Very clean. Nice manager. Quality of food and prices are unfortunately don't meet expectations. Don't seem to have enough staff. Visited a couple times for groceries. Two different experiences checking out. One cashier said she didn't know how to ring up and item and just stared at me as if I wouldn't be able to buy it. I said to find someone who does know how. The manager was extremely polite and nice. And did this simple task in 2 seconds. Cashier could have cared less. However, maybe it wasn't their best day. Second time I checked out there was no issue except for only two registers being open and the lines extremely lengthy.

Very nice, quaint store on Main St. The people that work there are extremely friendly and helpful. You go to this store for convenience only not for cost savings. I bought a spray can of sunscreen (6oz) and an 8 oz bottle of sunscreen for $31! Just know that going in and you won't get sticker shock.

Whatever Manager was on tonight 8-25-22, was unbelievably rude!!! The worse I have ever experienced in my entire life. The store closes at 8pm. The time was 7:46 and (he) Manager shuts off all the lights in the freezer isle. I needed 1 more item and had to use my phone light to find the item. I told him I couldn’t see and he said “WE WANT TO GO HOME!”. Absolutely unacceptable!!!I’ll give my business to King Kullen from now on! I’ll make sure all my neighbors in Southold know my experience this evening!!

Conveniently located to downtown Southold, for both snowbirds and year round residents alike. Very easy to locate grocery items and prices aren't bad compared to bigger grocery stores. And probably the best thing is that you won't wait long at the register waiting to check out. Plus a very friendly atmosphere.

Reasonably priced. Great selection on most things (other than cheese, which is passable). They carry some local products and beers. Staff are attentive and friendly and the store is neat. They charge for bags ($0.05) so bring some from home if you want to reduce waste or avoid paying.

Southold's hometown market and has recently remodeled the entire store. With an expanded interior space with new selections and offerings, the store has always made an effort to stock the items requested by the local shoppers. Now they are featured on all new display cases and shelving. The interior colors are inviting and fresh and it creates a space that feels excited and still connects with the stores local history. This is not you mega grocery store with a corporate agenda. The North Fork has always been a popular summer vacation destination and this market is within walking distance of one of Southolds most popular beach communities. Geared for the locals with a summer twist, this store has all of your summer essentials. It doesn't matter if you are having a Bar-B-Que in your yard or picking up snacks for a day out on the boat or beach. This market has all the ingredients to provide a memorable feast!
