I recently had an excellent experience with a dog groomer, Mike. Mike was skilled, attentive, and showed genuine care for my dog! The grooming results were outstanding, and the truck was so so so clean and welcoming. Mike communicated everything that was going on and even updated me with a fun picture of my Newfoundland getting bathed! I am so thankful for his vibrant personality that my dog instantly loved and felt comfortable with. Mike went above and beyond to accommodate my old, large dog by giving her breaks to lay down while finishing the job. I highly recommend their services for any dog owner seeking great service from a passionate groomer. I am incredibly thankful for the amazing photos Mike sent me of might Luna all done up as well! Couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Mike. His kind and compassionate personality put my dog mom worries at ease. I used a different mobile dog grooming service before and had a horrible experience but Mikes professionalism & skills restored my faith. He texted updates and pictures/videos to me throughout the whole process. When I got my dog Chimie back he looked and smelled amazing! I highly recommend booking with Mike.

Mike did an amazing job with Louie. Louie looks top notch and was his happy joyful self when done. Sometimes the stress of going to a store for grooming would have him acting not himself afterwards. This time however he was happy, excited and still loved Mike when done. So overall great experience for Louie and way easier for us, highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Mike. He provided exceptional care for my dog Max, demonstrating kindness and humor. Mike went above and beyond by sending delightful pictures and videos, along with timely updates. He even kindly tended to my other dog's nails without an appointment. The festive Christmas scarves he gave Max and Frankie showcased his genuine care. Highly recommended for top-notch service and a personal touch!

Mike from Wash N Paws gave our dog Brody a nice bath this evening! Brody does not normally enjoy being washed but he came in so happy wagging his tail after his time with Mike. Mike was very friendly and so responsive! He made us feel comfortable and kept us updated how things were going! Highly recommend!

We trusted Mike with our 6-month old Chorkie, Pepito and he did not disappoint. It was his first grooming and although we loved his “floof” we were concerned about matting and fur getting in his eyes. Mike arrived promptly, was professional and reassuring. He communicated with us with texts, videos and photos throughout the process while we patiently waited (more like as we paced the house 😅). What we handed over and what he returned was like night and day but in the best way possible. Pepito looks amazing from his ears to his tail. He was so happy and smelled wonderful and his coat feels so luxurious. Mike and Pepito are now forever-friends! First time using a mobile pet groomer for my two dogs and Mike made it a great experience! So pleased with the process and how my pets look/smell. Mobile grooming is a convenient but pricey change for this family. Our senior pup has now been cut by Pam and Mike and looked great both times. She’s unpredictably nippy at times in her old age so we are happy Mike got her all cleaned up. Pam got it easy last time I guess. Our goldendoodle and labradoodle were cut by Mike and look great. The golden is a little shorter than planned as he went a little longer between grooms and was matted. We had a few missteps however. Our second appointment started a little over an hour late somewhat confusing my husbands work-from-home routine. Mike seemed a little frustrated with the trio but he did a great job! Another time they contacted me to reschedule. We solidified another date within the week and then the groomer canceled. We also were frequently upcharged more than I find reasonable (we have had this group of pups groomed outside of the home regularly without issue). Not sure the company was the best fit for us but they gave good haircuts.

First time using a mobile groomer and I have to say I will be using moving forward. My little guy is a very anxious dog, Mike was great with him and made him feel at ease throughout the process. He is an ACD and sheds like crazy. Mike blew out his under coat and gave him a hair cut in his problem areas. He came back in the house looking as dapper as ever, smelling great and looking fresh. He even got his Christmas photo taken for the holidays. Thanks so much!

Mike did a fantastic job with both our dogs. He was great at communicating before his arrival and during the grooming as well. He was very professional and did the exact services we requested. The convenience is well worth it and the price was fair. I hated dropping my dogs off at a traditional groomer where they’d be put in a cage, making them visibly upset as I left. I will definitely use washnpawz again.

It has been 2 weeks since my first grooming with Wash n Pawz and I smile every time I see my dog. This is honestly the best hair cut he has ever had! The girls were super nice and I could tell when he came back into the house he was super comfortable with them! I have had experiences in the past with other mobile groomers when my dog would come back after and seem scared or agitated. After being groomed by Wash n Pawz he came back happy and kept looking out the front door for the van! I couldn’t be happier and am looking forward to his next grooming! This was the 1st time I used Wash'n Pawz mobile groomer. I have a 7 year old "crazy" yellow Lab named Tucker. Mike called when he was in his way, showed up on time was very friendly and Tucker seemed to have no problem going with him!!Mike handled my crazy boy great, sent me pics as the process was going on, that made me feel super comfortable. I am super pleased in the way Tucker came out and how he was handled...I already booked another appointment for Tucker and my other dog as well!!!Great service!!!
