I’m so glad we have a Rite Aid in Silver Creek. Convenient location, fast friendly service and a decent selection of health/beauty, wellness and gift items. The staff are consistently professional, helpful and kind.

I made a appointment for a booster shot through the online website. My appointment was for Saturday November 19 @ 5:00 pm. I was sent several reminders via text of that exact appointment. When I arrived, the pharmacy was closed! How does a system allow me to schedule a appointment knowing that they will be closed? Very disappointed. I scheduled my work around this appointment. Very inconvenient!

This is our local Rite Aid and we have been a customer since its opening in our community. It's our only pharmacy in town, yet there are times when the pharmacy is busier than usual, as well as inside the store. RA has some of THE BEST PRICES on beer 🍺 that I have found for a quick stop. Make sure you sign up for a rewards (loyalty)card, it allows you access to great deals & perks.The staff is polite/courteous. If you need a COVID-19 vaccine or your seasonal flu vaccine, call them to set up a time, it's fast & easy.

Rite Aide in Silver Creek is very nice store. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The pharmacy staff is very helpful.

My grandparents were visiting from out of state, and for three days the pharmacy would not call my grandparents' pharmacist to get their scripts filled when over the phone they told my grandparents that they would be able to fill their scripts for them. They were rude and offered no apology for essentially refusing service once my grandparents were in town. Went to Walmart in Fredonia and scripts were filled no problem.

I wouldve given 5 stars except most of the time my boyfriend or myself are shopping (several times a week) we both are followed around like we are stealing. I have my children with me,and we've never stolen anything but yet we are treated like we have. Other than that most employees are very sweet.

I used a different Rite Aid for years with no issues, switched to this one when I moved and have problems every month with my prescriptions getting filled. If you don't mind going back 4-6 times a month to get your prescriptions that they can't fill correctly then this is the pharmacy for you.

I wish I could give them 5 stars in the past I would have . Im a gold member shopping there weekly . Last week I went and had my coupons as usual every week for me and the women started complaining I only could use 7 coupons pr order . Caused me to split my order total confusion and she wasnt nice about it . Very dissapointed in that employee she seemed out to get me as she started before I even got my items on the counter. I always was treated nice in the past NEVER had coupon issues . If you dont want people to use coupons then stop sending them to me .Im still looking online for rite aids coupon policy so far found nothing about 7 coupon limit . Someone wanna post a link that says exactly that ?

Horrible online script order and half the time we go to grab it still hasn't been filled. What a joke guess we will use Walmart for the rest. Normal merchandise prices are way to high and the scripts rarely ready. Not recommended for any of your shopping needs or pharmacy

I'm done! Rite aid and the pharmacist they work have lost my $10000.00 plus per year percription plan. They have not been good in many years. There new plan to have automation in there filling of prescriptions is a miserable failure and the pharmicest ls worse. Rite aid would be better off if the pharmicest new his business and had a HELPFUL attitude. Taking my business elsewhere!

We've been using rite aid for years being it is tge only pharmacy close to us. It has been awful from day one. Today instead of calling me to tell me my daughters prescription couldnt be filled and i had to go to another pharmacy over 30 min away they let me show up after her doctors appointment to be told. This isnt the first time this has happened. My daughter and I head towards this other rite aid pharmacy and this time they call my cell phone to inform me that onr doesnt have it and i will have to call the doctor amd get a different prescription. This place is full of ignorance, i could of went straight to the other one on my way home. They wasted my time and energy and i still dont have her prescription.

Out of State people needing prescriptions transferred do not use Rite Aid. They are very rude & don't care about you. Disgusting that elderly people are treated this way.

Terrible experience! Prescription refill didn't get done because they used incorrect phone number. No apology for their mistake. Then they yelled at me for complaining and hung up the phone. Went to Walmart and they took care of everything.

Did my script refill online to save time. Everytime I do this it's never ready. It's not a controlled substance script and should only take a few mins very disappointed and annoyed

Always very good help with anything I've had concerns over. They try to awnser any questions you may have. Be it big or small. May not be what you want to here, but there honest. 👍

NEVER come here if you actually need your medicine! The doctor can call it in literally 5 times and it they will still claim to not have it! They are messing with people's lives who NEED their medicine for chronic pain!
