Poorly run retail store. Floor is dirty. Shelves are empty. Displays are in disarray. More than enough help floating around in front, but it seems that’s all they do. Float around. No one picks merchandise up off of the floor. No one straightens up shelves. No one refills displays. And they had zero infant suppositories in stock. I owned pharmacies. In never ran out of certain items: alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, aspirin and infant suppositories. Shame on them.

CVS has got to be the most inconvenient store. Simply running in for something like deodorant or soap becomes an ordeal trying to find an employee to unlock it. I understand the losers of society steal stuff but this is a serious inconvenience for everyone else. Finding an employee to unlock the case is very difficult they don’t respond to the call buttons. I understand they are busy and I'm sure having to unlock a bar of soap is a constant nuisance for them. I used to shop here alot I wont anymore.

Funny I left a bad review before and its gone. The pharmacy always treated me like trash here. Glad I found a family pharmacy nearby that is a totally different experience.

The pharmacy staff is beyond rude. They constantly appear and have an attitude as if they are SO overwhelmed even during the RARE times that you may go and there isn't a ten person line. People who use the pharmacy use it because they are not feeling well or need their medication to stay well, not to be treated poorly, spoken down to, and rushed through inquiries. Its a gross negligence for any person who chooses to be dealing with sick and vulnerable people to feel it ok to treat people the way the female pharmacist at this cvs location does. I was unable to get her name as she failed to provide it as she promptly answered the call with a "cvs, hold." I did call during a busy time of the morning, so I let the curt greeting and the 15 min wait before she picked up again go. But when she picked back up she could have not been more unpleasant or unwilling to help, in fact she was rude and condescending on top of not being helpful at all. I attempted to get her name at the end of the call, but rather than "can I help with anything else", she hung up without giving me a chance to speak. The CVS in Amityville on Montauk Hwy was far more helpful. Gabrielle, the pharmacist at that location actually went out of her way to help me figure out the issue and it was just as busy at that location at that time.Edit: Her name is Kathy. I had the pleasure of dealing with her nasty attitude again today.

I had a problem with my online coupons, and Ermina #10 was a great help. Ermina helped me with professionalism, and her helpful personality made my day at CVS on Seaman Neck Road.

The rudest pharmacy staff ! Girl who answered phone had an attitude. I was the one waiting on hold for ten min. Unprofessional. Not getting into the situation but need to go to another cvs. This one is incompetent. Have to give it one star since there are no zeros!! Horrible!

Pharmacy is the absolute worst! Would give it zero stars if I could. If you have major surgery, drive thru is hardly ever open. One person will tell you they have the medication and one person says they don't. WHY? Because no one bothers to look. Most of them are rude. They say they are short staffed, and so busy, but when you go when it's empty, there is one person working and the rest are sitting The young boy is clueless and will always tell you they didn't get a delivery, even when the person the day before will tell you the day before that they got a delivery. And no one answers the phone. . !!!They lost some great people the past few months and it shows.Worst business ever.Totally incompetentCompletely unprofessional.

Worst experience of my life, this is going to be explained in my next podcast which has 100k listeners!! Your staff is not trained properly, they treat people poorly and have no regard for social norms…eating a bag of chips, while doing their job at the Cash register!!

So happy about the coupon and reward done through the app and easily pulled up by phone number at checkout! CVS is so close to me it was always a bummer when they did not have these options! Seaford is def always a Pleasant shopping experience- always friendly smiling and there if you need any help!

Really just one of the worst CVSs that exist. The shelves are always a mess, products are never in stock, and there's never anybody to help you. They don't do check out anymore, while the employee stands there playing on their cell phone. But the real problem is the pharmacy. How can they miscount the amount of pills in a bottle nearly 75% of the time??? even though two people are supposed to be checking them even for controlled substances . Clearly somebody in the back is skimming the pills, not to mention the incompetency of the staff. waited over 20 minutes in line at the drive-thru and not one car moved so went inside and waited another 20 minutes and I came outside and The line is still out of the parking lot with people at the drive-thru pharmacy. There needs to be serious changes here

Don't show up early for a test they won't take you and are rude about it!! Had a test showed up early waiting for 20 minutes I literally had 5 minutes left before they got to me and said you need to wait until your scheduled Time as no one else was there for an appointment just me what is 5 minutes really the outside of the store is dirty garbage everywhere there was no one cleaning it so there that busy they couldn't take me 5 minutes early!! Other CVS will take you so I will take my $ elsewhere.

