Such a cute little cafe! Ample parking, solid wifi, 2 tables with outlets, lots of light - great for working/reading. The thing to get here is the turkey sandwich! I got mine on an everything bagel. But the sauce(?) in the sandwich is SO good - it's the owner's concoction. I asked him about it and he offered to make me a mix to take home haha. I also ordered an iced coffee, which was pretty good too!

A group of us were upstate for the weekend and on our way back we had a quick stop here. Super friendly service and very nice owner. The espresso was excellent. The owner said it was a blend they make themselves. My other friend had an iced chi latte and he said it was one of the best he had. Would love to visit again soon.

Love the vibe and people who work here. I used to come here to study. But overall the quality of all food and drinks I’ve tried here are as good as what gas stations have to offer. You can tell baristas know their stuff but it’s just the cheap ingredients they use in everything.

Stopped in here today for the first time during a cold bike ride. The Chai Tea was one of the best I have ever had. I am writing more so because an customer came in and was being very rude, the owner/manager remained calm. Even when the guy was using profanity and screaming "go back to your" country. I was very impressed with the way the store handled the situation. Bottom line, great service, great pastries and great drinks. Will be back for sure.

This corner needed a café and I'm so glad Noble Cafe opened here! Food was yummy, drinks were good, and plenty of seating. I'm sure this will get busier during the summer months!

A very cozy and beautiful place. The tea and coffee is made from scratch in front of you with natural ingredients. many varieties. I love it. Nice food for breakfast too. I loved the Tzatziki turkey roll. My kids enjoyed the food too.Staff very polite and friendly.I'll definitely go back again.

For those looking for great hot and iced coffee, pastries, bagels, sandwiches, tea and cold beverages - the best. The cafe is across from the bus stop, next to Union Arts Center, and close to the Rail Trail, so the cafe is an ideal place to make a stop during a commute or while cycling/walking the trail. Also has outdoor seating. PS best iced mocha I've ever had

The Noble cafe offers a wonderful variety of high quality coffee and tea that you will not find anywhere else. I have been coming here every day ever since I discovered this place. I enjoy the atmosphere, very friendly staff, and most importantly, the coffee and lattes! The food and pasties are delicious as well. I highly recommend this cafe to anyone.

This coffee is bomb!!!!! I think I had an iced chai tea latte with vanilla, so delicious!!! The staff were friendly and even though there were a lot of people, I didn't wait long. Aside from delicious drinks, they also serve breakfast snacks (bagels, croissants, etc). A cute neighborhood spot, I highly recommend! AMAZINGGGGGG

Noble Cafe is a must stop coffee event in Sparkill NY. Right on the crossroads of Main St /Union St in the Union Arts building, Noble offers. Sandwiches, wraps , bakery treats and very Best coffee!!!If young TAMI is the barista behindthe counter be sure to taste her made to order coffees.This is the exquisite in house cappuccino she concocted for me today!!!!!

This place is so good. The honey and the iced tea are real tea and REAL honey which are both super hard to find anymore. They also have rare teas like pomegranite and other niche and novelty items. The owner is also very nice. Starbucks and other places do not make real tea , they serve chemicals which cause indigestion. I drank two teas and then biked 10 miles , when I had struggled earlier in the day to do 100 feet. It’s a perfect spot.

Pretty upsetting. When they first opened i was there frequently. We visited and bought two avocado toasts, a soda & lavender latte… price? $65. I thought something was wrong but it wasn’t. One of my avocado toasts was $20!I know the syrups they get are not high quality and the food is purchased from BJ’s (just like the seltzers in the fridge). I’d be okay with spending those prices once in a blue moon if the items were quality.

I’ve stopped here a few times while I bike ride and I order the avocado toast and it’s AMAZING! Coffee is great too. I enjoy their food and their atmosphere and the place is always clean. You need to try it for yourself. You won’t regret it.
