Seneca Falls store was nice. Pretty busy on Christmas eve. Besides regular dog food purchase, I was able to pick up a couple quality toy animals from their collection,for my grandkids, in a world of cheap plastic junk toys, it was refreshing.

Hit or miss on the products they stock. Usually they have what I'm looking for. Went in today for a gardening item and when I asked a sales associate (looked like maybe the manager on duty) if it was in stock, she told me to check the gardening section and proceeded to yell across the store to another employee to check. Wow what great service, sorry to annoy you.Manager Erin on the other hand is AMAZING. I've had several interactions with her including a large return that went seemless thanks to her. She needs a raise and promotion, she actually cares about the store and customers unlike the lady that was there today.

Great store. My PetVet visit was great. I got all of my dog's shots for $128 (including the visit, heart worm test, fecal test, and a 50% off coupon for my next visit). What a great service. I called the store ahead of time and Erin from the Tractor Supply store in Seneca Falls was very helpful by offering information on safe passage through the store as my dog can be a bit cranky with strangers. I recommend the store and the PetVet service.Jerry

The lady at the store (wish I got her name) is usually there a lot but she helped me pick out something for my dog after I explained what’s been happening with her digestive issues. So she suggested some pre/probiotics chews for my dog’s stomach problems. I went in there probably a week later to pick up dog food and she asked me how my dog was feeling. Which I was going to thank her anyway for helping me because she has been feeling 10x better since I been giving her the probiotic chews. Just was really nice for her to remember my problem with my dog and for her to actually care enough to help me pick out something for her at that time. I’ll never forget that.

This is my favorite farm store. The manager here is very friendly and helpful. Her employees are as well. There are usually great deals to be found. Even there is another farm store around the corner, this is the one I go to. I always feel genuinely welcome here. And they have great coupons if you sign up for them!

I've had nothing but positive experiences here. They have what I'm looking for, knowledgeable associates including one floor mgr who went out of her way while she was inundated with customers to make sure I received all of the fencing I ordered. That's truly a rarity these days. Tractor Supply will have my business and I will spread the news about their extraordinary customer service!

My favorite tractor supply store. I go multiple times a week normally. Some of the new staff are not as knowledgeable about certain products but they are friendly and try to help. The management team is awesome and very helpful. I can say out of the 3 stores near me the Seneca Falls store is the only one that you always get greeted when you walk in and they always ask if you are a member of the neighbors club.

Tractor supply is our go to place for our dog food. 4 Health grain free small breed. We appreciate that they keep this in stock as well as other items we buy often for our cats. The staff is always helpful and ready to give suggestions. The prices are decent and the hours are convenient.

Although this store is a good store... During this time it's important to WEAR a mask for protecting oneself. Going in to ask a question about the babies we purchased, wearing my mask, the employee didn't have one on. Neither did the other associate that identified the bird photo. I asked for any information about them and was told to Google it. I'll continue to use this store, but wearing a mask, the proper way, should be the #1 priority of every employee...

If I could do a zero I would. I called about getting 2 child sized wheelbarrows that were on the online ad since it said available in store. Talked to the manager who said her store showed one in stock but the space where they put them was empty. She "rainchecked" the item for me and that was a month ago. I have called twice at 2 week intervals and they said it's been ordered but hasn't come in yet. Funny I could have just ordered it online and had them weeks ago but the management said it wasn't a problem to get them back in stock. This was my first ever shopping experience with tractor supply and it will be my last.

Tractor supply is great if you don't feel like walking all over Walmart. They also allow pets, and have a pet clinic a few times a month which is awesome. We just got our dogs rabies shot there and it was only $15. If we took her to the vet it would've cost $20 plus the cost of the visit.

Need better manager authorizational athority on the store level. We called before driving in, a 20 minute drive, we were told what we needed was there, in fact, there were three and in that time it took to get there, they said they were sold. We needed just the tire and the tube, and all they had by the time we got there, 20 minutes, they were gone. All the manager could offer us was 5 percent off something we only needed part of. Do you get my point!

Tractor Supply is a practical kind of store for country people. They have a good stock of feed and other supplies for livestock, dogs, and cats, also wild bird food; they also carry fencing, feed tubs and waterers, parts and supplies for auto and tractor repairs (although not the specialized parts at a store like Napa, mostly generalized stuff). They carry casual and work clothing: jeans, flannel shirts, jackets, and gloves. They have toy animals, including some Breyer horses, and toy farm trucks. A comfortable store with good prices and public restrooms.

The Manager is on a pathetic power trip. Went in to browse some things before I got some rock salt and 5 min in the store a lady asks if I need help I say no. She asks again 5 minutes later and I ask about the heaters if they have blue flame natural gas. She treats me like I'm an inmate and she is the CO telling me to call the auburn location. Then said bye thanks for coming like she wants me to leave. I have lived here my entire life and have never had someone be so rude and treat customers like criminals. Shame on you Tractor supply and lady if you hate your job that much learn a trade and pay your bills. Missed out on a $300 purchase and lost a life long customer.

I will never go back into this store. I applied and during that application stage, I got into a fight with my significant other.When I called to check on my status, I wait patiently on hold, for five minutes to talk to the manager. When the manager got on the phone, the first thing she asked me was why I was so upset during the fight with my significant other.That is not my employers business, especially if it has nothing to do with them. No employer has any business in an employees business unless it is causing them to preform poorly at work.I would never walk up to my manager and ask "Hey I heard you and your significant other got into a fight, I don't get why you're so upset". That is none of my business and it's none of the managers business why my significant other and I were fighting.Secondly, their horse advice is always off. I've worked with horses for 11 almost 12 years now and some of the things I hear come out of their employees mouths as far as horses are completely off. When a horse colics, under no circumstance do you just "put him in a stall and give him grain, there's nothing you can do". You want the horse and walk the horse until he poops, you do not confine him to a small area where he must stand uncomfortably and continue feeding him. These people are going to get a horse hurt, they are not educated in horse needs by any means.When I heard the advice that was given, I was horrified. Colic is serious and it can kill a horse.

The Seneca Falls store staff have always seemed very helpful and attentive to customers. Product stock is quite varied and mostly decent quality., there are kitschy items that seem quite overpriced for the value. In-house pet food brands are equivalent to name brands.

I needed to kill some yellow jacket bee's. They sell industry strength bee spray. That did the trick. They curled up & died. No more get back up & fly away like they did with Black Flag. THANK YOU

A good place in all but the chicks there can be dead and they leave them in the containers. It's really sad that they don't maintain it properly and they can't tell which are female and male. I do free range egg farming and I don't want any roosters. If there's any roosters which could destroy the eggs I would have to sell it and I get attached to all my chickens so I don't want to sell them.
