I get my oil changed at another Walmart all the time. I stopped at this one in nesconset and was told it’s a 3 hour wait. 1 car was on the lift already and 2 bays were open. No cars waiting. How in the world is it 3 hours. I will update this. As I’m writing another car was pulled in. It’s been 30 minutes since I first got here and the 1 st car is still in the bay. It was there before I arrived.

My son and I had a fantastic shopping trip to Walmart recently. The toy selection was absolutely amazing! It took up several aisles and was really well organized by age group, which made it so easy to find something for him.He had a blast browsing all the options, and with so many great choices, it was hard to pick just a few! In the end, he found several toys he loved, and he couldn't wait to get home and dig into his favorite one.Thanks, Walmart, for making our shopping trip so much fun! We'll definitely be back soon.

One of the nicer ones. The one in Islandia is theft central and the one in Centereach is so nasty now. They sell open products, that are missing items at Full price. This one is clean, the staff are helpful and the items arent damaged or returns at full price. Definitely recommend this place for your value needs

bought a “90 days guaranteed return” bike, kept it super well, tried to return it because the wheel don’t turn properly and I don’t feel safe riding it.They didn’t accept it because I rode it back to walmart and it was dirty.Worst walmart ever, don’t come here.

On 11/18/23 was there to pick up my online order. From 2-3pm. I got there at 2:45pm. It took them more than 30 minutes to bring out my order. That is ridiculous why do I have to wait longer if I have a certain time slot. I do get it other people are there and are shopping but I’m shopping to.What’s the point of having a time slot if you’re not going to bring it out on time in between those hour that I picked. I get that the season is busy, but that is crazy and way too long to be waiting for 8 items. With two kids that are also waiting in my car with me. Do better please and then no one is answering The phones I had to call a different departments no one was answering, but the only Department that answered was eye/glasses department. Thank you Joan for answering. Also to the other guy in the phone that answered when I tried to thank Joan your rude don’t hang up on me. Have a blessed day

Walmart has lots of products and foods at affordable prices. Particularly snack foods and specialty workout foods are cheaper than most vitamin stores and grocery stores as well. Has everything you may have some need for at decent prices.

Disgusting treatment by customer pickup and management condones the unprofessional, unethical, unpleasant behavior, they will make every excuse not to correct how the public is being treated. Stop allowing your employees to talk to people any kind of way and not expect the same treatment back.

Every single person is so happy to help anybody that very very nice people most places is just a hi that is it over here they just say how are you doing are you feeling good when you just going for a walk everybody that works there they say Hi how are you ask a couple questions and did they have a very nice people they want to do it because they like to do in it they are the best places to go ever!!!

Absolutely the worst store I ever been in. They have a so called Manager Jacob who tells people either do it our way or you can't shop here. And the biggest joke is when you call the corporate they send an email to the store manager to call you. Talk about Walmart not caring at all about how thire customers are treated!

Today was my first visit to Walmart Auto Center. Jack and another guy were great. Professional and attentive. I needed a new battery. They got my car in right away. I thought the whole experience was pleasant. They maybe short staffed, but they hustle.

Great store.. the automotive manager was very rude after i asked him 1 question.. i asked him if these wipers would fit my car .. he says he doesnt have the book with him rightnow with a c***suker attitude, like i asked for his daughters number . Other than that good place =)

I use to come here until there was cops 24/7 giving people tickets on there cars its not that i even have a problem with tickets obviously just keep up on your car and your good but clearly walmart knows about it and they continue to let it happen I'm sorry no one should be bothered for a inspection sticker if your shopping and I watch them do it 4 times while I was buying flowers outside honestly sickening

Only reason I’m giving it any stars is for the prices. Customer service is completely rude, dismissive, & obnoxious- this store charged my debit card twice for the same transaction and after having called this Walmart countless times, and being told it would simply fall off within days, it did not. I went up to the store to speak with someone in person- first woman was very rude with major attitude: “you just have to call your bank. Walmart can’t do anything about it.” She had her hands up as though she was saying sorry deal with it. Loud and rude. Then she called over a young man who was actually accusing me of lying, while I had my bank app open for him to see. Rude as well and did not care in the least. Told me to dispute the charge with my bank, and was acting as though he was doing me a favor. I’m not sure why they work there if they don’t know how to properly speak to someone, and they don’t understand the phrase customer service. And how does the closing manager settle credit/debit card batch at the end of the night if the totals don’t balance?Terrible attitudes and completely non existent customer service, as Walmart STILL has my money they double charged me for. By the way, I went there today Sunday May 28th at approximately 4pm if you’re wondering which employees spoke with me at the customer service desk. I doubt you are though

This Walmart is very RACIST. They also have a very poor selection of "minority hair products", example: hair relaxers, Mielle hair products etcThey don't sell Goya frozen food & they don't take WIC.

I live a few blocks away from Walmart. It's super convenient. Have everything you need when it comes to kitchen, cleaning and decorating your home. I just wish it was a super walmart that have fresh produce area

Whenever I leave Walmart I feel like I won something. 24K magic block of chocolate gold .25 cents each! This is the only decent one I know of on the island. Plenty of great deals here. Islandia and Commack don't compare. I miss the South where Walmart is a staple, 50 cent sodas in Texas. New York has so many taxes fees and regulations that what makes this one good. You can still save money and get decent products.

The BEST Walmart EVER!Bill (I think that was the name of my cashier) made it a pleasure for me to check out ... and spend even more money!I had intended on buying a toy for a one year old. (The toy, which was in stock) was better than described online. A keyboard that has a working pullout a microphone, sing along with "Mary had a Little Lamb" and record yourself singing along at the same time?!?!! Buttons everywhere! Rock. Samba. Disco drum beats. Organ sounds. Violin sounds. And, a button to press that makes a faint, little doggie bark!. LOTS more too. $19.99 ??? Really?(Just look for the doggie face ontop!)So I only went a little over budget........a little.Have fun!

I love Walmart! Shopping the store or online, both are easy and convenient. This store was well organized, clean and stocked. I like the self checkouts and if you have to return something you won't wait to long on line. Great selection of cat food, office supplies, women's leggings, candy and snacks, even men's graphic tshirts. Would recommend Walmart to anyone looking to shop and save money, every dollar counts nowadays!
