I had an excellent experience with this towing company. My 1988 Ford Bronco broke down and I was stuck on the side of a busy highway late at night. The temperature was around 25°. Cassatt & Sons was on site within 10 minutes. My son and I were in my warm house and my Bronco was in the driveway in no time. I would highly recommend this company.

Dalton came all the way from Sinclarville, NY to Penfield, PA to tow us from our breakdown point back to Fredonia, NY/home. He was kind and answered all of our questions and concerns. He also called to check in for a time of arrival. I highly recommend Cassatt & Son Towing.

A control arm unexpectedly snapped on my car while going down the road which resulted in my wheel being caved in enough where it could have caused significant damage to the vehicle. Cassatt & Sons showed up quickly to help me out. I’m so thankful they had the right tools and took their time in carefully loading my car on their flatbed to avoid doing further damage. They offered the same care in offloading the vehicle at the shop as well. Taking a few extra minutes of their time probably saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars of further damage where other companies may have not offered the same level of service. Thank you guys!

Drove all the way to Bradford pa in a winter weather & wind advisory to help me… stayed in touch the whole time that he was in route.. the tracking app updated me and allowed me to see ETA… then without care laid in the cold winter slush and hooked my truck up while I looked from a warm house… wish I could give them 10 stars ⭐️ cuz they deserve it!!!!Highly recommend!Thank you again 🙏…..

Great service. Got stranded at my cabin and was hours from home. Within the hours, I was back up and running again and was able to head home. Couldn't ask for better service. Will definitely not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We were saved! Miles from home, our jeep quit on us. We were so relieved to get through to Cassette and Sons on the first try, after only one ring too! It was perfect, arrived exactly when he said he would and had us loaded up in what felt like seconds. Our car was transported 82 miles! We're very pleased with this company. Amazing service, knowledgeable team members, and great time management. I needed my car to be towed at 9am and they were there on time. They took the time to put my vehicle in service mode to put it into neutral (most people would just drag the vehicle in park). And they made sure my vehicle was strapped down properly.They were very polite, and you can tell they enjoy their work. I couldn’t be happier with the service that I received and I will be using them in the future if something goes wrong again. Great Job!

Alex was THE BEST! Very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Cassat & Sons was called after I had slid into the ditch (slippery roads and heavy snow) and had been there for 2 hours. When they received my call, they said they had 4 calls before me, and it would be 3 more hours. They called me back in a few minutes, and Alex was there within 1/2 hour. I was so happy to get out of the ditch, since I had almost 90 minutes more driving to get home. Thank you for such great service!

Our Subaru Outback needed a tow because of an electrical issue. Subaru roadside assistance put us in touch with Cassatt and sons. They arrived 10 minutes ahead of their scheduled ETA. Had the vehicle loaded and on its way in a jiffy. The driver and his assistant were very helpful, courteous and professional. Overall a great experience and a much better one than with another roadside service I belonged to for over 50 years.

Unfortunately, I've had LOTS of experience having cars towed in my 63 years of life and I've never been more pleased than I was with Cassatt & Sons. Their communication was excellent and concise and their young driver, Dakota, had a FANTASTIC work ethic...something that is SO HARD TO FIND in today's younger generation. He was efficient, careful, friendly and very knowledgeable, all while being very respectful. This company brought my vehicle to its destination safely and in a timely manner, and I would highly recommend them to ANYONE needing a tow! AAA+++ service!!!

I had broke down just outside of Bradford pa and Cassatt & Son's towing was dispatched to transport my car. Even though it is a distance of 55 miles away, they happened to be close by. I only waited 15 minutes and was impressed with the professional, courteous, and pleasantness of the driver! I felt assured that my vehicle would be delivered to the garage without incident. Unbelievable job! These guys are the best in the business. They moved my commercial van out of a muddy area 100 feet from pavement and up a steep, narrow, curvy path down by a lake in the dark. Their plan of attack was spot on by having the area plowed and salted, as there was a foot of snow, and as the decline was basically a drop off with no coming back up. Great repositioning work as the van was sideways and piece of cake when all said and done. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this company to ANYONE! A++++ very grateful and lucky they were sent to assist. Friendly and reassuring. Worth every penny no question! Thank you again!!

Cassatt and Sons were the best in service I have experienced with AAA services. I called for a dead battery on my daughter’s car we just purchased. The tow truck was going to take a bit, during the busy snow season. They sent a Tech with a battery tester/charger. He checked it… determined a tow was needed, and took the info so we didn’t have to wait with the vehicle any longer. They came back and Towed the vehicle to a place very close to home, but within the 100 mile parameters! They kept me posted every step of the way!!!! I Would highly recommend!

As a mother I had one of the scariest things possible happen when my son was in an accident! Matt called me within 5 minutes of hanging up with AAA and made this worried mamma feel a little bit better about the horrible situation we were in. Alex showed up within 20 minutes to get us off the side of the road and on our way to safety. I could not have asked for a company to show me more empathy and understanding of my situation than they did! They were top notch and I have told everyone about the great customer service they provided me in a time of need! Matt and Alex you do amazing work and keep it up. FYI I have used my AAA many times and I have never been taken care of so quickly before. Good job guys!!!

They answered, responded quickly and kept in touch until they go to our truck. The driver and his wife were very friendly.
