During a last-minute trip to New York, we faced a predicament finding accommodations for our dog during Canada's spring break. Enter Tuxedo Pet Lodge. Despite initial concerns about leaving our dog, who had never been to a kennel or daycare and struggled with anxiety, Cathy and her team put our worries to rest. Located conveniently close to our Airbnb, flexible and adaptable to our schedule, Tuxedo Pet Lodge became our go-to solution.From the moment we spoke with Cathy, her reassurances about our dog's comfort and safety were evident. And true to her word, our dog was not just comfortable but ecstatic to spend his days with Cathy and her staff. By the second day, he was practically pulling us through the door, eager for another day of fun.Cathy's expertise with big dogs and anxious pets shines through, and her genuine love for animals is palpable. Thanks to Tuxedo Pet Lodge, we spent a great time in NYC and we now have peace of mind knowing that we can bring our dog along on future trips. I wouldn't hesitate to entrust my dog to Cathy's care again. Highly recommended for pet owners seeking a safe, loving environment for their furry companions.
