Great experience today. Staff was informative and helpful. Nick & Sunayana at check out were absolutely great. They identified items in the system that were missing tags and they signed me up for a Home Depot Card and made sure I got any discounts available. People like them, both kind and helpful, really make a difference and make you want to return to your store.

Knowledgeable staff that is helpful and pleasant, which is hard to come by these days. Great selection of plants and household items. Large parking lot with multiple entrances. Affordable prices for flooring, especially if you purchase and have installed by them, they offer specials. Always a favorite, will keep returning.

It’s been a while since I’ve been this pleased with the customer service at any Home Depot. I wish I could remember the name of the young woman with short blonde hair that helped me in the paint aisle because she really was great and informative. And then the help I received from the young man, PJ, in the tool aisle was really helpful. They were both great and appreciated.

I was profiled for being Hispanic. The person at the cash register was asking me to give her all my personal information, all I was buying was a toilet. When I questioned the reason of providing my information the woman gave all sort of excuses and couldn't justify why.I wonder if I were white they would have done the same thing?

It has taken me a month to figure out how to fix my 20' flagpole without welding or having to purchase a new one.A gentleman named KURT eagerly helped me find a solution, It cost $35 for the two items. It’s a kinda a hardware store. Place is always messy can never find an employee when you need them. Once you do find one theyer running away. Pricing isn’t that great either other places have better pricing. I main only use them when I have to. But the worst part is they mostly have delft check outs. I don’t work for the company so why am I made to check my own stuff out. Like I said only use when absolutely need to.

I went to the Setauket location on February 12th, looking for Rapidset Waterproofing Mortar. When I got to the store, the bay was empty, but the website showed 83 in stock. After 20-30 minutes back and forth with the associates, they figured out it is in stock, but no one put the pallet in the bay. The associate told me they will gladly bring it down, but it will take some time because they would have to close the isles in order for the forklift to be used. I told the gentleman there was no rush. I will come back tomorrow. He assured me it will be available when I come back the next day. I wasn't able to go back the next few days, so on February 20th, I went back to buy the mortar. When I got there, the bay was still empty. They never bought it down since last week, still 83 in stock. Waited about 30 min for them to bring the pallet down, and nothing. Went to Lowes.

This store has HORRIBLE customer service. Doesn't deserve any stars, I will never shop at this home depot again. Nobody was mean to me they tried real hard to not help me and wanted to redirect me to another department as I was confused to what was happening hence I approached customer service thinking that would be the smartest thing to do for help since there was Nobody on the floor that would've helped me and that I know for a fact as I shop at Home depot all the time. That being said I was redirected to another department by the customer service rep, which blew the top of my head off and I politely asked for the manager. I spoke with said manager or assistant manager not sure but they also wanted to redirect me to the front cashier for retrieval of an item that I wanted to purchase. She did her job sort of in the sense that she explained to me that customer service doesn't do said request and I politely explained that I wouldn't know that as I'm a layperson and this is customer service. She definitely got frustrated with me and abruptly ended the conversation and walked away from me. Nobody wanted to think outside the box and actually help me the customer, and I left my cart and was polite to everyone and decided to cut my losses and leave. I will not be coming back to this location again. You guys are not capable of actually seeing that I was in distress and you could've actually helped expedite my experience and we both would've been satisfied, me with my products, and you with your sale....customers make paydays. 😉 Have a nice day...that's what she said so right back at ya...

Another great home Depot. We actually applied for a business credit card and were granted one on the spot.They have everything at this store including cleaning products.Parking space is not a problem since us on a big shopping center.The people were very helpful and very informative and helpful.They have a on sale place on the back and found some good things.#brokerGCraig #homedepot #homeprojects

Ive been shopping at this store for many years. That has came to an end recently when I realized home depot is allowing there dress code to be violated in a way that demeans women, by allowing a man to wear a dress while working. Two words gutless management.

Great experience here! Tried both best buy and target for a replacement speaker for my Florida room sound system, with no luck. Since home depot is in the same shopping center, I figured I would try a longshot there. Luckily I bumped into Amanda B. On my way in and asked if she knew if home depot had speakers. Amanda, even though she's a flooring specialist, took the time to sit down with me and search the computer. Found and ordered exactly what I was looking for. Shipped to store well within the estimated time frame, and pickup was a breeze. Overall very satisfied with the speaker and the outstanding help I received from Amanda! Thank you!

Helpful staff, greeted by an employee upon entering. He was not a greeter. He was stocking merchandise. My online order arrived earlier than expected. I was notified of arrival of my order by phone.. Store is well stocked. Convenient parking .

Connor is a very hard working associate with his skills in the lot I went in the store for 5 minutes with it busy and all the carts were out in the lot by the time i came back out he was sweating and had all the carts pushed back to the correct place. I asked him for his name then he offered to help me put all of my stuff in my small car, I told him it was fine whenever we couldn't fit all of it but he kept giving me options and wouldn't quit till he knew I would be successfully safe on the road without my trunk open. After I tried to give him a tip of 40 bucks he declined I asked him why, he told me that his mom would always tell him to help others as much as you can. Others need to be like him. People like him need to be noticed. Thank you Connor for all that you do, you deserve a raise.

My favorite Home Depot, I love using their bathroom! Staff is very nice and helpful, even to customers who clearly don't deserve it.The guy in front of me at checkout, hid things in shirt, and then asked for a discount. What a guy! He also smelt bad.

I have been ordering the same vanity ( a 3 piece set ) since September 2022. Three separate deliveries and each piece has been damaged in the box. The 60" vanity in Blue had several deep scratches on the face. Home Depot sends a Kraftmaid rep that tells me to install the vanity ( install tops, sinks) and then they will refinish it. I ask what If I don't like refinish after all is installed I cannot remove it easily and offer to have them refinish it BEFORE it is installed. They say no.I then order a new one and that one comes with the finished end panel missing and it is unfinished. They want me to lose the reveal edge and install a second end panel instead of shipping a correct version of my order.The other vanity was shipped with a large crack in the face.The last cabinet just arrive a few weeks ago and it is damaged.The bathroom project has been held up over 6 months while I keep waiting on new orders that somehow leave the warehouse with totally visible damage but get boxed and delivered anyway. Unbelievable!!!!.Good luck getting hold of any manager that will care enough to actually fix the issue or personally take over the order so make sure the 4th delivery is actually usable.Do not order cabinets or vanities here.

I want to thank Joey, the manager in the lumber aisle. Total professional. I was building a deck and he guided me through my options when what I wanted wasn't there. The day after I put my order together he oversaw the pallet being loaded and personally loaded it himself. Knowledgeable and hands-on. If you need help in the lumber aisle ask for Joey you won't go wrong.
