Cute little Tops grocery store, great alternative to Savalot's limited selection. It is small, so dont expect the selection you see in their larger stores, like Dunkirks for example. It is clean and the staff was friendly.

Went here because I had to recycle my cans and it's close. The machine kept rejecting my cans, saying they were not authorized by the store. Funny, because I bought them at TOPS!! I went to the customer service desk. The female employee standing in front of the desk looked annoyed that she had to stop chatting with her co worker and move. The girl behind the desk was friendly. I explained what happened and she called for customer service to cans. I waited 10 minutes and nobody came. I left. I don't have all day. To wait on some lazy teenager. I'll go to Dunkirk. Do better Tops

This is a small store and had the essentials. Since we are always traveling we need to stop wherever we can find parking space. They have a relatively small lot, but the store is not so big either. We thought prices were high compared to other places. We spent $68 on 2 bags of groceries & one bag was just chips! The staff we interacted with was great and the store was clean and well stocked. They have mostly basic items, but do have a bakery and deli as well as a pretty good sized meat department. We tried the BBQ roasted chicken from the deli which was really good. Tops has a nacho cheese tortilla chip which rivals Doritos for flavor and is about 1/2 the price! Sorry, I won’t spend $5-$6 for a bag of chips!!

Smaller location, so not as well stocked as the Dunkirk or Buffalo and Erie locations, but decent for a small town one. Prices are high compared to other local options, like Dollar General and Save A Lot, but they carry things the other two don't.For a quick drop on, grab and go, it works. Bigger orders and trips, I'll travel, and take the mileage hit.

Silvercreek only had self checkout and they now have lost a customer. I worked all day, I will not check myself out! They do not pay my wages and @ their prices they need to wait on the customer's! No complaints against the workers, it's all on the company! I wanted a no star review but they won't allow that!

The prices here are crazy. It's great for a quick stop but doing your full grocery shopping here is a waste of money. You will save 20-40% if you go to Walmart 17 minutes away. The store is clean and people are nice though.

This particular location was very disappointing. Very crowded with stock and small. When I got to the checkout there was 9 people in line with 1 cashier. He didn’t call for another one. I personally went to the office and asked for another cashier. There were 3 in the office area gabbing and looked at me like I annoyed them. Finally after 3 minutes of waiting some more and even more people in line one girl came out and didn’t look too happy. I couldn’t find all the items I was looking for and I thought the service was lousy. I won’t be going to this location again. This TOPS location is a disgrace to the company.

People at the store at this location are very unfriendly, and very not helpful, I am a handicapped man, grocery shops for myself because I live alone I am a disabled veteran and cannot walk very well I need a smart cart 2 motor around the store to shop this location only has one and is always not charged therefore businesses lost and I will spread the word of this location, it was much better when it first began tops now they are hiring lazy managers and employees, I retired from tops in Buffalo and was always a manager, this behavior from this store needs correction fast thank you for your help

The only good thing you can say about this place is the floors are pretty clean, but even that is an inconvenience because every night when I'm there for some forgotten dinner item I have to dodge the guy with the floor buffer. You have to wait for service at the deli because the lady is on smoke break, then you watch her walk in the front door, around to the deli, not wash her hands, pick up a used pair of gloves off the table and ask what I'd like, "nothing now". The produce is never really of great quality and there are almost always fruit flies swarming. They never stock for the big weekly special buys, cashiers are always on their cell phones and not knowledgeable in the products they sell or ongoing sales. They allow vagrants to beg for money and cigarettes and dig thru the ash trays and garbage cans at the entrance. I'm tired of ranting but theres so much more I could complain.

This Tops hardly ever has the quantity you need to fulfill the sale requirements shown in the weekly ad. If you're looking for a specific soda don't bother, they're usually out of the popular types. As for diapers or formula don't waste your time. Unless they have received a shipment that day, they're out of stock. You're better off skipping the deals at this Tops and going where you can get everything in one go. If you do have to stop, I advise going in the afternoon.Edited: now that they have installed self checkout there are no registers open only self check out most of the time.

I am a happy Tops shopper! Although most prices are a few cents more expensive than Walmart I'll pay them. Produce is fresh and clean and stocked. If not just ask and they'll help you. The store is clean and well stocked. They have cashiers and they are friendly, smile, talk to you and ask if they can be of any assistance. Customer service at Tops is a #10!

Loved this small-town feeling Tops. We needed a few things we forgot at home while camping. Looked up grocery store on maps and this Tops was the closest store. So we headed out expecting to be pulling up to a normal size Tops I was surprised, it was a 30 car parking lot at best. Great store and staff, they where all in great spirits.

I'm not sure what's happened to this store but they had no one covering the deli counter, a sign saying they'd be returning in 1/2 hr., who's going to wait?And the cashier seemed rude, you could tell he didn't want to be there and begrudgingly waited on me. I won't be returning.

Worth paying a bit more for things. The store is clean, well stocked. Employees friendly and helpful. You're not rushed at checkout.

They certainly are friendly! Cashier let us borrow the card to get the discount on sale items, since we're visiting relatives in town. They had a great selection of vegetarian Morningstar items. They don't have everything (no Califia Farms coconut milk creamer) but I didn't expect that in the village of Silver Creek. It's pretty good for a local grocery.

It's small in comparison to what I am used to but SC is a small town so I guess it fits but prices are also higher compared to other (or bigger) Tops Markets.The staff are always super friendly so I added a star for that.All in all, it serves the purpose for a small town grocery store. I just wish it was open 24 hours.

Higher prices, staff wasn't very friendly. Store wasn't freezing though and they let us use their store card to save. Gal working in the bakery was nice. Bottle return was easy to use. OK store.

I am so proud of the great customer service they offered. Tops ran an ad for a beef family meal. They have been out of the lettuce that was featured in the ad due to the romaine being tainted. I called Dunkirk Tops to see if they had the lettuce I was looking for in this ad and each time was told no. I called this Tops and Donna on the phone said no they didn't have it, but she would substitute for this lettuce. So that is what we did. She honored the rain check and allowed us to get a different lettuce they did have. I was so ready for Tacos that night. Thank you. I will definitely keep this store in mind if I need something again.

I've tried their home delivery services and was pleasantly surprised. They filled my order to exactly what I wanted. If an item was out my personal shopper gave me alternative options. The delivery was fast too.

Great for a smaller store of this chain. Prices tend to be slightly higher and less selection of the larger stores. When you're in a pinch or don't want to travel the convenience out weighs any problem with price. Staff is friendly and helpful.

It's a small store,so they are limited on the variety of foods and dry goods available. The prices are a bit high,but that's understandable. Very friendly staff and management.
