This is by far the most excellent walgreens I have visited. The management in this store is really good. The manager Padmini is so wonderful and helpful, she helped me find what I needed quickly and efficiently. I was looking for some time for my product and she was so approachable that when I asked her for help I felt welcomed. The cashiers were so welcoming as well and managed to make my purchase fast and easy. I keep coming back here because my experience has always been great especially cause of the empolyees and managers there.

I been going to this pharmacy for years and the manufacturer and or warehouse been taking my medications off Walgreens shelves and giving it to the Ukraine and the soldiers, sure why us here in the USA? Bring back our medications from mallincktodt! The staff are great and need a raise as they work hard for us patients and now to deal with this nonsense of a phoney shortage, please it's just pain crazy what the manufacturer is playing and wethe patients will go into withdrawal and become sick without getting our medications needed fact not fiction!

The cashier called me to counter one then turned his back to be on his cellphone.The cashier next to him says you have a customer. He doesn't even turn around and walks off. So I walked out and left my cart with $100 of items right there. If you don't want to work then you shouldn't work a customer service job.

Every time I call to speak to the pharmacist, she would pick up, say hold on and hang up. I called 4 times and she did the same thing. HIRE NEW PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!

I am going there but soda and chocolate I had account in Walgreens she not ask me for my account I can buy 3 case of soda price is 14:99 but she scanned one for 9:99 and took money I ask her please give me 3 because it’s deal but she refusing me I don’t know why but her behavior is bad she not gave good service she just took my money it’s to bad service I just go there because it deal but they just snitch my money

They clam they have the product and it’s shows online too n says we can pick it up, I came here late night n it’s a 24hrs open. But they could not find the product, when I ask about it they say it’s in a truck they r delivering it come tomorrow. Worst services. I came for my baby milk powder.

I go to the pharmacy here almost every other day, I know and see that pharmacists are over worked yet there are still some that go above and beyond to do their best. A worker in the pharmacy named kawah is very professional, efficient and never makes me feel judged or uncomfortable as I have with other pharmacies and employees. He is young but still busts his butt to bang out long lines of customers all on his own while still providing a great experience. he deserves a raise if you ask me! He has twice the customer service skills as other employees twice his age there and that should be celebrated especially in a time where pharmacies are struggling so profoundly.

This location is the absolute worst! I’ve visited a few times due to it being conveniently close to my job but I always leave disappointed. A few days ago I had went in after work to buy some much needed eye relief drops. Waited at the locked up shelves for someone to come grab it for me and then I headed up to the register. When it’s finally my turn, the lady tells me my item is not scanning and just looks at me. Like I’m the one who works there and I’ll come up with a solution for her. She tells me I need to head back to the locked up shelves and grab another item. Which is firstly, ridiculous! You’re sending the customer back to wait for an employee (who are sparse at this location anyway) to unlock the shelves again and come back to wait in line for checkout when an employee should be the one grabbing a replacement since I’m already at checkout and having an issue with THEIR product! So anyways I entertain it and head back as I desperately needed these drops. Wait there for a WHILE for someone to unlock the shelves and this time I pick two different brands. Because if the same one doesn’t scan again then the other brand must work right? WRONG. At checkout AGAIN the lady tells me the first brand is not scanning. I hand her the second brand thinking I’ll finally have some luck and it doesn’t scan either! She proceeds to tell me that she cannot sell me those items as they are not scanning and at this point I’m fed up and ask what the options are instead of having me go back and forth. She stated that she will not know what item I will be able to purchase until I bring it up the register. As if I was going to bring the entire section of eye care products up to checkout just to find out what I could actually purchase. Utterly ridiculous and a waste of time! If a customer is not able to purchase items that are literally on display to be sold, then what are you open for? Do a better job stocking or displaying items that can actually be sold or figure out how to manually type in the SKU/price for items!

Very nice cashier there, miss Gloria, was really down and out, but after cashing out and being treated so nice by her, I was smiling back to my car. If other staff is as half as great as she is, wallgreens is gonna be around forever, thanks Gloria, you the best.

I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 15+ years & I must say this local Walgreens has fallen in customer service & store appeal dramatically.The cashiers are 99% the worst now. They’re rude, unhelpful, and have zero customer service skills. They appear to not want to be there & I wish they would just stay home - rather than be sour at customers. They seem to be under staffed which is stressful but you shouldn’t take that out on customers. The manager there, a lanky looking gentlemen, is a low key perv. You can catch him attempting to “flirt” with the younger female staff & once witness him try to “flirt” with the new female pharmacy tech. It was hilarious - she had this please don’t talk to me look & he didn’t get the hint which oozed of embarrassing. Store is hardly stocked. No one seems to know anything if you ask for assistance. Pharmacy workers are not immune to this poor customer service. It’s a sad situation this Walgreens has become.

I am just returning from this pharmacy. The pharmacist was so unprofessional that he kept us (myself and my fellow customer) standing on line without responding to us. I know the Pharmacist named Peter was on the phone. I did not want to distract him but how long I can wait. With some interval I tried to draw his attention by saying "Excuse me, we are on the line." But unfortunately he never responded to us in any way until he finished the phone after about 15 minutes. I knew he was on the phone but I was expecting he would at least look at us and at least show gesture in any form to recognize us. But he never looked at. Once he was done I asked him why he did not respond. He showed me telephone receiver and said "Do you know what it is?" I replied yes I know, but I was expecting you would look at me and show some kind of gesture. I knew he was on the phone and am damn sure that was not as important as can not be interrupted. I never wanted to argue with him but his behavior made me do so. My fellow customers were also shocked that the guy was not responding. That was an awful and bitter experience Walgreens gave me and I should say my fellow customer.

