking care of your loving pet! My dog loves being there and loves hanging out with the staff all day. Only a few months after a total hip replacement I trusted them with my dog and they took great care of him. I will always use them!

I’ve been having Dan pick up my 2 dogs for months and they LOVE HIM. I’ve never seen them take to someone so easily. I recently got a new puppy and he was picked up for the first time today and Dan caught all of the excitement from my puppy lol. He does a great job with all of my boys. 10/10 reccomend!

I am so particular about leaving my dog at any kennel. I was able to see him on the camera and the staff kept him close because he was anxious! I love those place and will definitely use them again for all my boarding needs. Stark came home so tired because he had so such fun!!!!

Our Charlie LOVES Pampered Paws! Their staff is amazing and their grooming services are second to none. Our Charlie wasn’t a fan of other hotel services but when we found Pampered Paws, it was a totally different experience. He has so much fun with the staff and the other dogs. I highly recommend their grooming and pet hotel services!

Rocky is a homebody that clings to his family and his couch. At Pampered Paws he has his vacation family and couch. Unlike typical kennels, this Dog Hotel gives it's guests the run of the facility where they are constantly interacting with other guests and customers. The staff is so attentive and loving that our clingy pooch runs to the front door to stay with his second family. It makes our vacations stress free knowing how well he's cared for and how much fun he's having. Pampered Paws is the only place we would ever leave our 85 lb baby boy.

My maltese loves this place. Whenever we travel I take Monte here for either boarding or daycare. He comes home happy and smelling clean, even without being bathed. I have never had such a positive pet care experience until I visited PPHS. Forget all these other pet care businesses, Pampered Paws Hotel and Spa is the absolute best choice!!!

We've been using Pampered Paws for years - Lilly is regularly groomed there and when we go away for any length of time, she stays there as well. I've never had complaints or issues and highly recommend Pampered Paws.

My dog had a great stay I was at ease knowing that dogs can hang with the staff and aren't in a kennel all day. Loved the smaller atmosphere. Will definitely take my dog here again!
