The store is very dark and dirty. Felt as though I walked back into the 1980s! The prices are high compared to everywhere else. Hardly any produce selection. And what they do have isn't of the best quality. If I need to grab a few things quickly, I'll run in, but otherwise, I do my shopping elsewhere.

It's a nice clean store. I don't understand how this store in a low income area is more expensive on everything than Trader Joe's in Lake Grove?! Really odd. I can't to shop here. Cheaper to make the drive. Shame

I’ve been getting my cakes here for a couple years now and let me tell you they are just getting better and better ! I picked up my sons Dino birthday cake and whoever made this really went above and beyond to make the cake look amazing !

The store had a complete make -over, looks great.It's a little difficult finding items, not as organized as in past.Some products are apart from those which are alike.The prices are high compared to other food stores, sales are not really sales.Way too expensive.

King kullen in mastic Beach is a great place to shop they always have what I need their shelves are always stocked it's always clean the employees are very helpful very friendly and they are very fast at the check out lines you never have to wait long and that is what you want if you've had a long day at work and you want to get home or especially if you have children🙂

Only one e complaint. In the deli area. and don't want to give a complaint because they always slice my cold cuts exactly how I like lol... but very often when I ask for "deli" ham and "deli" cheese, when I get to the register and look the label, it says boars head... I'm starting to believe the deli clerks are told to do this... its too many times I'm trying to buy the cheaper brand and end up with the more expensive... nothing against boars head. Its Fn delicious lol.... but I trying to save where I can. Being tricked into buying the more expensive brand is some Bs

I really don't shop here but I was in the area and needed a few things. So I stopped in and was able to get in and out quickly. I found everything with ease. Only one problem, there price's are higher then their competition.

My Aunt ordered a custom cake for my Uncle birthday, they did a beautiful job! Cannoli filling, yellow and chocolate cake, they were able to reproduce a classic car picture on the top of the cake to go with the theme of the party! The cake was fresh and delicious, reasonably priced and ready on time. King Kullen has one of the freshest Bakeries around, fresh cakes and cookies, pastries and breads. Would recommend this place if you're looking for a beautiful cake made!

I gave 5 stars because the they are clean, convenient, and the employees are friendly and helpful. I do wish they carried more gluten free products though.When I call to ask if they carry a product I always got a helpful person on the line.

Worst customer service. Went in to use the self checkout as I had a bunch of change and was buying a 99¢ seltzer water. When I asked the woman if she would take the change she automatically started getting rude then told me to go to customer service then said she'd do it while she continued to argue with me. I go to customer service the little old lady raced me their to start telling to person at customer service that we had a bucket of change at this point they were both yelling at me stating they couldn't take the change but after hearing it was only 99¢ which I had to speak over them for them to hear that. I was just disgusted by the treatment I received and just left. Will not be returning which sucks because I come here regularly as it's convenient.

The store is clean and well stocked. The prices seem alittle high, but what's not with Inflation at its highest in four decades! I purchased a dozen mini bagels, they seem bigger then mini and are very good. They have sales every week. There is plenty of parking. I recommend King Kullen.

I change my review to 5 stars on this store. They carry some stuff that's hard to find, the Bakery is great and the pre made meals are pretty good. The best thing they carry is definitely the Asian express generation tso chicken hands down, if you haven't tried it definitely try it. This kid that works there I believe his name is Jimmy is very kind, whenever I need something he helps me without hesitation and he even cleaned the bathroom before I used it for me because I asked if the bathrooms were clean at the location he said that they keep the bathrooms cleaned and maintained but he'll clean it for me again anyways.

The prices were extremely high. Turkey bubba burgers were $5.50 more than stop and shop .And when I bought them at stop and shop last week they weren't even on sale there. Purchased my broccoli crowns ( which were on sale) and left with nothing else. However it was nice to see two cashiers that have worked at the store for many years still there. On my way to stop and shop. Won't be back it was actually depressing.

Groceries are a bit pricey here, but you can't beat King Kullen's bakery! The best cake is the chocolate cake with buttercream icing. Yum!

It’s a supermarket, so it’s nothing to cry about but nothing too swoon over either. The aisles have easy to read signs for aisle content, and the store’s general display is aesthetically pleasing. The staff are quite personable and helpful, with Logan in the deli being the my favorite to deal with among the staff I have experience with. Overall, it’s a good place to get your grocery shopping done on a frequent basis.

KK has the highest prices compared to all other supermarkets and they have the least selections as well. The only good thing about shopping there is that it's always empty therefore I'm in and out. Their lack of customers proves that I'm not the only one that dislikes shopping there!

This small supermarket is far better then the competition down the road in the Kohl's shopping center. They are stocked with food the lotto scratch off machine always works and the staff is courteous and very helpful. I am very pleased with this store and will continue to shop here.

Been going here for 40 yrs..great! They have everything you need. The sales are good and rarely run out. No problem getting a rain check. Very clean and isles aren't blocked like some other stores.