To whom it may concern how is it that Walgreens never gives back change when they're supposed to you know I put $180 on my debit card you pay $5 for the card to put the money on and you're supposed to get five cents back it's $4.95 I know a nickel might not seem like a lot but all due respect I work for that nickel not to mention if I was a nickel short you would have not put that money on the card for me or not give me anything from the store if I was 5 cents short yet he gives me the receipt neglect to give me the change and he seen I was looking at the receipt and he didn't even care so all the respect I'm not going to beg for my five cents but because you're stingy and you take from the customers like you took for me you probably take from a lot of people so that nickel adds up I wonder how much money he took from other customers today a nickel today a dime tomorrow next it'll be a quarter and a dollar in one month your store be making quite a bit of money not giving back the right change you should be ashamed of yourself Walgreens for having cashiers that do that and I'm going to post my receipt so you could know thank you very much

Expensive prices and the line at this place is ALWAYS long. You'll have like 8 people in line and one person working the cash register (bear in mind, there's like 4 registers here). I know there's a staffing shortage everywhere but you have all these workers in the store and only one person can cash out customers? Only when the man in front of me started loudly complaining did a second employee finally emerge at another cash register to speed up the line. Walgreens locations in New York have a major theft problem, but the lines take so long to move at stores like this that I can almost understand why some people don't bother paying for things here.

Today I was in the store and I had a very unpleasant experience with several of your store associates. I was in the medicinal aisle and I requested one of the attendants to get the the keys so I can get a bottle of medication that was secured. After 20 minutes I was still standing there so I approached the gentle at the photo counter assisting if did anyone get the keys since I was still waiting.He indicated that he is still trying to locate the keys, please note that this gentleman was at the cash register and 2 other associates just chit chatting. I ask to speak to the store supervisor and was told by one of the associates that they have to look for the supervisor the same way they look for the keys. Very Poor service

Waited in line to drop something off for Fed Ex. The cashier couldn't spare 2 minutes to help explain how they are an authorized Fed Ex center and don't have any Fed Ex boxes nor do they print labels. She was too busy talking to her sister on the phone to attend customers. Cashier told me to step aside as she continued to scan other customers. I waited there thinking she was going to get someone else to help me but I guess I was just being told to get lost. Thanks Walgreens. Thanks Fed Ex.

I've been living in this neighborhood for 21 years now, my daughter 17 applied for a temporary position that was posted the previous day. I went into the store to ask if the hiring manager was in just to let them know my daughters name and that she had applied for a position. This west Indian woman who I wasn't even talking to rudely interrupted and said "we're not hiring". So I responded saying that there was a temporary position posted yesterday and she said "yeah well we're not looking for anyone right now". I went into the store yesterday 8/12/22 not even a month after the position was posted and my daughter applied and what do you know.. I see about 8 new hires just walking around the aisles trying to put items on shelves. And yet she said had told me they weren't hiring...smh. It just goes to show that west Indian people will never try to bring their own people up in New York.

I am surprised to see 2.7 stars on reviews, i find this to be by far the best functional pharmacy, stocked, clean, most of all open 24x7, ( that's a tough task to manage without few hurdles) any way i am hesitant to give 5 star as well due to lack of management providing excellence in their customer service .I wouldn't blame the crew because crew sees crew does. however 5 star is just due to their ability to function however dysfunctionally , good job, can do better

We ordered a RhoGham injection for my pregnant wife which is very important. When I went to pick up the medicine from there they told me the medicine is no good anymore since their pharmacist didn’t put the medication in the freeze. How can we expect this from them. This is very careless and highly disappointing. Now I have to waits days again to receive this medication since they have to order again. Guys be aware of this branch unprofessional at their best.

I just left this Walgreens and never in my life have I ever experienced such Unprofessional Disrespectful Customer Service Representative’s I was told my three different Representatives they would get someone to assist me in purchasing Zyrtec being that it is locked and you only can get access to purchase it unless a Representative assist you . So after waiting 10 minutes a Indian descent Representative Male comes to assist me and I asked if he can assist me in purchasing the item due to me waiting an excessive amount of time and his response to a Customer is “ It is what it is it’s only one key here” when I asked what his name was he said I don’t have to disclose that to you and stormed off. I spoke with Nafeeza who works there and she said she would address it but my question is if he can’t deal with. Customers in a Professional manner he should not be working there dealing with the public especially when he addresses customers in a Disrespectful manner . This Walgreens service has went down dramatically I’m not sure if they have to retrain the staff that works there or properly screen them but this practice is unacceptable and needs to come to a stop

The manager needs to step down from his position. Customer service was very Poot. Had me waiting over 20 minutes just to pick up pictures and told me it would be another 10. It’s something 3 other register people could’ve done if he was too busy yet he insisted I didn’t do the line and waited on him to close out registers, etc. As a former manager myself I can tell this is not the only way he will bring business down.

The absolute worst Walgreens you could ever go to, much less call. The pharmacy department needs a FULL makeover of staff as they are all very miserable with the job they do. I get a text message asking me to call to fill a RX as my insurance on file expired. The hold time exceeded 25 minutes for an unbothered uninterested female who is giggling her life away with her coworkers to come to the phone to tell me they don’t accept my insurance. She offered no remedy just awkward silence. Basically telling me “Not my problem” When asked, She told me my doctor has to call them to have my RX transferred elsewhere. Rightttt…. I’d rather just have him send it to another pharmacy because he would probably be on hold for the rest of 2022 trying to get Walgreens to transfer it! Stay away from this Walgreens at all cost, especially their pharmacy department. It may be convenient but it is definitely not worth losing your sanity over.
