Progressive provided a warm and welcoming environment for me and my cat when he was not feeling well and needed surgery. Dr. Frishman explains things and takes time to evaluate the situation. In addition to a great doctor there are wonderful staff from front desk, office manager and vet assistants.

I brought my 12 year old dog who was having difficulty breathing- not only did they take me on a day they were booked, but they were incredibly attentive, caring, and fast! Our pup required having a paracentesis in order to relieve her breathing difficulty and she has been thriving since. The wonderful staff here called multiple times to follow up and it was all so appreciated! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Progressive Vet for the best care your pet can receive. I have been going to Progressive Vet for many years. At the recommendation of another vet, I started going when my older dog was having difficulty walking and Progressive offered accupuncture. The treatments she received made a significant difference in relieving her stiffness and her ability to walk. Since then, I use Progressive Vet for all 4 of our dogs. I am very satisfied with the quality of vet care that my dogs receive from Dr. Frishman and his staff. They truly care about you and your pet(s).

I have been bringing my dog Marley Bear to Progressive since I got him 4 years ago. And every time I take him it’s always amazing how good they treat him. The staff and the doctor feel like family and always care so much about him. When he got extremely sick they helped so much in figuring out what was wrong with him. Once the doctor figured out the diagnosis, he put him on medication right away. If it wasn’t for him, he could have died. I’m so thankful for finding this place and highly recommend them. They are all so amazing!!

Frankie and Johnnie (two black cats) really love everyone at Progressive Animal Hospital. Even if they are having a busy day, they fit us in. We actually look forward to visiting there. They always know how to make us better. Their new facility is beautiful and Dr. Frishman is the best.

l would give zero stars if i could, you responded to my other review as if you weren't at fault. Unfortunately my father passed very soon after your negligence caused our poor cat buttons to pass away, so its up to me to tell the public of what you've done. First of all, buttons was not 15 when he died, where in gods name did you conjure that info from? you people asked for no consent before administering a suppository that left my poor cat in pain in his final hours (his death being caused by that damn suppository), we took him in too look at a sinus issue, and yet somehow you people took that as liberty to administer a suppository without my fathers consent which ended up killing our our poor cat. because you were so rough with him. if you really thought he was 15 years old (he was at most 12) why would you handle him so roughly? there is no excuse for what you did to my poor cat, and for you guys to deny responsibility and exaggerate his age for your own benefit is unforgivable. I hope anybody who plans to use you in the future reads this review and realizes your lack of discipline when it comes to animals. Edited: I have to add because it just crossed my mind, There was not one time when we ever visited you people that the price was anywhere close to reasonable. And how dare you not even have an inkling of responsibility for buttons death. for gods sake all we took him in for was he fact that he had rhinitis, and yet somehow you managed to kill my poor little man with your god awful suppository (which may i reiterate, you did not ask us for consent to administer). shame on you, i hope you realize to ask pet owners before you conduct procedures.

My cat was acting very weird, she suddenly couldn't walk and fell over numerous times..I took my cat to the vet and they told me she had a thyroid problem. I made an appointment and went in. Not only did I get the time wrong, I got there an hour early, probably because I was so worried about her. They managed to fit me in and gave me the medication she needed and paperwork describing what the thyroid’s functions is and how they effect the cat. Staff was super nice.

Although a couple of the vet techs were very nice during our first couple of visits, I would never go back here or recommend them to others. The doctor was very impatient with me and acted like he had better places to be; he couldn't even remember if my cat was a boy or girl.Dealing with my cat's new and unexpected kidney disease diagnosis has been very upsetting - to then be treated with impatience and no compassion was the last thing either myself or my cat needed.

We have 3 golden retrievers (ages 8, 7, and 3). We spent 4.5 years trying to find the right vet for us when we moved here. Then about 3 years ago, our oldest golden tore his ACL in half completely. We were referred to Progressive for the surgery. What a blessing. We have been going there ever since. We've had an additional ACL surgery (other knee), tumor removals, injuries, illnesses, and more. With 3 pups that love to get into trouble, we are always at the vet for something. This whole team treats our boys like their own. They are so caring and in our worst, most scary times, they have been there for us. I've always found them to be flexible and accommodating as well. Love Progressive and their whole team.

My very anxious 7 year old dog gets nervous (understatement) when it's time to go to the vet. When I found Progressive Animal Hospital, I was relieved to find a staff who understood and was totally sensitive to this poor shaking and drooling animal. They helped me prepare him for the visit and took time to help him get as comfortable as possible before and during, as well as after, his treatment. I am so very thankful for Dr. and Mrs. Frischman, as well as the Techs and Dina, at the front desk. They are all wonderful!

