Probably the best DG I have ever been to, they have a large selection of stuff and almost always have what I need. Very clean too. However, if the line is long it is rare for it to be organized, I have seen it fork off into three directions many times which gets confusing. Other than the line, it's usually a good store.

Great store, but stocking could use some work. I understand, does happen, especially with covid but I went to go buy a birthday card the other day and they had no birthday cards. I also couldn't find any paper towels for 2 weeks ended up having to drive out of town for some paper towels.

They only reason I give it a 3 star is because the service is really good. They were very polite however the store it self is off. I am usually one who would never get dizzy in a store. However the stores floor is very uneven which walking around it only for three minutes made me very dizzy. Do get me wrong I go to dollar general almost twice a day, however this is the first dollar general I walked in that I wanted to leave Farley quickly. So dont get me wrong, the employees are really nice and they do a great job. I hope that no one else will get dizzy and nauseated when walking threw the store.

The cashiers are very friendly and courteous. But the store is a cluttered up mess. Half the isle you can't get down without moving carts full of merchandise that hasn't been put away yet.

DG is my jam! This location is particularly well-lit and well-stocked. I live a 2-minute drive away and this location has saved me so many trips to Ithaca. Would rather shop here than Walmart any day of the week. Checkout's quick, tons of parking right outside the doors. This is THE PLACE to get paper and pet products. Cheap frozen dinners, tons of snacks, and their vitamin/pill section is respectable. Picked up a really cute purse for $15 that would have cost $50+ online.

I try 2 go when Holly (seems 2b 3-11pm shift when she's working) the store always has a truck 2b unloaded and she's always on the floor making sure customer's are assisted and stocking shelves and "fixing" &/or putting item's back where they belong! And a side note; seem's 2b the only one who work's w/Charlie!😳😔😊 it's obvious that speed isn't his top skill! 😊

This Dollar Store is huge! They have tons of items, reasonably priced items, and a very friendly staff. There are food items like milk, eggs, butter, cereal, canned food items, snack food items, laundry needs, soaps and shampoos, greeting cards, toys, books...you name it, they have it. I would shop there again.

The older women who works their is rude, unpleasant and acts annoyed if you ask a question. Example- she rolled her eyes when I asked for my receipt. If the job is that bad look for another one.... probably away from customer service 👍

Used to be great, but this particular store no longer has any interest in pleasing its customers, they dont stock anything that they used to, if there is products U need or certain things u want you have to go to other stores to get it...who ever is in charge of paying attention to what products are hot sellers, needs to be fired

There is a man named Rich that is, I assume, a manager that has repeatedly been rude and snide to his employees and myself and some of my family members as well, Including my mentally disabled uncle who needed help to find an item!! I don't kno how he has continued to work there being as bad at customer service as he seems to be!!!! I've also witnessed him following attractive women around "hitting" on them and clearly making them feel uncomfortable!!! And just recently I witnessed him talking to an employee who was doing her job and being kind even when the computer made a mistake and took like 10-15 mins to correct a $157 transaction he continually told her it was her fault, she did it wrong and now he has to fix her mistake and saying to us customers how it'll be a long wait cuz she did something wrong and only he could fix it! I asked if we could be rang out on the other register to get the line going and he said " no I don't have a drawer and you'll just have to wait until I make this right then I'll go count down a drawer! But that'll take quite awhile so your better off staying there!" I just looked at the person behind me and was like are you kidding me but he saw nothing wrong with what he said!!! This person should not be a manager or have any position of power over any other employee!!Plz he needs to be stopped !!

Manager Walt is a horbble manager put this way puts things in low priced area. And you get up to conner andand pay walking to your car and your think why was my bill so high so look at the receipt so you paid what you were expecting let me go back in to have them fix the price change and show him and says he won't change the price bad bad customer service

Not a bad place to shop.the only down fall is all the cigarette butts along the curb on the side of the building where employees do there smoking.you would think they would want the store to look good.

I am not happy with this store. I only go here when I can't get to another dollar general. The floors are so uneven my knees,and legs,ache by the time I leave the store. I get so short of breath fighting the cart to keep I from rolling away. And no matter what dat if the week I decide to stop there the aisle are always hard to get thru what with the racks of stuff and broken down boxes blocking the aisle.

It is very convenient to have in the area, but the building is splitting down the middle, hard to walk down the middle of the store without feeling like your gonna fall over.

There is this short lady that's there every time I go there that has a complaint about every customer.She never jumps on a registered when a line is a mile long .she is very unpleasant and rude.

Store is ALWAYS a mess and the manager pretends like she is to busy to do her job and train these cashiers to do theirs. Poor quality service all around!

Prices usually ring up more than narked, dirty store stuff spilled and left on floor a regular occurrence, employees always take the closest parking spot to the doors next to handicap parking.
