My dog has short hair and only needed a bath/nail trim. They took 2 + hours which means he was crated for a bit. After I picked him up, I noticed he was not himself. A day later he is sick. He is lethargic and sneezing. Proper sanitation and care measures were not taken. Very disappointing. Don't bring your dog here.

Stephanie was really great with Meatball. From past experience with other groomers they told me he hates blow dryers and hates being in a crate. She was nice enough to dry him with a towel and leave him loose to keep her company and those little details made him stay calm. Definitely will be returning BTW he didn't smell like a dog atleast for a day and that made my wife happy haha

I’m not sure why If my dog had an appointment for Friday at 12 I was told to reschedule bc otherwise he would stay in the crate for one hour (why ?? The appointment was at 12. Were you going to leave him there and make him next shift problem ? ) Moving forward the haircut was good, my dog looks very cute, they did a very good job

Kim is the best! She took the time to get to know my dog and make sure he’s always comfortable. I know he’s in good hands when I leave him with Kim. She’s so good in fact, that I make the trip to New York from Boston for my dog’s grooming appointments because she’s the only person I trust! Kim is a 10/10!

This grooming service is a stellar example of how to drive a business into the ground. While the groomer is fairly skillful, the store is unresponsive to calls, generally not available or not even open at the scheduled time and always filled with excuses for the unprofessional approach. The young adults that work there are difficult to locate and speak to the customers like it is the last thing they want to do. My best recommendation is to avoid this store at all costs.

My dog arrived at 9:01 am for grooming, my wife called approximately at 11:40 and the store had only gave my dog a bath. When I questioned the lateness, they informed that the grooming takes place in stages. The job then was rushed, when I spoke to the manager, I think her name is nicole, she was not even apologetic, she stated that is the way they run the business. Few minutes later when my wife called to complain about the rushed job, she was told to take the dog somewhere else.

How come I send a perfectly healthy dog and he comes home sick when he goes there ??? You make a big deal about showing proof of vaccines and the dogs still get sick. This is the second time and I’m never taking my poor dog there again.

I only have Gittel 6 weeks, he is a 9 yr old rescue. I had no idea how he should be groomed, but Kim took care of it all, asking all the right questions and he came out perfection.
