Expired stuff on the shelves I showed it to customer service and a week later the expired stuff was still there. I used to work at stop and shop and had to check dates regular especially when they felt the state was coming. Does the health inspector not go into key foods? The onsale cheese was moldy. And the managers special meat is changing colors. Why is stuff like that happening? Is it because it's where people of color shop that this is acceptable? Decent well to do White people wouldn't stand for this! If I didn't know any better I would say it's a conspiracy and the government is in on it.

Disgusting. Brought some hamburger buns (store brand) there was no whole in the bag but it look like something ate it's way through the bread. In the back there were these pellets that look like mouse droppings. I'm not sure what they really were but this is really ridiculous I've never shopped here before until today I was in rush and I just needed something to cook for dinner and this is what I get.

Everything was expired and it’s gross for some vanilla extract it’s 10 dollars and I fell for it THERE WAS NOTHING IN THE BOTTLE.

Bad customer service! Store closing hours on Sunday said 9hpm! This manger decided to closed 15 minutes prior which is not right! Whoever own that supermarket needs to train manager how to speak the proper way with clients if not have someone ele that’s more polite and professional in this current manager position

Fully stocked items, fresh vegtables except the deli they only had American cheese and not one stick of meat! The pack of cut-up chicken leg quarters i bought was not fresh had to throw it away I informed the store! Overall, prices are through the roof@

God. Where do I begin to describe the absolute wonder that was my experience at this absolutely spectacular establishment at which one can purchase food and other goods for consumption? If I could give this incredible operation 10 stars, I would. This astounding business had everything I could ever need ever. And so much more. In such plentiful numbers, my eyes could barely comprehend. Such a plentiful bounty, akin to a cornucopia fit for a monarch of either gender. The cart I had was not enough for all of the magnificent goods in the store. I wish I had multiple hands to push hundreds of carts to truly get the most out of my short time at this incredible store. Truly spectacular. And if that was not enough, which it is more than enough, I had a life-changing experience with a petite Latina cashier. Her elegance at scanning my plentiful feast truly rocked by world and changed my entire perspective on life. I am a changed man. I will go down a better path, all thanks to this miraculous grocery store. This is not simply a grocery store. This is the key to a new life. I wish that I lived in the area so I could visit the store every day, no, multiple times every day.Signed yours truly,Charles👍

Been looking for Ak100 drink that I love. And it seems to be the only place that sells it on & off. Well yesterday on the beautiful Easter Sunday they had it while doing last minute shopping and I’m extremely happy. Will highly recommend key foods just for this :)

I go here often for mostly egg, beef, pork and chicken products. Very Good selection. Good prices and sales sometimes.I was going to complain that some of the workers aren't friendly (No "Hello, Good afternoon or Have a good day, or Thank you come again!) but yesterday I dropped my wallet and 2 of the workers chased after me, even though I was almost long gone. It was returned and I am very thankful. So even though they aren't friendly at the register I can tell they are all good people just trying to get thru their work day. Thank you to the good woman and employees that worked to return my wallet.

The staff does its best and they usually keep their items fully stocked but their prices are higher than most other places so if you don't drive and can't get to Costco, Bjs, Target and so on you're stuck paying the cost which to me is a shane since they're servicing their own people who don't have as big a budget as most others

I went to Key Good Supermarket this morning to pick up a few things from the store. I stayed in line for about 1/2 hour before, I was checked out. They only had one cashier on duty in the store. I spoke with the manager of the store, about the issue, he started urging with me about the issues, he was very rude and disrespectful by walking away from me, while, I was talking to him. He didn't do anything to correct the problem.

This Key Food disappointed me. There are plenty of Key Food branches in my Queens, NYC neighborhood and surrounding areas. They are clean and offer a surprising variety of merchandise. Though this Key Food is larger than many and offers ample parking, the inside felt quite run-down and grungy. It was also *very* cold inside, much cooler than it needed to be for sure.

This "market" is last choice for me. I haven't patronized this place in years!! I use instacart for my groceries instead. The meat selection is like playing russian roulette!! I even had a cashier tell me to put back meat I had selected because she wasn't sure of it's freshness!! Most of the employees are indifferent and unprofessional at best...

Soooo expensive! I totally get the price increased for the products as a result of the price increase of the gas but this supermarket's prices were way too high. First and last visit

Shop here only to pick-up a few well priced basics. Most products are 10-30% higher than ShopRite with local Hispanics purchasing ultra-fatty & unhealthy cuts of meat at ridiculous prices. This company has no compunction making huge profits & margins on the most susceptible. I saw some poor guy purchasing a mini 2-3 pound bag (one use) of charcoal briquets for like ten dollars. You can buy 2 twenty pound bags (40lbs) for the same price at Lowe's or Home Depot. Recommend checking dates on some less popular shelf items. Though convenient for many, there are better choices nearby for larger and better valued purchases. The store's infrastructure is virtually unchanged since the 1970's from the Grand Union which it replaces. There are "potholes" in several aisles where tiles are missing and the concrete foundation is deeply gouged out. No effort or attempt to repair this appears obvious, yet it's a simple fix. The route to the bathroom located in the storage area in the rear is scary, and I aborted mission before I got there; dark, unpleasant and deplorable.Shopping carts are old, haggard and filthy and are all sourced or recovered from other food stores. If you present a manufacturer's coupon, expect the cashier to leave with it in hand without notice, hand it to "management" who will take it to a locked office and examine it with a scanning electron microscope and other crime detection tools they have at their disposal to attempt verification of origin and authenticity. Management will then return with cashier and authorise the coupon on the register. Ridiculous.

Putting the middle because I really dont know.As i,ve been there less than 10 minutes for very little and but the fresh vegetables are kept looking good and there is a visible attendant. At the register the representative and cashier was efficiently prepared and service was swift. Thank you

I actually stop hear only if there is a emergency... The food isn't quality and the market smells like everything is spoiled or maybe dead... Far cry from the market that was here over 20 years ago.

i went there and bought some stuff to make spaghetti. $25 is not something you would expect to pay for the little bit of items that I needed. Sorry the area is middle class but Grocery store is very expensive. I spent because i was there already but this experience will have me looking towards family dollar first

Usually dont have an issues here. It is a frequent stop for my family. Shopping cart restriction is a pain. Cant afford one more employee on minimum wage to pull carts from parking lot?

Customer service is horrible. They're very rude: they're so busy talking among themselves that they don't acknowledge the customer's presence. Also, their product is not fresh.