Recently took my 8 month old Cockapoo to get neutered here. I was nervous about the procedure but the staff at PAH was very informative, knowledgeable, and professional, making me feel calm and comfortable. Fast forward 8 days later, my pup is 90% healed. They did a great job and Max is slowly getting back to being his normal, happy self. Very happy with the service at PAH. Would highly recommend.

Per the recommendation of the owner of the kennel that we send our dog to (she also runs an animal rescue organization), we brought our Saint Bernard in for sneezing fits and an upper respiratory infection. I called and they were able to squeeze us in that day, which was amazing in and of itself! When we arrived, Dr. Frishman listened to her history and the treatments that had been provided by our vet already. His immediate belief was that it was allergies. He recommended getting her tested, but was very transparent about the costs. We got the testing done as we figured it would end up saving us repeated and costly trips to the vet. Turns out that she was allergic to several ingredients in her food. We changed foods and she hasn't had one sneeze. I am so grateful and impressed that he was able to determine the cause of her symptoms in a short amount of time just by listening and checking her out. It was an amazing visit!

We brought my cat in to be looked at for a nasal issue, they ended up giving him a suppository without our consent which caused internal damage that took my cat’s life the next day. If you value your animal, seek care elsewhere

Came here for the first time after researching multiple places to bring my dog for his epilepsy. I liked the fact that they integrate both holistic and western Medicine in their approaches. I thought Dr. Frishman and his entire staff was extremely helpful, attentive, and made sure my dog was comfortable before entering into the exam room. They took their time to reiterate all the information given to me, and took into consideration that I wasn’t comfortable giving him any non-manditory vaccines. They also gave me multiple options for his epilepsy treatment, rather than giving me one option of phenobarbital- which is the experience I had at my previous vet. I was given hope that I could wean my dog off of pharmaceuticals completely and have him maintained on a chinese herb in the future. I will definitely be switching both my pets to this practice, as they are also reasonably priced. Great experience and would recommend this practice to others!

Everyone at Progressive Animal Clinic is great! I feel they really care about my dog and her well being. Dr Frishman and his staff all make me feel welcome everytime we are there and never a burden with all my questions. My 11yo mastiff/dane mix goes for regular old dog issues as well as acupuncture. The acupuncture has made a tremendous impact on her mobility. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone their way!

Our baby shiba Inu has been a patient since he was 8 weeks old. He is one now. We love everyone that works at Progressive Animal Hospital. Everyone is caring, loving and kind with our baby. Anytime we call for an appointment or need to see a doctor right away, they accommodate us. They have a super friendly staff and Doctor Andrew is the best. I will continue to share their info as in our opinion they are the best.

I'm so sad that I even need to be writing this reviewright now. Unfortunately, the level ofunprofessionalism from Debbie has caused myselfand others to never want to return to this practice. Mydog has been a patient here for ~3 years. I travel 30minutes 1x a week just to come here with my 17 yearold dog for accupunture. About a year ago I missedan appointment (because life happens) and Debbiedid not want to book me again. Dina (the receptionistwho I believe actually cares about animals well-beingand is genuinely a kind person) pushed for me tocontinue to come, on the contingency that I wouldhave to have a $25 deposit down on all upcomingappointments. Like I said before, I come 1x a week.That was until today. This morning I arrived for myappointment 10 minutes late (because again- thingshappen) and walked in to have my dog receive hisweekly acupuncture appointments. Dina informed methat they had started surgery already (which doesn'tmake sense- because if my dog was blocked off fora 25 minute appointment, how could they havealready started surgery? Or would my dog even beenreceiving care? Or was it just a lie?) and told me thatDebbie told her I could either come back another dayor later in the day. I said that I wish they had called,but was informed that Debbie didn't see the point incalling me, and it was best that I drive 30 minutes, sothat way she could personally slam the door on mydogs face. She did not care that this would entail metaking my 17 year old dog out into the cold.Essentially, Debbie is ruining the practice, and it's ashame, because the dogs could receive better carefrom people who are actually compassionate andunderstanding, both towards their pets and theirowners. I have never written a review before, but feltthe unprofessionalism I received this morning wassomething others should be weary of before tryinghere. Never will be returning.

The entire staff and Dr. Frishman of Progressive Animal Hospital are wonderful. My fur baby was nervous going in as she usually is but they treated her with the utmost of care and love while she received her acupuncture treatment. After only 2 sessions, her back no longer bothers her and she is her happy, frisky self! I highly recomment Progressive
