Hate this pharmacy so much. Stuck using it because it takes my insurance. Today I called for 2 hours straight and no answer. They are extremely slow. Only have 1 register with the same old guyanese lady there.They don't call you to communicate if something is wrong with your insurance. For example, earlier this year, they didn't process my prescription because when they ran the insurance it said invalid. Well that's because I got a new plan since it's a new year. They just left it alone, never reached out to ask me. When I showed up asking why they didn't reach out, there was crickets.They took my new card, ran it, and then I had to wait 45mins for the prescription when it was submitted by my doctor first thing in the morning.Customer service is a big 0 here. This afternoon I went to pick up my prescriptions since I couldn't get through on the phone. I purposely called while I was there and not a single phone is ringing. I ask the lady why they don't answer she said they're busy. I'm like but I just called there's not a single phone ringing here. She's like I see it ringing. Okkkk so that's confirmation that they ignore calls lol.The store and pharmacy needs to be reported so upper management can do something about it. Like starting with removing all the old time workers here that are complacent with their job.CVS and Walgreens are way better when it comes to communicating with the patient. At least they answer their phone.

This pharmacy is so unprofessional!Cannot understand simple instructions from the doctor. If you need a life saving prescription go to another pharmacy.Hire better pharmacist! The ones there behave as if they own the pharmacy and very rude to customers.

Pharmacy sucks! They don't always answer the phone. And they ALWAYS have an issue with my daughter's prescription. It's NEVER in stock! š And anyone I speak to always has a different story about why they don't have the prescription or they'll lie and say it'll be ready tomorrow, but tomorrow never comes...

Calling to verify if my prescription is ready for pick up, they answered however they cut the phone off. It's always something with this specific pharmacy. Very bad customer service

The woman working on shift at the pharmacy section Mondays at 4 pm is extremely unprofessional and rude. Good customer care would be answering to any concerns a patient might have. Instead, this person acted dismissive and made snarky comments about my little sister right in front of our faces when she had a simple inquiry. And she acted like this knowing that she's a minor. It takes a very evil mind to do that to a child.

Rite pharmacy is one of the worst pharmacy ever. The cashier has a nasty attitude I mean if they donāt like their job they should quit. I have been calling this pharmacy for the pass month no one answer, they shouldnāt have phone if they donāt know how to answer customers. I work in retail and if my associates donāt answer my phone they face the consequences. And customers comes first. Will be switching my pharmacy to cvs cause they do a dam better job.

I visited that location for the first time last Sunday and would never go back there or recommend anyone. I'd prefer to drive another 5 to minutes in traffic to another location. I took my Mom to grab a couple things. 1st there was no basket or carts available. The two carts we saw had what appeared to be store related boxes/tags. I took the items(already in a clear plastic bag) out from of the carts and place them on a chair in front of the pharmacy. Apparently that made them upset and then all the nasty slangs started throwing our way. We were in our indian attire and the slangs were about our religion and and all. Religion had nothing to do with using the cart that were meant for customers. These two young ladies were going on. I come from years of customer service and that behaviour was uncalled for. Very bad representation of the business. The older lady had no help with about 6...7 customers waiting to cash out with items all hugged in their arms. I had to help a customer with her items to the counter since there was no basket or cart. The two of them didn't bother to assist the older cashier until a customer made a comment about waiting too long. I read all the reviews and clearly there is a customer service problem at this location. Word of advice start training your staff before putting them out on the floor or else you'll lose customers and continue to receive bad reviews. These girls need alot of training.Never Ever Returning Customer

Not sure who is supposed to answer phone calls today, Friday November 17th at 3:41pm but kept calling and no answer.Very unprofessional for a pharmacy that is supposed to deliver life saving medication.

I recently had an experience at Rite Aid while trying to pick up my prescription refill, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant one. Upon arriving at the pharmacy counter, I was greeted by Natasha, who informed me that I had no refills remaining for my prescription. This came as quite a surprise to me, as I was certain that I had only picked up one refill last month.I tried explaining this to Natasha, hoping for some clarification or assistance in resolving the issue. However, instead of offering any help, she seemed dismissive and uninterested in hearing my concerns. Thankfully, the pharmacist on duty noticed the situation and intervened to assist me further.The pharmacist took the time to review my prescription history and confirmed that I indeed had refills remaining. I was relieved to know that my medication was still available and that there had been a misunderstanding. However, the ordeal could have been avoided if Natasha had been more attentive and willing to listen from the beginning.To add to the frustration, I also had three additional items in my hand that I wanted to purchase with cash. Instead of cashing me out at the pharmacy counter, Natasha instructed me to go to the front of the store. This seemed unnecessary and inconvenient, as I was already at the pharmacy counter and expected to be able to complete my transaction there.Overall, my experience at Rite Aid was marred by poor communication and a lack of customer service from Natasha. While I appreciate the intervention of the pharmacist, it is disheartening to encounter such issues when simply trying to pick up a prescription refill. I hope that Rite Aid addresses these concerns and ensures a more positive experience for their customers in the future.

