I sent my 66 year old mother to get Pool Supplies thinking the gentleman that worked there would help her load it instead it took three of them to load another vehicle of three bags of dirt all of them Shrugged their shoulders at my mother including two women that work there I was working so I sent my mother very disrespectful employees at this location I've been shopping here for years since they open and I might not be coming back ridiculous I will just drive further to the Brockport location from now or while I'm in Brockport I might as well just go to Runnings at least their employees help the elderly very disappointed in your customer service and this is not the first time

Been buying pig food for the last two years and the last six months or so you can't seem to get it? Even though it shows eight in inventory for the last four months maybe longer. Don't know who does your inventory but you really should learn how to do it. Been buying the feed elsewhere. Was told many times that it was coming in but never shows up. Spend a lot of money on feed there the last two+ years you just lost a farmer who will be going elsewhere from now on. UPDATED: I was contacted by one of the owners and he corrected the problem, and all is good. Great customer service. Update 5 stars for Customer service

Was just at this store looking to purchase snake and spider food and the two people in small animals seemed to be too busy sweeping/asking if "those people needed help" to look up and see that yes, i needed help. Left the store and chose to go to another location for my supplies. As i was leaving, several staff members appeared to be playing around. Must be an off day.

Rip off don’t go there! Go to tractor supply instead. I called and the woman on the phone told me the propane was on sale and it was 11 dollars and change to fill a 20 pound tank. My husband brought an empty tank and a tank that needed to be filled up. . He got charged full price for both!

This is my I think I'm a farmer store. If you have a horse or a dog this is the place to come to buy food with real ingredients and healthy for them.All of there stores have great items but the original store has the best selection of farm needs.Great job to the owners for keeping them stocked of great items. Also for a clean and organized store.The employees were very friendly and helpful with a thank you for coming. Great job.Gerry

Place has some good prices on stuff but the service is definitely questionable. I called and asked the woman at the pet counter if they had any ferrets and she said they had 2 so I just drove all the way out there just to be told they wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. Could've told me that over the phone. Then I came back again the next day when she said they'd be ready just to be told someone already had them on hold. Once again, definitely could've told me that in the first place. I don't need people wasting my time like that.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the products and also animals so they are able to answer your questions. The store is laid out nicely, the aisles are big enough for wheelchairs to get through. All of the aisles are labeled and everything is easy to find.

A nice place to go for many animal items and food. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Keep an eye on prices - some things are quite expensive (compared to other stores), but they do offer some great deals and sales. Great place to buy wild bird seed, food and other related items. If you can't find what you're looking for, just ask someone - they're always willing to help.

Great store. Even for a walk around is refreshing. Only one thing though. The checkout is very clogged. They dont have enough chekout stations. It makes the line go bigger and very slow checking out.

Stopped in yesterday for my dog’s food. There is only one other store in Rochester that carries it and Countrymax is cheaper.My kids and I took a look through the small amnimal and fish department. It it was deplorable! Death and illness throughout.I won’t be back.

I generally do not like to leave poor reviews, however I was frustrated tonight with the fact that I waited 15 minutes and had 3 different associates walk past me without saying hi or asking if I needed help at the Live Food/Aquatics desk. I felt deliberately ignored. So I placed the stuff I was going to buy back and left.

Uneducated on how to properly care for small animals. I take my rabbit here for nail trims as he is calmer for them. Normally things go okay but today when I went, they held him on his back. For anyone that knows anything about rabbits, this should not be done as it trances them and can put them in a state of paralysis. They can also very easily kick out because they’re scared and break their own backs. I voiced I did not want him held like this and was told “It’s okay, we’re almost done.” They completely disregarded how terrified he was, and my concern for how he was being held. On top of that, they left his nails extremely long. I grabbed on of their “rabbit information pamphlets” that they have for free and all of the information is wrong. It states that rabbits should have unlimited access to pellets, which is untrue, at most they should only have 1/4 cup a day, and it said they should be kept in a cage and only let out 1-2 hours for supervised time. Also untrue, they should be free roam or at the very least live in an xpen. If you’re going to sell the animal for profit, at least educated your employees and keep proper information on hand.

Nice little store. Great service. Prices can be a tad high, but a propane refill is the best price anywhere. This is the new spencerport location and the building is very nice. Bring your kids too because they can pet the animals.

This is closest location to where I live and have always been satisfied with the selection of products and services they offer. The prices are very reasonable.The employees are very helpful when looking for merchandise and glad to see Abby, my dog. Also the bathrooms and live animal areas are kept very clean.

Very dog and pet friendly, my shepherd and I were well taken care of and were shown where to give the dog a shower, well maintained store with plenty of inventory. Employees were very knowledgeable, very helpful.. well deserving of the five stars!!

Monday at just about 12:00 noon I went in to give my dog a bath and when I got to the room it looked like 10 dogs had just been shaved there was so much hair everywhere by the time I got done washing my dog, I didn't want him to sit for fear that he would take all the hair with him. not sure if dogs had just been done before I got there or if it hadn't been cleaned up since the weekend? Didn't say anything to the attendant because at this point I just wanted to get out.

Wanted a propane refill. Asked a employee if someone was coming after 15 minutes she said she would get someone. So after 25 mins I Asked the male employee why it took so long and he told me to go across the street. Very rude disrespectful. Horrible service. The kid should be fired clearly he shouldn’t be working with costumers and having his place of employment lose money.

They are always friendly and very helpful. Clean store. Lively animals for sale. A wide variety of supplies for a range of animals from the farm to more abnormal animals/ pets like chinchillas. Great deals!
