Great neighborhood Supermarket. They have a large produce section as soon as you walk in. There ailes are always fully stocked, and you'll find most of the essential items you'll need. The have a separate seafood & meat department. You won't find products such as keto products or pasture raised eggs. Most of their products are catered towards the surrounding community. Their prices are reasonable and I personally shop here with my sisters.

Literally was walking buying something and saw an employee slanting/ pressing up on a girl buying something and trying to flirt with her. She looked so uncomfortable and she looked young. It was some guy with a beard at the baby section 10 am.

Had the worst experience today. There was a dispute with pricing That needed to be honored it was like pulling teeth over $4.50.. There's no leadership Tried to speak to supervisor she had no respect and took it upon herself to walk away instead of handling the situation. Had to go back into the store because I was charged twice for the same item And I was basically harassed out of the store A few of the employees that work at Food Fair work over at home depot in Nanuet I sure hope they don't display disgusting customer service over there like they did today at Food Fair.

This place is really good when my family is in Spring Valley and we need some food for our home or for my mothers sister when we visit over. We usually get some chips, which are really good sized and priced, come croissants, which are also really flavorful and yummy, and sometimes we get some tuna and other things. All the things are really good there. There are a few problems though. Usually on Sundays, the lines are really long, but I can't blame the workers because Sunday is usually a busy day. Sometimes the meat isle really stinks and it is really unpleasant, but I can't blame them because it is a meat isle. Another thing is that I saw a worker have a tantrum and she started yelling at either a customer or another worker. I think she quit her job because I do not see her there anymore. Overall, this place is good.

Well diversified product selection with an emphasis on the Hispanic & Latino community. Generally clean & well staffed, I was able to purchase the advertised sale items I came in for but not before the "club card" price did not discount during check out. This mishap, which I caught, required a manager to come to the cashier to make an adjustment. Another sale item I missed during checkout , which scanned incorrectly, will require me to seek an adjustment during my next visit. It would appear that this program has not been correctly implemented and is not dependable; buyer beware! Price points on many items are sharp or competitive with some trending higher like many other markets. Personally, I could never make this my primary market as the products are not targeted toward my demographic, but I am willing to make a trip to obtain the well priced products that I do use on occasion.UPDATE: Returned to have price adjusted on wrongly scanned item. There is no courtesy desk that has an employee stationed there. You must wait in the checkout line for the manager, who is also a cashier, to address your return, adjustment or any other concern you may have. This is an asinine situation, one of which I will not tolerate. There far too many errors at checkout to warrant spending additional extreme time to rectify. Sorry to say most shoppers will never realize they are getting ripped-off, as the majority are not well educated. Additionally, there is a huge percentage of products in the grocery isles that are not priced, no customer price scanner and no method to obtain the price, truly an unsatisfying pain in the neck. My second & last visit.

The prices are ridiculous!! There is nothing fair about 8.99 for a regular-sized box of cereal or 8.79 for organic cow milk. I gave it 2 stars because they have tons of stuff including food items from other countries and most of their non-organic produce looks fresh. Nevertheless, there is no excuse for the insane price-gouging on pretty much everything in this market. They are taking advantage of their clientele who seem to be majority BIPOC.This was my first and last time shopping here. Stop and Shop, Shoprite and even Whole Foods are wayyyyy cheaper than this place.

Though check-out was lovely and the few employees I addressed were polite, it wasn't enough to take my mind off the overbearing stench. Oh, and the birds nesting and flying overhead, and the shoo flies. I was overwhelmed and underwhelmed simultaneously, and not in the best ways. And no, I will not go back. How did they pass inspection?

Excellente! Strongest bags in the county! Wonderful selection of foods and very kind, helpful employees!Thank you! My mother and i go here often for Latino foods as there is the best selection of foods here, that is hard or we can not find at other supermarkets.Also there is selections of Caribbean, Asian, Varuous Latino y some kosher food here. Something for everyone :·)

Stores has very big displays and a good selection. Store is a little cluttered which makes some of the aisle narrow. Prices are extremely high. Staff members are courteous and friendly.

Good selection and pricing on meats, fruits & vegetables and Latin American and Caribbean spices. Prices for other items - e.g. brand name mainstream packaged products are very high. Overall if you know what is a fair price for food items you can save money.

The fish section are selling fish that are no good . I bought some yellow tail fish and the fish smelled like a dead animal in my house. This an expensive fish so please sell fresh fish to the customers . They’re very respectful and friendly overall but the fish department needs to check the fish before selling to someone. I spent over half of an hour looking for what I needed when I was finally done as I was approaching the cashier she put out a closed sign on the counter. I was in line for another cashier when I saw her taking off the sign when she saw an Hispanic customer approaching her and said to her "binga me"I don't think that was right at all . If there is an all Hispanic line it should be labelled. That was not good customer service at all. I paid all cash each and every time I come to your store. I think I am one you should try to keep. I don't use those cards they have. I work hard to earn every penny I use. I think I deserve some respect.

Be careful buying meat from over there, they are selling rotten meats. The company started good now they selling rotten meats instead of get rid of them just to make a quick bucks from the customers... it’s a shame that after a month of investigation they are still selling rotten meats... the craziest part about the whole situation is when I decide to called the store to confront the manager about selling rotten meats to the customers, the manager exact words to me was, maybe I had a bad batch.

It's ok...surprisingly enough I found Rao pasta sauce, dececco pasta...its the customer service ..long lines to cash out...the produce is not that fresh....but if you need certain ethnic products....its here you will find them

I'm very disappointed, everytime I purchase from this store their product is always spoiled. Something needs to be done. At 8:2pm today I purchased Kim chi and got home noticed mold around the lid, I was in denial and proceed to open the nasty lid, around the lid was full of black mold and as soon as I opened it started sizzling and bubbling over. Before I return this garbage I will take pictures and videos. Yuck

Over priced ths essentials in a time like this during a crisis yr Jacking the prices on .meats, cereal , water the meats definitely outrageous 9.00 for 4 thin slices. Pork chops. Never bought meat there before and didnt start last night after seeing those prices . Water 7.00 for a 24 pk of Poland spring I have never seen that priced that high maybe e pks for 7 .00 ridiculous I've only ever bought fruits and vegetables . I'll just stick to that while yr beating these people over the head in a time like this.

Like the variety of items for sale they have. You can find ethnic products from different countries. A lot of fruit and veggies plus a good selection of breads. They have a bakery on the premises.
