Great Service! I had my first oil change and tire rotation for my 2024 Ford Edge that I purchased from Wally's Ford and was surprised to see that they gave my car a wash when they were all done!

I drove into the Fuccillo dealership with just a wish. I wanted a newer vehicle. Didn’t know if I could handle any sales person or if I even wanted to. I was greeted by Jamie, and she walked me through the purchase process seamlessly. She found the right vehicle for my family and we absolutely love it. I bought it back in April and I have never had such great service anywhere else. Between her understanding of my time restrictions and how I really needed something as soon as possible. She made it so I was able to drive home in it that day. I love my Explorer and plan on buying another when the time is right.

Purchased a vehicle over a month ago with promise that the minor cosmetic issues would be fixed (clips on front bumper and seal on the back passenger door that was missing when purchased) I have been told to call back, or someone would call me back to get these issues resolved. It has been over a month, when I went into the dealership to confront the lack of communication I was advised “Josh” was out and they didn’t know when he would return. So apparently there is only one mechanic, which is disturbing considering I purchased a used vehicle with an extended warranty, so I’m praying nothing goes wrong because I’m sure it wouldn’t get fixed!! Will not purchase from this dealership again!!

Kudos to the staff at Wally's Ford in Seneca Falls!!!!!I knew that my current vehicle had 200,000 miles, so I was looking on the internet. I want to see what was available. Lacie reached out to me and suggested I come in. When I arrived on Monday both Bill and Brad greeted me. It was nice to walk in and receive the attention. I sat down with Brad and showed him a list of what interested me. We discussed the vehicles and what would be comfortable for me. Brad brought the Nissan Sentra up front for me to take for a test drive. When we walked out the size of car really surprised me. I was thinking that it would have been much smaller and compact. I really enjoyed driving it. So Brad and I start working on the paperwork. I knew that receiving financing was going to be difficult and both Brad and Bill were very encouraging and supportive. It didn't look like would be able to get the Sentra, however, they had a couple of other ideas and stayed positive. It was late in the evening and they told me that would be in touch the on Tuesday. They were very diligent and were able to get me financing for the Sentra. I was able to go back in on Tuesday night to complete all of the paperwork drive away in my new to me car. This was very stressful time for me and they helped me relax and get through the anxiety.THANK YOU BRAD, BILL, AND LACIE!!!!!!

My wife and I purchased our first used, but like new 2015 Ford Escape from Fuccillo of Seneca Falls in February of 2019. Had a great experience then and still love our Escape. We returned on June 5th 2020 because I was in need of a new pickup. Once again they were more than helpful, professional and caring especially during the pandemic. I went in with a very firm set price and expected to be leaving with basic 4x4 Ranger. I was shocked when they were able to get a fully loaded Lariat edition down to my price point. I couldn't be happier with my new Ranger, you could say it's a HUGE step up from a 2001 Dakota :)Thank you to Jamie S. Bill H. and the rest of the Fuccillo team for all your help and time.

I am so happy with the new truck I purchased from Wally’s! Scott helped us through the entire process and he was so easy to work with. I told him what I wanted and he helped me drive it off the lot that day. We have worked with Roger in the past and was happy to see he was still there and as great as ever. In the next year or 2 I will be ready to upgrade my other vehicle and Scott at Wally’s is where I will go 100%. They make you feel comfortable, not too pushy and make you feel like they are there for you.

The sales portion of our purchase was great, but whom ever was supposed to Clean my truck before i picked it up must have been off that day. Outside of the truck was great but the inside was completely filthy, found old french fries in the cupholders and animal fur all over the back seats. Also found the oil dipstick out of the engine and sitting on the firewall under the hood..

Really good experience with a pre-owned car purchase at Wally's Ford of Seneca Falls. We drove an hour because we wanted to buy from a smaller market than our home in Jamesville, NY (Syracuse). We had planned to buy a used Ford Edge but it just did not shift well during the test drive. However, they had a Honda CR-V on the lot that fit our requirements even better. The sales process with Luke went super smooth. They got us a great loan rate and we completed the transaction via text/phone. To top it off, Luke personally delivered the vehicle right to our driveway so we didn't have to drive an hour back out to pick it up. Great service and great car buying experience.

Samir's business card says he's a Sales Professional. I would respectfully disagree. We knew what we were looking for when we went in and made it clear we were just looking, but Samir was dead set on selling us a vehicle at any cost. It would have been completely stupid to buy the first vehicle someone tried to sell us. We got every sales line in the book. Neither of us had eaten that day and were very hungry. When we said we were going to get something to eat, Samir suggested we eat there. We said we didn't know what we wanted and he was worried we wouldn't come back. Well, he was right. He pushed us away. Normally I wouldn't rate so low over one sales person, but another tried to bail him out, but did so at the expense or running our credit on an app to see what kind of deal they could get us on a vehicle we weren't interested in anyway. Never going back.

Fixed my dead horn problem, but as I dropped off my vechile my drivers seat had a seat cover on and when I picked the vechile up it wasn't on! They left it off. I thought they put the vechile back the way they found it? Well I guess not.

Purchased our last 3 vehicles here and have been bringing my latest vehicle here for servicing. Safe, clean, trustworthy folks. Brought my car in for an inspection and oil change. Left with a broken windshield. They stated I needed new wipers ($38) to pass inspection (debatable, but willing to pay to get the inspection). While changing the wipers they stated the blade was dropped accidently and cracked it. I understand. They apologized, offered to replace the windshield and do the inspection free of charge. They had to order the windshield so I went the weekend with my vehicle sitting in my driveway. I had some traveling to do and chose not to use my vehicle for safety purposes. Came back Monday, the windshield was replaced and I paid $115 for an oil change, windshield wipers and an air filter (air filter was also on that need to replace to pass inspection list, I did just buy this vehicle from them 1 year ago?). Here's the thing... HUUUUGE INCONVENIENCE!!! I spent minimum 4 hrs at Fuccillo waiting on my vehicle between the two days, had to drive there and back. ...and I was without my vehicle all weekend. WHY am I paying for this?? Write it off and keep a loyal customer!!! No rental option for the weekend? Oh that's right, no, because they said I'd be fine driving it.

The work that I had preformed went as expected, nothing surprising there. Recalls were dealt with and a NYSI. Where I was dissatisfied was when I was called to be informed that my car was ready. When my wife arrived to pick it up, she was informed of several things that will need attention soon, but not immediately. I felt that those items should have been explained to me over the phone, and I probably would have said to handle them now while the car was there. Simply put, better communication would have received a better review and more work for their mechanics.

This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Samir my salesman helped me work through the paperwork, helped get me a loan that fit my budget and explained everything in detail. I hate car shopping and have bought 5 cars in 26 years only when i was left with no alternatives but this is the most pleasant experience I've ever had and when I have to buy a car in the future I will definitely be returning here
