I was trying to help my wife pick up a MoneyGram from here. We had already been to another location who stated that my wife's visa was not enough to pick up the order (which it is enough according to MoneyGram), then we come here and the clerk tells us that they can't take out the cash and they won't today, try tomorrow.My wife is only trying to pick up money for her birthday. Entire afternoon driving around and nothing to show.People are quick to say no rather than take a moment to see what they can do to help. Sad.Loss for Skaneateles because we most likely would have stayed and used it in the area.

Several times in the past year I have gone to pick up my prescription and it is not there. When I asked why the telephone system which calls to tell when your prescription is ready doesn't work, I was told "We have glitches in the system." This has been going on for more than a year. I ask the same question, always get the same answer. No one seems to be interested in fixing the problem. Both the local store and the company CVS have to know this, but they don't seem to care. When I politely asked why my prescription was five days late and still not in the store, I was told that I could wait for the delivery truck, and that I could also "Try another Pharmacy." Believe me, I will be trying another Pharmacy in the future. Very poor customer service. I would give less than one star if I could.

The pharmacist Kristen Scanlan is literally the worst person I’ve ever had the displeasure of coming into contact with. I cannot believe that this pharmacy employs such a despicable person. If higher management sees this, think about who you have employed, because clearly everyone who comes into your pharmacy sees how terrible she treats others. Just read the other reviews. The pharmacy is slow and inefficient. They are rude. They are extremely disorganized. Kristen is the worst, but the pharmacy techs aren’t much better. Do better, CVS.

Worst customer service of any pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Long waits and endless auto menus on the phone. I waited two days without hearing from them. Long waits in store. They waste your time because they obviously don't want to spend a minute of their own. And don't waste more of your time thinking you can avoid this by going on the website to check the status of a prescription order. They never update it.

This pharmacy is ridiculous. Highly recommend getting your prescriptions elsewhere. Long waits, long phone waits (20 min +) and rude service. I was denied a prescription I’ve been on for a decade because of the fact I have multiple residences. She really needs to get with the program. You’re preventing people from living their lives because of your “ideas.”

Always one person working. There is a huge line. Their phone system is a joke. Don't bother. I've also never had a consistent price on any medication. I went last week one was $85 and this week it's $133, deductible did not reset. This is the worst pharmacy I've been to in my life.

I left the Doctors 2 days ago. Its not easy for me to make a phone Call. I have to travel to make one.I called CVS pharmacy after leaving the Docs to see when It would be a good time to pick up my script. I was told it was being processed and to come in in 30mins. I showed up there about 40mins later and was told I had to come back tomorrow as my insurance wont cover it until tomorrow.I asked what time should I come in tomorrow. I was told "Don't come in at 9:00 am. CALL FIRST!"I said it is not easy or convenient for me to call first. What time should I come in tomorrow?She told me 10am and she is making a note of it as she will be there in the morningI arrive around 11am (giving her plenty of time)Once again my script is not ready and apparently (without my knowledge my insurance company expired last month)This info should have been resolved on the phone call as I spoke to a woman about it the previous day on the phone, not a bot!This a waste of gas money and time due to the laziness or unprofessional incompetence of a single employeee.I said well how much is this scrip that is not even ready for me yet (a day later). I waited and waited till the script was done and paid cash and left.All of this info should have been revealed to me over the phone before I even walked in the building. This is unprofessional, condescending behavior from an employee to a customer who has shown her nothing but honesty, politeness, understanding and respect.My advice to the CVS board of directors is to teach your upper management to school their employees not to discriminate upon appearance of any individual. Nationwide and especially in my hometown of Skaneateles.The only reason for a rating thats not less than 2 stars is the respectable, commendable, professional, behavior of the younger tattooed pharmacist.

They need to better train their staff. I had a time sensitive need to make a photocopy, called and asked "do you make copies?" person on phone said "yes, we can make photocopies". Drove 15 minutes each way to find out that they don't actually make copies, but can print photographs. Yeah, not the same thing, not even close. Left super annoyed, I specifically called before making the trek and still wasted valuable time, not likely to return.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the 5 time I have been here to pick up a new script of medications for them to tell me they either don’t have them in stock or they never received the script from the doctor. One was for medications from my dentist, this time for my arthritis from my primary doctor. How do you not receive scripts that I watch the doctor send over? It’s been a few days now and I’m hurting from not having my medications. This is ridiculous and I don’t understand.

Everything in the store is like 2 to 3 times the price of anywheres else. Carpets look like they havent been washed since they built the place. Place looks like its stuck in the 90s

I went there to buy a few things a few days ago and both registers were closed down. I inquired why both registers were closed down in the middle of the day and the snotty manager pointed to the lone self check out register and said “we have other things to do other than checking people out right now” I was very confused and shocked by what she said. They literally closed down all of the registers and she was doing absolutely nothing!! I will never go there again!!!!

Crowded and dirty and watch out for those heavy doors, they almost killed my arm!
