They let me sit there for nearly twenty minutes before telling me they only take appointments and, despite having no other clients in the shop, couldn't take me. Also closed 2/7 days per week.

I walked in and all the barbers were busy and doing some fine work on their clients’ hair. There was an elderly man, a young man and a middle aged man all getting a cut and they all looked fantastic. My son has super curly hair and it had been two months since our last trip to the barber shop, the poor kid needed it sheared off at that point. The barber who helped us was so sweet, he made my son a balloon animal and knew exactly how to care for his hair and even taught me how to maintain it so we didn’t have to have a repeat of what he came in with. He used two different types of clippers and made some jokes as well as intelligent conversation with me while he worked on my son’s hair. I totally forgot the name of the app he said I needed to download in order to schedule appointments in the future, maybe I’ll swing by there and ask because the guy did a great job and I paid only $25 for the cut!Service: Kids' cuts

No one manages the desk. They have zero customer service skills.They have barbers doing nothing; then they make you book an appointment- for what? A "Mall haircut" level with zero style? Is my money not good enough? I literally drop a 100% tip.Notice the people giving good comments- they're all fake profiles. They had a barber that I was good with- then it's a big game just trying to book them again. Their Google listing has no link to a website, so you better get your act together and take walk ins. The couple of times I did get an appointment with the same barber, they swap him out for a rookie barber. Mike is an amazing barber. He takes great care of my son and is fantastic with also adding the designs he wants on the side of his head.We always get compliments!

Barbers are not too friendly but owner is. Cleanliness doesn't seem to be a priority there. All except one doesn't wear a mask. But he did a pretty decent job on my son haircut. I say decent because he cut the back shorter than what I said twice and left a small nick of a bald spot back of his head. When I mentioned it he kind of just shrug his shoulders. Otherwise haircut looked good & he styled it. Went back a second time and Rick cut my son's hair. Did a very nice job. Shorter than I said but still looks good. My son was happy with it.

First time there and I highly recommend this barber shop. We found it on Google search and the reviews were good. We were out with our disabled son and wanted to get him a haircut. Our son does not do well with places that are not part of his routine, but I was hoping that just him and me doing "guy things" would work out. We left Mom in the car and in we went. Rich was our barber and I mentioned DS and Autism. "No problem" was his reply and with very little correction, he quickly and expertly cut my son's hair. It was amazing, but my son almost seemed to like it! I am definitely going back and applaud Rich for "helping one of the least of his brothers."

We initially had a disappointing experience with this shop. I made an appointment with a specific barber based on the recommendations of people who said that that barber was great with nervous toddlers. We drove a long way to get to the shop only to find out that the barber had left. Another barber assured my husband that he could absolutely work with a nervous child but it was ultimately a very difficult experience.The reason I still give this shop five stars is because the originally scheduled barber reached out to me personally and did his best to make the situation right. I have immense respect for that kind of response.

I just recommended Wise Guys to a friend who's visiting from out of town. He just went there, and there were two barbers there free but they refused to give him a haircut. They said they don't do walk ins, he had to make a reservation first, and he would have to come back after making a reservation for another day. Ridiculous not to serve a new customer when the barbers are just sitting around. I'm sorry I recommended them. I won't make that mistake again, and I'm also very unlikely to go back. They get a second star for a previous haircut that I got from them that was good but I'll find another barber for my next one.

These guys are wonderful, skilled and kind. My son goes there every month. It's not easy to cut my son's hair, due to autism, but these guys are so patient and very compassionate. Joe gets a great haircut, just like any other guy.

They were very busy when I came in, which I get, but no one acknowledged me or looked at me for forty-five minutes. Each barber was doing his own thing, and no one was managing the desk. There were barbers who were unoccupied and goofing around. They finally asked if I had an appointment, which I didn’t, and then asked me what I wanted. I said a fade. They said “wow” and told me they couldn’t fit me in for another three hours. I get that it gets busy, but stay on top of who’s there, who came in when, and who’s waiting. I had a good haircut there before, but won’t be returning.

Wise Guys is an awesome place. Pissed it took me over a year to find out there was a legit barber shop in the area. Also haven't had an actual hairstyle in years and Nick hooked it up. The wife loves it. Definitely will be back

I needed a haircut and left work at 6pm and was googling places to see who was open . I came across them and called at about 6:30 and they said they close at 7 but come on down . As soon as I walked in I liked the atmosphere ,Don took me we started talking and I thought he was awesome I told him a low fade and a little off the top and said do what ever you think will look best . I couldn’t of been happier with how it came out ,by far the best hair cut I’ve ever gotten . I’ll stay going to don and wise guys barbers for now on !

I frequent Wise Guys and let me tell you, this place is marvelous. The chairs… don’t even get me started. The atmosphere is an electric factory and the service is better than peter luger's. I walked in and it was very chaotic, there was only 3 people in there. The barber and the guy next to me were being very inappropriate. Finally I asked for a trim and the barber cut off all of my hair he didn’t even style it and that cost me 35$Service: Haircut

clean place, my buddy recommended it while my barber was on vacation,the guy was really nice and put in effort, but the guy doesn't know how to do a skin fade . I got the worst fade of my life here, he had no idea how to gradually fade your hair, an essential for every barber. if I did go back I would try the guy with the longer beard!

Called 30 mins before and asked if they take walks in and told them I’ll be there in 30. And they said it’s fine I could come. After I arrived on time. They said they couldn’t take me. If you can’t handle it. Just say no. I’ll schedule another time. Instead of wasting other peoples time.

Mike WiththeBeard (Mike O) gives a great cut. Always leaves me smiling and satisfied feeling full of new life.... like a new opportunity has opened for me. Until my hair grows back and then I return for another cut from the magic beard. Seriously, great place, tightly run. I was a refugee coming from the mall with no place to go so I followed mike there and his cuts have become better and he has a superior work ethic. I went to the barbershop last month. I couldn't believe what an amazing job the barber did! I couldn't be any happier. The place is clean and the staff is so friendly. They don't rush your haircut either like other places. I wish I could rate it higher. Stop in for a cut, you won't be disappointed!

Awesome place went there for the first time today and nick gave me a nice fade exactly the way I wanted it. Super friendly, not too expensive. Definitely recommend anyone looking for a nice haircut to go there.
