I had used this vet and was happy when I received service. I have slacked a little and have not brought my dog since late 2021. I went to set up an apt and was shocked with the rude response I got to take him to whenever I have been getting care since I haven't been since 21. Very sad that they were so rude and refuse service. What makes it worse is my dad has not has his dog there since the same timeframe and they asked him if he wanted to set up an apt for his dog and they even took my dads new pup in!If you want a place that cares I suggest you keep looking.

The staff is SO rude and makes you feel like a horrible pet parent if you have any difference of opinion in your pet care. Please don't go here if you are not willing to pay an exorbitant amount of money on your pet care, because they will order every test under the sun without clinical indication.

My kitten Theo was very sick. I was so worried about him, I didn’t think he would live long. At 5 months he already had quite the medical history. The first Dr that treated him was out of options. He def tried but Theo wasn’t responding.I found Dr John and he was still able to get a treatment plan in place and do some additional testing the other clinic didn’t offer. it wasn’t an easy case and I appreciate him not giving up. Theo is finally a healthy kitten (and I’m not a nervous wreck about him anymore).I hope we’re at the end of this , but if not I know Dr John will get him back on track to a normal kitten again. My family is very grateful for all his help. Thank you Dr John for saving Baby Theo!

I just moved back here from Florida and could not find a vet. I heard good things about this practice and showed up the other day worried because no vets are taking new patients. I explained that I had three indoor cats and the young lady at the front desk was the most welcoming the most friendly person I've ever met! I have an appointment next month and I'm so excited for them to meet my babies and I know.Update: I brought my three babies in and they love the staff everybody was so professional so polite I'm glad that I brought them here

I had a terrible experience with this office. They are incredibly overpriced. I was told by my new vet (I switched) that I was "talked into" giving my dog a vaccine he did not need, and that they also misdiagnosed my dog with an infection he did not have, which I paid hundreds of dollars in treatment for. They are very pushy and will not respect you if you want to get your pet neutered/spayed on any timeline other than the one they suggest. Instead of ASKING whether or not you would like to buy flea/tick meds, expensive laser treatments, etc, they put them on your bill without your consent, and leave you in the awkward position to have to ask for these items to be taken off of your bill if you are not interested. When I switched to a new veterinarian (Lakeshore Animal Hospital) it was a relief to finally have a veterinarian that did not rush me, explained things to me, was not condescending towards me, and most of all did not charge me for anything I did not consent to. Please avoid this office if you can.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE IF YOU WANT FAIR CARE-I was very disappointed with the level of disregard and lack of curtesy given by the telephone operator, Marie on behalf of the vets. My only hope is that she wasn't truly speaking on behave of the doctors. As a business owner myself, people like her can ruin a successful business in a hurry.This place per the receptionist has a very counterintuitive philosophy.-As a new Pt, after the initial puppy visit, costing a small fortune, they fail to tell you puppy needs to be seen every 3 week. So, if you call 2 1/2 moths after your first visit to be seen for possible illness-they refuse to see you, claiming "failure to continue puppy care" BUT they "...strive to improve our ability and facilities to provide the highest standard of care possible to keep your loveable* (spelling error on the site) pet happy and healthy to ensure that they receive the best quality of life possible!"? what a joke!-no reminder calls, no cute little postcards, not even a disclaimer at payment rendered that tri-weekly follow ups are a prerequisite to be considered a patient- Just give me your money and then see ya--After understanding people can make mistakes, and information can be missed, I asked to have my case reconsidered and was told Dr's agreed-NO!This was something I just couldn't understand...One simple visit, uneventful and routine went from: We want your money and business then..... we don't communicate well and we don't want your business and then...-our "philosophy is" if we have your business we want ALL you money, every three weeks and 2-3 times a year for you continue to be considered our patient. AND THEN most people these days are moving right away from vet care and only using emergency clinics, so we really don't want you money we want you to give it to someone else, as if that was gonna make me feel better? WHAT IN THE WORLD?

Good as far as able to get us in same day when our dog wasn't feeling good, provided antibiotics. Was slow service at checkout and we were only customers, about 15 minutes. The vet seemed like he could work on his delivery of information better, seemed to judge what other vets have relayed to us in the past and didn't thoroughly explain why his opinions were different. Overall thankful they were able to fit in our boy for diagnosis & treatment.

