Great help. I went in to buy a lawn mower they didn't have the one I wanted in stock but they made a phone call and I get the mower tomorrow. Just to update: I picked up my lawnmower the next day I put it together and it works great I love the mower!!

I enjoy shopping in Tractor Supply Co. As they are a high quality store. You can just about find anything plus more ! It changes certain items along with the Holidays, Christmas is my favorite and spring ! It is a little on the expensive side but you do get good items.

The management here and the cashier lady lol. Need to to have some lessons in customer service. Seems they are to busy to help. She was mean and nasty to a gentleman buying a pallet of feed. Not sure but has been a issues for couple years with the nasty mouth and just general disregard for customers. We stood waiting 15 minutes for the manger and employee to talk about there day and and weekend. To have both just ignore us and go out back. We only go here if we are desperately needing something local or desperate.

I have a bunch of pets so this place feels like my home away from home sometimes. Wide selection of products with great pricing and friendly, helpful staff.If you use their app for pickup orders, make sure you can produce the confirmation email with the list of items purchased. The app is glitchy and sometimes splits a single order into 2 or just doesn't show purchase details at all.

I spend hundreds of dollars at tractor supply every month. I place my orders online and pick up wherever I'll be that day for work. I'm a repeat customer in this store, buying there at least 1-2 times per month, yet the one time I left my wallet at home, They would not allow me to pick up my order. I could list off what was on it, the price , give them my address, phone number and last 4 of my card number, but still would not allow me to get it. This store is 40 minutes from my home and I scheduled it there because I was going to be passing by there today only and not again for another week. I had to come home, have them cancel the order and reorder it at another store then go back out to get it. There is no store closer than 30 minutes from me. This is not the way to treat a loyal customer. I will make certain not to place my orders there again. I will give my business to other locations.

Great product selection,but terrible customer service at this location. Employees all on their phones and seem to try to hide. Had to wait for the girl at register to put her phone down to get rang up. Then had to look for total and ask for if ok to swipe card as she was still watching video on phone during transaction. I am local and would prefer to shop elsewhere and even travel some to locations and businesses where management does not allow phone use and customer service is helpful.

Great place to shop for your farm supplies. Customer service is great. Prices are reasonable. They carry grain, salt blocks, feeders, bird seed, dod and cat food, clothing, pellet stove, baby chicks, bolts and nuts, chimney pipe and fittings and cap, signs, gardening supplies, and much more. There's a bathroom on premises. Free parking, and they except credit cards.

Great family store. Yes, they have tractor stuff . They also have clothes, hardware, tools, chain, home by decor, tires, batteries, tarps, and feed for all kinds of critters.

Ordered fencing online for pickup. Got the email saying everything was ready, so I headed over. When I got there, they had picked out fencing that was almost twice the cost, and they were actually out of the one that I ordered. No apologies or (real) attempt to make things right, given that I wasted time and gas getting there.If you're there and you see what you need in front of you, great. But don't expect this store to have a handle on their inventory otherwise, or to care when they get it wrong.

My elderly father needed a part for his lawn tractor, but he didn't have the needed info. Keith and Jerry were very pleasant and kind to him. They didn't have what he needed on hand, but suggested we get the model and serial #. When I called back with the part numbers, etc.. Jerry was really sweet and patient. They didn't have the part. But he has special ordered it. My dad is very pleased with the service as am I. Thanks guys!

While Tractor Supply always has EVERYTHING I need, the experience I had at the store located in Sidney was terrible. Our cashier, Jerry, was no help what-so-ever. He couldn't log into his own drawer because my husband and I believed him to be drunk. He smelled of booze and not only was he at work but it was 3 o'clock in the afternoon. He charged me once for a shovel and rock salt at once it went through, the receipt didn't print. So he told me I wasn't charged and re-rang everything in and told me to swipe my card again. When it wouldn't go through the second time because of insufficient funds, I came home immediately to check my bank statement to find I WAS charged. So not only did he NOT know what he was talking about, he was drunk, and he was rude about it to boot, but he tried charging me twice. I called and talked to the assistant manager to voice my concerns and he brushed it off like there was nothing he could do. Poor staffing on all levels and I will most definitely not be returning to this store. I was absolutely appalled.

This is a good place to go, dose not matter if you are a home owner, pet owner or a farm owner. You can get a quick vet stop on the weekends wich I think is great. Lawn mowers, power sports and farm equipment can be found. They used to have more for all the do it for all the yourself or weekend projects. They have a good assortment of bird foods, dog foods and and farm foods. But usually have a good price and quantity of wood pellets to keep your home warm threw the winter. We were so short on wood pellets last year and no one had them. We called and our local tractor supply said they have a couple of bags left at a lower price they anyone else. Understatement of the year. We got down to them and I bought 25 bags. Almost what was left on the pallet. But when they finally helped me load I said I was glad they had that much left. They pointed out they just took in a tractor trailer load and had one more comming in. Wow supply!! All the pellets we good. No dampness or destroyed pellets. Discount tool bins are a good place to look.

Great place to shop. They have all kinds of pet products and supplies. There are boots, shirts , hats, socks and gloves for the whole family. Gardening supplies are plentiful.Lawn mowers, and tractors are there if your in need.

I am 70 years old and I stop here to pick up chicken feed and bird seed occasionally. I was there the other day struggling to load 2 – 50 pound bags of feed onto a cart. There were two male employees close by who totally ignored my struggle. To top it off, the next morning I had some serious pain in my knee. This is typical of the service I have received in the store, so that will be my last visit. (A neighbor of mine unloads the feed for me.) From now on, I will drive out of my way to where I know I can get good service!

Customer service in regards to service are lazy and product knowledge makes you wonder. The staff I've come across are unlikely to know what's in store. Store is good if you already know your direction and needs without assistance.

I've never had trouble in this store. Find the staff helpful and nice. Much shorter lines than kmart across the street. If you can get it at Tractor Supply it's def a better choice than kmart.

A good place to get various supplies including animal supplies, work clothing, lawn care, heating units and supplies like stoves and pellets, and of course farm supplies. They are pet friendly. The staff is attentive and helpful.

Bought a Toro Zero turn and had a dealing with the manager named Robert. Avoid this dude at all costs he’s a real jerk, mower wasn’t ready, battery was dead, handles were loose. Thanks to another worker he took care of it(Tim).

Love that I can take my dog in. Especially during the summer, so I don't have to worry about her overheating in the car. Plus they have most of the farm stuff I need.