Today was my 2nd visit to this branch rite aid , and thereās two individuals that has been going out of their way to assist me in whatever I need⦠I want to thank associates Natasha & Ashana for being MORE than helpful in my time of need whether itās grabbing a prescription, pickup order, and even in store purchases. These two are super friendly, assistive, & helpful, and I look forward to my next visit!!! THANK YOU GUYS FOR THE HARD FOR, KEEP IT UP!

Everything is locked up and you have to wait for assistance after ringing a bell near the item that you want to purchase. I get that it's locked away because of theft but buying toothbrushes shouldn't take 15 minutes for one transaction.

Very bad and unsatisfied customer service at the pharmacy department. I went there 3 days ago to get the FLU and COVID booster shots, I was told to take a seat and wait to be called to get the vaccines. 30 minutes later I was still waiting, I then ask the lady at the second window whatās going on, her answers was you got to go to the first window to talk to someone about that, I responded saying I did that when I came in, she still insisted that I go to the first window, so I did that again with calmness and well mannered behavior, NO ONE assisted me, they were all standing and staring at me like I was a different being. Hence I then leave because no one help nor demonstrated kindness toward me. UNPROFESSIONAL SKILLS, BAD BEHAVIOR AND LACK OF UNDERSTANDING WAS DEMONSTRATED BY THE STAFF AT THIS RITE AID PHARMACY DEPARTMENT. šš

I went to purchase some items after 13 hours working. Standing in line for more the 20 minutes when I got to the cashier I started placing my stuff on the counter she asked me if the drunk man behind me who is her family/friend/lover I don't know can cash his one item I asked why she did not answer an started cashing my items the man who had the one item started using me. The assistant manager whose name is Joel and refused to give a last name told the man he is correct in cursing me and walking up to me threatening to hit because the policy and commonsense is that persons with items have to be cashed before, Joel also states that if 20 persons one item each and one has five the 20 people has to cash first although the one with five items is in the front of the line. There is no sign that says express line. I am aware of stores having express line but rite aid does not but Joel says that is the policy and commonsense. I know don't know where he got that commonsense from I think he picked it up through the isles stocking boxes. Rite aid should have express line if they want to cashing out persons with one item first. Many times I have been to rite aid had one item and 10 persons ahead of and beer got cashed out faster. I wonder if it applies only to their friends. JOEL IS AN UGLY DOG.

Rite aid location on 122-02 Liberty Ave Richmond , are the best the staff are very friendly & helpful the Branch Manager Orie is excellent great personality very helpful great customer service .Ive been a customer there for many years & I must say Orie is the best Branch manager Iāve met . I will continue shopping at that rite aid great staff.

Very inconvenient. The pharmacy girl literally told me to call the other pharmacy and have them FAX OVER THE PRESCRIPTION. Get real rite aid, have some more intelligent people work at your stores in the monitory neighborhoods. Ugh, now I have to drive out not walk to this one.

The Anasha Singh review is utterly disgusting because it attacks an employee personally and says nothing about the service the store provides. I highly doubt an employee there "fights everyone" In retaliation I will rate this place a 5.

Calling the pharmacy is a nightmare. They do Not answer their calls. I am on the phone right now trying to reach them for over an hour to checkOn my motherās Meds. They put you on hold and refuse to answer incoming calls. When you go in person you will be attended to in a reasonable amount of time but , just donāt try to reach them by landline. I just need to check to see if the prescription was received by them and are her medications ready. I wouldnāt recommend this place to anyone.

This pharmacy is okay but it needs improvement especially the staff they are not friendly and usually when you ask for help to find things around the store they say how they know and then ignore you what is that? You have a business and customers make your business a success and I believe better customer service is needed!

The customer service there is terrible. A short Guyanese man work the night shifts there and I just know his mother regret and is very embarrassed that she give birth to him. He fights with all the customers.
