I have purchased Guinea pigs from this store, purchased very expensive food for my dog and also used the grooming there! I love this store and specially Jenn who is typically on the register, she is personable and friendly! The store is always well stocked with items that I need and aside from the parking lot needing some updating, the store itself is great!

The young lady who helped me was very helpful. She was the same young lady who rang me up and she was also very pleasant. You don't find people who take pride in their jobs much anymore the way she did. I hope by my email or invoice you can see who she is and she receives some praise for her dedication.

I just had to take a minute to let the world know how amazing the staff at this Petco are. Today, my daughter and I went in looking for a small animal to add to our pet collection and Jackie spent over an hour of her time patiently answering our questions, providing guidance and caution to each of the animals we considered. When deciding on a hamster, Jackie walked us through the store and helped ensure we had every item that we would need to provide a safe, loving environment for our new pet. She provided us with care instructions, dos and don'ts, and was just amazingly sweet with my daughter. The animals at this Petco look sooooooo healthy compared to the ones in the pet store we (until today) more frequently visited. It was so apparent to me that Jackie and her supervisor (whose name I can't remember!) care VERY much about these animals and the experience they have once they leave their care and become someone else's responsibility. It is VERY IMPORTANT to note that while I waited for Jackie to be available to assist me, she spent her time patiently answering the questions of a concerned, older woman, in regards to a canary that the woman had. Jackie was so sweet with this woman, providing the same level of focused attention and care and concern for the animal, while also considering the feelings and needs of the woman she was assisting. I am SO impressed and will ensure that as many of my future pet needs are considered and addressed at this particular Petco. Thank you Jackie!!

Stephanie did an amazing job on our Duchess! Duchess was nervous to he dropped off but she was very comfortable by the time she got picked up! Her hair cut has never looked better

I love this pet store and how it is made for just pets. Bring your dog in they love it. Really nice fish and reptiles. Oh and don't let me forget about the birds. Awesome I can't say enough.

My dog will only eat the dry food that is manufactured by Petco. Prior to finding the chicken and pea food of Petco my dog would always leave the cereal on the side of her bowl and just eat whatever soft food was given to her.

A male cashier is very very very rude. I show him the order I made online, He keeps saying: “ what are you talking about? What order?” How can you work there without knowing how online shop work? Even though this Petco is near my house, I wouldn’t visit again and not recommend my friends shop here.

Great store ,great selection of clothes for your dog and CAT,! Not to many people around to help you BUT the store is so organized it's easy to find what you are looking for. They have a GREAT grooming place in the store. They are really very talented and gentle with your pet. From reptil to fur babies they have everything you need including obedience training. Loved it as my Luna did to.

We just got our dog groomed at this Petco by Jess and she did an AMAZING job. She understood exactly how we wanted him to come out and did him perfect. It is by far the BEST grooming he has ever had and we trust that he’s in great hands with her. From this point forward we will definitely only have Jess groom him.

The worst store I’ve never been in!!! went in to purchase 2 gerbils for my grandson the gentleman proceeded to ask what kind of habitat I had we told him it’s the same one they sell in the store he’s telling me that’s not good enough,, then he proceeded to tell me he bonded with the gerbils it’s not even his department he’s a fish guy. How do you bond with a gerbil it was going to a good home, but that was not good enough for those people in there I will never go in there again.Never felt so disrespected in a pet store before

Horrible experience. I went there to get my dog a haircut and the girl refused to cut him, meanwhile I’ve had him cut there multiple times!! She only offered a wash and nail trim, why would I do that when my dog hasn’t had a hair cut in over a year? She wouldn’t put clippers on him and said no one else does at this location either, which to me is crazy. So long gone petco, after bringing my dog here for years and then getting denied just put a bad taste in my mouth, I will take my dog to a local mom and pop shop and get him his hair cut there. 0/10 horrible horrible services here. Why would you offer hair cut and grooming and trimming services on the app when I made my appointment to just deny me and say you don’t offer these services?

Standing outside of the store right now and they closed the doors on customers faces presuming they’re closed ? But they close at 9pm super rude staff won’t come back till they grow up… what cause they flow is slow the hour before closing and your in a rush to go home now I can’t feed my pet tonight ! 😵‍💫
