I love this business. We adopted a largeHound/Yellow Lab-puppy in July 2021.I ventured in to look for bones and squeaky toys, and the WOW factor hit me. They have a Great selection of anything your pet desires. They have a wonderful staff-Polite, and informed. I’ve been back since the first visit and I will be there over the holiday weekend.I would recommend this business to everyone 🐾

Three times at least I’ve had free cans of dog cat food, and the owners would not except them unless I’ve bought the same amount in cash. I don’t know why this place is a pet store because apparently they don’t care about our animals. They’re in this only to make money and I’m sure the manufacturers reimburse them. Shame on Brian and Ron. If you wanna go to a good store, pet supplies in Middle Island. My poor handicap dog isn’t getting the nutrition she needs. BOYCOTT THEM

EDIT FOR OWNER RESPONSE: WOW, now you are just flat out lying. Your employee even stated that another employee mislabeled it. Are you trying to put the blame on the customer? Way to take responsibility for your business. Human error happens, but then we take responsibility and we all move forward. You couldn't even do that and blamed me and then decided to lie and state I made a scene and throw a temper tantrum. Nope, never have I ever done that and never will I. Especially to a young employee who was only doing what she was told by you. You're the problem....that's obvious by the professional response you failed give and clearing accusing me. You have some set.It takes a lot for me to complain or write a bad review as I’m a really easy going person but this encounter totally upset me. One star because I have too….Do not shop here!!!! The owner has a terrible customer service attitude. All the dog beds are on sale and I found a fantastic one for a great price….too good to be true but they were all on sale so…..I bring it to the register, pay and get ready to leave. The young lady who rang me up then questions the price tag on the bed and believes it is mislabeled. She scans the bed itself and says it is labeled wrong and has to call her boss (the owner). He tells her that they will not honor the price which they mislabeled on the product and I can get my money back and put it towards another bed or get a refund. Since when do stores not honor prices they mislabeled on a product?! Since when is it my job to check the label numbers and the product numbers?! After already being charged and paid, I said give me a refund. Just bad bad business. I will never shop here again which is a shame. You lost a customer over the price of a dog bed!!! I’m a small business owner (as well as a government employee) I would never do what you just did. People like you give the rest of us a bad name.

Extremely large store. As all of them are, a little dark and not very welcoming. However they had everything I was looking for. They have large manufacturer stuff but also had an area of small business baked treatss for dogs.

Very helpful and prices are competitive. They were able to order something that wasn't in stock so I didn't have to travel to a location that was further away. Definitely recommend 👌

Went there for my hamster to buy some food. I had just went to petco right next to it and was disappointed since they had barely any food for hamsters. I was Amazed by how much food they had and I found my ideal food right off the bat. I also got a nice chew toy for my dog and she loves it. They are very stocked up there and have tons of items for a good price 100% recommend.

Was on my way to another pet store and noticed this pets warehouse on the way and stopped by.Note: anyone looking for live animals, this pets warehouse doesn't have any livestock at the time of my visit. Not out of stock, simply no animals so if you enjoy cruising through fish and other pets for sale, be aware you won't find that here. This is honestly the only reason I knocked off one star since every other pets warehouse I'd been to has pets.Purchased a small item for my aquarium at the best price from any physical store I'd been to. Staff was friendly as well.

Overpriced but conveniently located I guess that’s what you’re paying for. Skipping this joint Petco is closer to home and only two dollars more these geniuses won’t accept Apple Pay for purchases over $50 am I missing something?? I can see minimum purchase but the only thing less than $20 in that store is a can of dog food for six bucks. For the love of God make it easy for us to spend our money! And yes I’m talking to Walmart and Home Depot who don’t even have Apple Pay. Get with the times folks!

Decent place. Smaller but still had a good selection. Not a big box location. They are knowledgeable about the products and were friendly. Just had to stop in for something's for my dog travelling with me.

My dog was injured in the store 5 yr old Pom/poodle 9lbs she had to go over to animal emergency services for surgery this happened 2-26-18 I brought the bill back thinking they would take care of it but after the run around I was told to drop it if I wanted to continue to be a customer here well after hearing this from someone named Bryan I had to file a police report unfortunately pets warehouse never asked how my baby is doing Layla will be seeing the Dr today for a follow up and I’ll be speaking with my attorney tomorrow for a Civil suit my dogs are my family this is not ok to do to people I forgive you Bryan and Christine the manager but honest caring people are needed in this world we all play a part and I hope you both understand I didn’t deserve any of the behavior you both gave me today

My new favorite pet store! Great variety and the best prices anywhere!!! Found the same Kong toy that I paid 18.00 for at Petco for 9.00 here. Great selection of toys and treats.

I was in pets warehouse the other day and am more than satisfied with this store. Their prices are the best i have seen around anywhere and the staff is so nice and sweet. I bought a big bag of health extenstion and the boy carried it to my car for me. Their stores are also huge!! I have been in the bohemia and patchogue locations also and you could walk around in there for a while, needless to say on top of the health extenstion bag i got some toys and treats for my dog as well. Pets warehouse is my go to place!

This is a pretty good shop if you know what you want. The staff is not very knowledgeable, mostly teenagers it seems. But the store is clean and well stocked. Prices are cheap compared to Petco.

I am a frequent shopper in the selden new york store but that may change. I went into the store today with my 7 year old grandson and there was a big black dog that came up to us in the aisle we were in. I yelled for the owner who happened to be in the next aisle and he called the dog. When i went to check out he was approaching the check out area also and the dog came up to us. I asked him to call the dog. There was another small dog properly leashed and i removed myself and grandson from the area as i thought they were going to fight. All this while your employees said nothing to him about the dog being off leash. There is a leash law correct? I will probably find another store to get my pet supplies from in the future.

Well organized and huge pet store. Great selections, even brands that I rarely see in petco or petsmart that have never been recalled(fromm, zignature, earthbound, holistics). I spent a lot of money in petco because of the pals rewards only for them not to add the transactions on the account so I no longer go there. I rather go here where there is not reward sysyem but the prices are great! This is my new go to pet store!

Just started coming here, we have a Bearded Dragon, Guinea Pigs, and Betta fish, this is a true one stop shop for Timothy Hay, Live insects, and Betta supplies.