I went to All Creatures after a co worker suggested them (they are his vet) for my baby girl’s ACL repair. I can not say how grateful and thankful I am for them. From the front staff members (Stephanie and Britney I believe their names are) to Dr John, everyone was very receptive and caring for my Shepherd. Dr John did an entire physical exam with me. He was incredible. The best experience I’ve ever had at any vet’s office!

Dr. John and his staff have consistently gone above and beyond to give our Ferrets the best possible care. I can not say enough positive things about this Veterinary Hospital. If you have a ferret or any other pet you love, this is the Vet for you.If your animal needs a surgery, as our Ferret Dexter needed, you should feel very comfortable that Dr. John will provide the best possible care and services at very reasonable prices.Thanks Dr. John for everything, we are very grateful for the continued care and compassion you give to our family.

Never had a bad vet experience in my life until now. Told me if I took my dog anywhere else to get her teeth cleaned besides there that they would not continue to be my dogs vet. I also brought my dog for a nail clipping because I was injured and couldn't do myself this month and the vet tried to put a dirty towel over my dogs head and have me hold my dog while she panicked and the vet would clip them. I've never come across this my other vet always took my dog in back. I had to tell the vet I wasn't going to help and then they charged me $27 for nails alone and they missed two nails. Also the girl at the register could not confirm how much a nail clipping usually was just that it was my price. Horrible experience.. felt bad I subjected my dog to these people and now I'm out $85. Want to give less then 1 star 😡😠

Dr. Doreen John and her staff found the root cause of our cats ailment, which had been previously overlooked. She spent the time explaining the sickness, treatment plan and next steps.

I adopted a cat from its original owner who was about to be euthanized for aggression. After rehabilitation at home and a huge change in her disposition I had to have her vet checked and spayed. Amazing! Dr. Doreen and every staff member have exceeded my expectations. I can't recommend them enough!

Do not bring your pet here. They have lost their touch and are not in the business of helping the animals anymore. My dog is a patient of theirs and has devolped a mass on her throat. They either don't answer and send a text or say they will call back and don't. At one point they texted go find your real vet. I have tried to call other vets up to hours away and due to being so backed up with covid they are not taking new patients. My dogs condition has gotten so bad that she can barely eat or breath and now we have to have her put down because her quality of life has deterated. I know that my pet is an older pet and these things happen, but as a vet they should have helped us and given us all the options for her. They also had my other dog at a visit years ago and said that he had a heart attack on the table and never made it, now I feel like maybe that wasn't the case.

On 2/13/15 Elizabeth De Las Casas was called and her negative review was discussed. We were confused that the review posted 1 week ago because Elizabeth visited our Veterinary Hospital on 2 occasions - on 12/8/08 and on 7/27/09. Each visit was for medical problems with her dog and each invoice, including necessary treatments, was under $200. Her reference to avian veterinary care was also discussed. While we perform routine avian medical care, we do not offer intensive or surgical care for birds. Elizabeth said she would be contacting Google about removing her recent review.We invite jay7a2j to please forward us a copy of his invoice for $86/puppy so that we may price "apples to apples" on the services he received elsewhere. There are puppy immunizations ("shots") available for multiple diseases and various puppy parasite testings recommended. Hence, phone shopping can be very misleading. Each pet owner is responsible for choosing the level of care they want for their animals. Our role in a pet's health care is to offer all options based on current recommendations so that an owner can make an educated decision that he/she is also comfortable with financially. Generally, we receive compliments regarding the fairness of our fees and the thoroughness of our care.

All Creatures is a caring, and to date in veterinary services. I brought my cat , Gracie to them for a limp. She was diagnosed with a swollen shoulder fry jumping down off objects. The Dr. Mentioned a new technique called Lazer therapy. And felt it would help with Gracie's swelling. We consented. She can walk without a limp now. Although, the swelling is still there. I was sent home with Meloxicam to give her.and told to limit her activity. Right now, she's resting peacefully. Thank you All Creatures 🙂.

