A $4 sundae that had barely any ice cream in it. This isnt the first time this season that thos has happen. We have been goi6there for over 7 years and the quality has always been great until the new owner took over.

They have all sorts of flavors of ice cream. Alot of choices of foods, besides the hamburgers and hotdogs, plus numerous sides to choose from. Numerous choices of beverages: floats, shakes, sodas, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Eat in your car or eat at one of the picnic tables. Take your time and enjoy your meal!

New owner is gonna run this place into the ground. Quality and quantity is in the pits. Prices are in the sky. If you want a hockey puck for dinner, order a hamburger. If you want a baby chick for dinner, order grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken was literally 1/8” thick. Italian for the salad was just oil. Out of ketchup in pumper, asked for more, they said they didn’t have any packets. Saw them fill pump 30mins after we were done eating. Service was awful. Ladies taking order were just miserable. We used to be able to see the food preparation area and how clean. Now completely covered, what do they have to hide now with the new owner? Also a family of 3, 1 being a toddler, spent 75$ for dinner and ice cream! Absurd.

Good ice cream and lots of room for kids to run on the grass. Several tables and a bathroom at this stop which we appreciate. Variety of choices for food and ice cream.

Oooooo wee, talk about good eatin. Got myself some of them cheese curds and fries with a small twist on the side and I was not disappointed. I’m tellin ya, if you ain’t been then you ain’t lived. Home town feel with a luxury meal. Go ahead, get you some.

While coming back from Cooperstown as part of a Navy Reunion we stopped for some ice cream. After they called in the calvary we got our orders in a timely manner. Everyone enjoyed what they had ordered. You cannot beat mom and pop ice places.

We were excited to stop in for dinner and ice cream until we saw the prices for the food, the wait time was 45 plus minutes, staff was extremely slow. We did end up eating elsewhere in the area which was no better. We took the kids back to Dairyland for ice cream, cones were ridiculously small for the prices. The whole experience was a huge dissapointment.

The service here is great, and the ice cream is always super thick, creamy, and delicious. Prices and portion sizes are decent, and there's also plenty of outdoor picnic tables to sit at. Overall a great and family-friendly place to stop for ice cream right off of Rt 20!

Nice stop for ice cream and munchies. Nice places to sit outside with covered eating areas. The place is kept clean and is well maintained. Occasionally there are nice classic car meetups hosted during summer. Good energy and friendly folks working there. Locally owned and operated which are all a plus.

Got a waffle cone with two scoops. Road runner raspberry and chocolate moose tracks. Outstanding! More on the menu than ice cream. I was focused on the ice cream but I think they have hot dogs, burgers and fries, etc....too.

We've been here a few times, and will be making a point to stop again ! The food is always TOP NOTCH. Anything fried is crispy and fresh. They use fresh produce, and high quality ingredients. Everything is prepared with care.. for example: soft serve ice cream in a cup with sprinkles. Instead of putting the sprinkles only on top, they layer them and make it look so nice ! The ice cream is good quality as well, and they have a lot of soft serve flavours which are our favourite. Today we had a cheesesteak and it was loaded up with meat and cheese + veggies of my choice. I always get tots too ! The prices are extremely fair, and the people working at the counter very friendly.

Stopped here after spending the day at Boukville Flea Market. Got a medium twist with cherry dip. It was huge, the dip was thick. They have a large menu of take out food, but I was there for the ice cream.

This was the first place I ever ate at while visiting the East Coast for the first time, and it was a treat. I had a delicious chocolate milkshake, while my dad had a hot dog. The milkshake was of a good consistency, and the chocolate flavor was far from artificial tasting. The hot dog was different from what us west coasters are used to, but it was a good surprise. The atmosphere wrapped the experience together, making us feel welcome with the old-timey diner vibe and some of the cleanest public bathrooms we have seen in a long, long time. The workers were kind, leading to a great visit overall.

What a great place! My philly cheesesteak was really good, even if the clerk thought that it was weird for me to want lettuce and tomato on the subroll. Excellent fried mushrooms, I just wish they had not been out of the spicy horseradish dipping sauce. I didn't get to try the ice cream after because the line was too long and we needed to head back. I would order it again and will go back again. Nice outdoor picnic tables.

Always a tasty treat! My wife had a small vanilla shake, great flavor and thickness. I had a soft peach ice cream cone! REALLY GOOD! They have many of different flavors to choose from.

Not gonna lie, I work here. Food is good, ice cream quality is there and portions are more than what many expect. Sometimes the line can be a bit of a wait but we appreciate every single person who comes, no matter if it's once, annually, or every single day.

A nice place to stop in with family for some good ice cream. We happen to be traveling and stopped to get ice cream. Had gotten some food as well. Service was good.The only thing I wasn't impressed with is the long line and parking. They only had one line open and cars had to go through the line of people to find a spot. Cna be dangerous.

Best soft-serve ice cream anywhere that I have been! Even the chocolate sprinkles tasted fresh. My wife and I have been going to Dairyland for years. Love it!

Unfortunately not a very good experience this evening for dinner, walked up to the window to order, was informed by a not so friendly staff member that food would take at least 30 minutes, we ordered dinner for 7 people, were then told 40 minutes and asked if we wanted it to go, received our food 45 minutes later, three orders were incorrect, one item had hair in it. Two star rated, as we've been customers for a long time, usually great food, very disappointing experience this evening.

Always a happening place! Waited in line 15 minutes on a hot August evening and my large soft chocolate cone was well worth the wait! Entertaining too as people in line were betting I couldn't down the leaning 12 inch high treat before some dropped on me or the pavement. I won the bet! Best ice cream stand around.

Long wait but only to be expected on first weekend in May. Ice cream was ok, vanilla not as tasty as the Red Door, Mrs Shake, other places in Mohawk Valley. I haven't tried the other flavors or their hot food menu either, but it's been my experience you can tell how good an ice cream place is going to be by the basic vanilla.

Food was okay. But I was the one who ordered fried clam strips at a random roadside place probably more known for ice cream and shakes, which I didn't order. Appreciated the bathrooms.
