Terrible with there customer service..they DO NOT honor the seneca promotion and also scam you with your buds! I purchased a battery for my cartridge that SAME day it broke... all this place cares about is themselves and money.

We LOVE this place!!! It's a bit of a drive, but the employees are amazing for the most part👍🏻 They're very knowledgeable and genuinely helpful...especially Danni (not sure how she spells her name) in the dispensary area ❤️🔥

Great prices for name brand cigarettes. Marbs are about 14.60 at gas stations, at lakeside a carton is 88 bucks!!! The cannabis products I would stay away from, all gray market products. All the popular knock off brands. Service is another issue. The younger people are always very nice but the older people are miserable lol. I made the mistake asking about there products and have them explain th packaging which was claiming astronomically high levels that are not true or even possible for normal flower to have with out being infused with something. Idk that stuff sketches me out!!

Based off what I'm reading in other reviews I'm not crazy for thinking something is not right at lakeside trading 2. The taller heavier set guy who regularly works the weed counter gives me sus vibes. I know he overcharged me once(I let it go) and on another occasion he was just acting weird and then proceeds to harp on his coworker. My intuition is spot on and im not going here anymore

I wish I could post a photo. My girlfriend got an 1/8 for me of the blunicorn. Have like three different strains in here. You would think it would all be the same strain right? I guess not. Do not go here, try above all much better products!

Credit card got skimmed here. Prices are also WAY too high and probably highest in the area, because they know they can. "Cops" always guarding the door. People always bring their kids in here to buy weed. Sketch place/people. I wouldn't. Go to any of the places down the street.

so they never ever helped with missing product. continued to be rude & offered no solutions. and then today (10/6) we had to go back there, decided to grab some product while we were around, thought the 8th felt light, checked it at home... 2.7g. an 8th is 3.5g. & this was their most expensive indica too. wish i could call & get some kind of help but lets be honest, this place doesn't care about its customer's like that & it would just be a waste of my time. just look at some of these reviews, they only care about the money & don't even try to prioritize customer service.today was a harsh reminder why thay drive is so beyond not worth it.

have been coming here for cannabis & tobacco/nic products for over a year now with no issue, typically they have fairly nice customer service & their product is decent. however last week (8/24) we went in, got an eighth & some prerolls & when i went to smoke one of my indica prerolls later that night it was empty. My boyfriend called the next day & we were promised reimbursement. They told him when we next came in, we would get our preroll. WELL TODAY (8/28) we go in, get some stuff & then ask Jen (the woman at the counter) about our reimbursement. tells us there's no note, doesn't offer further help, just tells us there's nothing she can do all while having a pretty rude attitude. we hadn't done anything wrong so im not entirely sure why we were treated so poorly, especially after consistently being customers here & never having had ANY issues in the past.between my own experience & reading others here, this place has made it perfectly clear that it will not fix any mistakes it makes. if you lose money here, it's on you & they wont offer help & the help they do offer is not genuine. so just keep that in mind before spending money here, because there's a decent chance you don't get what you pay for.

I was given a “deal” that’s buy 1 get 1 free and the disposable I was given is half empty and literally has hair in the tip under the rubber cover! So I’m assuming these are reused. I was not informed that these brands were not good, was just told that there was a deal. Absolutely ridiculous. Couldn’t exchange me a new one of the same brand or anything.

Payed $60 for a Fake FRYD disposable that leaked all in my pocket. I later found out that the real FRYDs have an X on the left eye and this one was fake with harmful chemicals in it. I called to see if they would fix thier mistake and they hung the phone up on me. I have never felt so disrespected by a company in my life.. I will take my business somewhere else for now on. 🙁

Very thankful for this business, especially the low cigarette prices. Although today, I was there only to find out prices have been raised once again. But, comparable with the cost of living these days I guess. FYI: Seneca cigarettes went up from $4.35 a pack to $4.55 a pack.

Smokes are decent priced.However, their thc products are high comparably to other shops and friends. They should post % of thc and strain.Too much law enforcement standing around seemingly scrutinizing customers. It's not as friendly as the other owners it was stolen from was. Pipekeepers, I think.

I must admit that they have a nice selection of cannabis products. Flower, gummies, disposable vapes. They seem to know the product well enough to help you make a decision. Prices are okay, especially considering the lack of competition due to NYS dragging its feet in licensure for dispensaries.Also low cost tobacco products, if that's your thing. And some typical gas station snacks and such as well.Staff are friendly. Security dudes stay out of the way, at least.

There was no competing with their gas prices upon reopening. Unfortunately, however, this is no longer at all the case. Ciggs generally cost about $8 per brick (name brand). However, that's if you're fortunate enough to find they even have any in stock, which is usually right at the beginning of every month. Rez brand cigg prices vary, but continue to remain significantly cheaper than the name brands. IICRC, Senecas cost about $35 per carton. They do sell bud here as well, but I'm not sure about the prices or the quality.