I feel as if I was smacked in the face. I work with the Seneca humane society and Beverly's and having saved so many cats to be told i can't come to their practice because my neighbor wasn't going to be paying the bill I was apparently I was not good enough for them my money was not good enough and I've recently been told that they were over medicating and over charging for my pets.. I will never recommend them to anyone. and because of them I also lost a pet because they don't pay attention to their emergency service lines. way to go worst vet office ever...

I was visiting family from out of town and my dog developed an infection in his paw where he had a recent surgery. I called the office and they got us in in 2 hours. The staff were extremely nice and Dr. Doreen was very knowledgeable. I am very thankful that they were there to help us out. I definitely recommend this vet center.

ALL CREATURES DESERVES MORE THAN A FIVE STAR! POOR REVIEWS NOT A RELIABLE SOURCE OF INFORMATION. PLEASE READ MY EXPERIENCES.First I want to clear some of the negative reviews up. I want to do this because I feel that I have thoroughly experienced all types of visits, from non-serious to very serious, check-ups and regular shots, and even a surgery! My husband and I have spent lots of money on our precious pets and I will say that our money was well spent and worth every penny. All Creatures is not cheap nor expensive. They are priced right where they need to be. Do you put a price on your own health??? Then why do it to your pet? They are perfectly affordable. I have been through their doors so many times and have seen the girls at their front desk. There is nothing wrong with them and they are not rude. I have seen their interactions with other people. They treat them the same as they do me. THEIR STAFF ALWAYS SEEMS TO HAVE A HAPPY ATTITUDE AND CLEARLY ENJOY THEIR JOB.So now for my experiences. Well let me first say that I have three ferrets. They are part of our family. Two of them are very healthy but one of them has had his fair share of health issues. His name is Dexter! Ever since he was a baby he has always had health issues that our current vet at the time couldn't seem to have any answers to. We would bring him in, spend a couple hundred dollars each visit and come out with a few different medicines to give to him for a week or two. One of which wasn't even for a ferret but for a dog! He would always never give us any real answer. He might as well of been speaking gibberish. So I googled other vets and saw the reviews on All Creatures. And let me tell you that I am so glad I ignored the few negative reviews. I probably would not have Dexter if it weren't for Dr. Greg and his staff. And now starts the beginning of our answers!First of all I never thought a vets office could be so inviting. I was greeted with a smile and suddenly had a feeling that this is the place I should have brought my ferrets all along. So l let me cut to the chase. After our visit with Dr. Greg and talking to someone who clearly had a great deal of intelligence and information on ferrets and prescribed my ferret the right medicine(and not for a dog) I left the office that day with a good feeling. I was very happy. And had already got some answers that made sense!!! Guess what! Dexter started to improve right away. It was then that this place had my trust. None of my money was spent on things that didn't work! All of my other visits for my other ferrets were wonderful too, including their shots and regular checkups. And as well as a trip to the office with a different ferret that was sick for a week. Which once again was treated and resolved quickly thanks to the knowledge of Dr. Greg.And here is the part we are most grateful for. So Dexter had started going down hill recently. Due to him being a ferret-he is simply prone to illnesses. Dr.Greg did everything he could before coming to the conclusion that surgery was unfortunately the answer. Dr. Greg's assumption was right! There was a mass he was able to remove. Dexter stayed over night and was treated very well. Dr. Greg called me about an hr after surgery and gave me good news. He was very thorough on his information he gave me. This guy is wonderful is a natural with animals. The world needs more people like him. I feel very good about leaving my pets with him. They are in the best hands.So in conclusion this IS the place where you should want to bring your pet :)

They take time with their furry patients and answer all questions you have. They explain fully about treatment plan and then have you look at it,and confirm the treatment plan. They are super with my 4 legged child. Bring your pet and you will stay

All they care about is money, I moved to Seneca falls and changed my provider to here. After I left Seneca falls and changed providers they refused to forward my dogs medical records to insurance. Because they aren’t getting my money anymore they refuse to send medical records to the insurance provider when they requested the records for some claims. It’s honestly quite pathetic.

I feel like they only used my neighbor for his money mine isn't apparently good enough for them th e.g. kicked me from their practice even though I'm involved in the seneca humane society and many other things. I feel I was over charged and taken advantage of and that my animals did not receive the best care possible they are horrible. Never recommend to anyone.
