This could be the darkest Dollar General I've ever been in. It seemed like almost all the lights were turned off. Everything was on the ground and disorganized. I went to the dollar section (everything was $1) and when they ran the wipes they told me they were $1.50. I told them they were in the dollar section and I would just get a different one that was $1. They gave me the pack for $1 but they did the usual Dollar General thing where they didn't know who put them in that location and they didn't belong there. It's honestly nice to see that I was 2 hours away from home but all Dollar Generals are the same. They never know who stocked what where (despite only having 5 employees) and everything never matches the price they have for the item.

Almost always understaffed, you have to squeeze a dog toy to call the cashier to the register. They are often out of common products for weeks at a time. The store and parking lot are nasty, the ice chest looks about 20 years old, garbage everywhere, paint chipping off the door, boxes and merchandise all over floor, the clothing and apparel is so out of order. For some reason they recently moved their nut selection from the snack section to in between the mayo and hot cocoa powder which seems like a dumb spot. You'd think it'd be convenient having a dollar general in town but when they are run so terribly it's sadly kind of an inconvenience.

This is our family’s favorite Dollar General. Not because any of the products or store layout are different or better, but because the people who work there. We agree 200% with previous reviewers in saying that the cashiers and workers within the store are AWESOME! The team at this Dollar General should be in charge of training all Dollar General teams! They are very helpful, make you laugh, explain products, and SMILE. Seems like little things but they mean so much to your customers, especially considering the world in which we live today. THANK YOU FOR BEING SO COOL!!!

Wish the store would be lighter inside and a bit cleaner. I'm not saying it's filthy but it needs better upkeep. It's in a great location, the cashiers are friendly and are usually able to answer most questions.

The place is disgusting. Like when was the last time that place was swept or floors even mopped. It's so dirty in there. The baskets are nasty too. They need to be washed. No one wants to put their items in a nasty dirty basket or cart. Seriously some management needs to get involved and clean those floors up. You know those floors haven't seen a mop in years!

As the picture shows this store is usually a disaster. And while they have a lot of stuff, they never seem to have what you need.The staff is pretty rude too. Don't even think about asking a question.It's useful for being clearance items right after a holiday. They tend to be cheap but don't last long.It's usually my last resort for a place to shop.

I couldn't find anyone to help me out until I stepped up to the register and the cashier came in from outside...she was smoking at the door while watching the register. Also, I thought that if it's marked saying all Christmas discounted and have things in that area that's not on sale and then start to argue with me. There's never anything on the shelves but always have equipment on the floor blocking things.....

Very friendly cashiers and always have what I need with an extra surprise here and there. Like a weighted blanket! Or a cube organizers! End tables, cute clothes, lovely holiday/seasonal decor.

Horrible cashier. Very rude. Told me I had to bag my own stuff, which I don't mind doing but I'm not getting paid for it. Then she made me drop my phone screen is all cracked. I will never shop here again.

Love this dollar General, always spending money here, service is always quick and simple. The cashiers are always kind and willing to help out. Also this dollar General accepts SNAP, but does not except W.I.C.

Good store to shop at. Though at times items are not organized on shelves but its a hick store in a hick city. Carry your sanitizer, lots of unkept individuals shop here. But as for store staff they are friendly.

Staff are nice. The shelves are stocked but the floors are filthy!! Shopped two days in a row and still the same filth! If the floors are dirty what else is dirty?

Bigger Dollar General than the other ones across chautauqua county & seems to have a better selection of unclearance & clearance items...Clean bathrooms most of the time...& Really nice cashiers!

Used to love shopping here now it's a mess garbage right outside doors, inside store is trashed. Personal are very nice and friendly but the store needs lots of attention.

I visit this store at least 3 times a week. Great prices. The store itself is sometimes messy, but the employees are nice. In and out!

The selections of food and dry goods are adequate, the prices are very reasonable,the store employees are helpful and the store is clean. An excellent location for convience shopping.

This store used to be a great place to go. I still go there but it needs some cleaning up recently and the staff is a little slow with service.

A smaller store... kinda cramped. Have been to this location alot over a 17-yr period... Only go for specific things...short trips for quick in & out.

Besides the fact that the products were just thrown all over the shelving in certain areas... this is a great place to get almost anything you might need!

This store was a great blessing to our community. It has become a total disgrace and an embarrasment. The whole store is filthy. So sad for the community.