Horrible store. Laziness is the motto here. Supposed to open at 7am no one here yet at 7:15. Don't really care but why post hours if you're not gonna follow them. The worst check out ever. They stand there at the self service. Why not just get behind the register? Love the 75 feet of reciepts that I get to throw in the garbage. Last time here. Walgreens is 1000x better.

They force you to use self checkout when I want someone to just ring me up at the register. Today there were 2 employees guiding people to self checkout. When I ask to get rung up he said he would have to call someone in back to come up and that could take a while

I’ve been a customer at CVS for many years. I am familiar with some of the staff mostly in the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff who know me are always asking about my health and my dogs. They have made me feel very comfortable and happy with their friendly manner. Some know my name and even remember my birthday, so I rarely need to state my name and date of birth for them to access my account. They also know that I collect medication for myself, my husband and my daughters so they automatically pull up their information also. Sometimes there were issues with me receiving approval for my medications for one reason or another and they will contact my doctors office or insurance company for me, sometimes multiple times in order to help me. The pharmacy crew has always helped me and I greatly appreciate them! There are also some of the cashiers who no matter what have always greeted me with a smile and were helpful with helping me to look for what I needed.

First of all: Joe at the checkout is a superman! If every company had a "Joe" the world would run smoothly. There were so many stressful things happening at the front register: customers lining up, machines not working, little blinking alarms going off... Joe just calmy went from register to register, swiping a card here, entering codes there, whatever it took. All the while being calm, funny, and courteous. Wow! It seemed like he put out every fire there, by himself, in a matter of minutes and had all us grumpy customers smiling. Second, this store had everything I was looking for . Third, the pharmacy gives free covid test kits if your insurance allows it. Thanks Joe! Thanks cvs! I will definitely be back!

The Pharmacist Joe is absolutely amazing. He sincerely cares for his clients. He’s such a caring person with a big heart. He is extremely knowledgeable and always guides me and informs me on what my problem or concern may be. If I have any questions on my prescriptions he takes the time to explain everything.. Ellen is amazing as well. When my boyfriend got out of the hospital we went to pick up all the medications they called in. When she saw us she immediately asked how he was feeling and helped us. She explained every detail on how to take every prescription they put him on. Between the 2 of them they’re a dream team.

Worst drive thru testing experience. Waited for nearly half hour to complete the test. Whoever the guy was who took my information barely gave any directions, would just be silent and then tells me that I have to take the test there and to call if any questions. I finish, I call for him, gets back 5 minutes later and then tells me I can just drop it in the box. I tell him, “you could have told me that before” and he replies, “well that’s where it goes”. Never again will I go there.

Honestly, I think this is a pretty good one. They seem to have most things I am looking for and the workers seem to be more hands-on with check-out service and seeing if you need help. They always greet you when you walk in and out. Can't ask for better.

This CVS is not only the worst pharmacy I've ever been to, it's the worst business I've ever been to. They never fill my prescription properly, then won't let me pick up a partial or they won't fill the rest. In addition, they always try to tell me that the partial is a full prescription. They always tell me the rest of the prescription will be filled the next day. It never has been in 15+ tries but they always have some excuse and claim it normally does. Save yourself a million headaches and go anywhere else.

I have been going to CVS pharmacy for 20 years , Joe the pharmacist is an amazing hard working kind soul who cares about all of his customers , the girls that have been there for years are the same , respectful, kind and sincere. They are like family and for this my family stays loyal .

Drive-thru has a “out of service” sign most of the time. Really inconvenient for a mom or elderly person on the go.

Most of the staff is friendly but the problem is the pharmacy is grossly mismanaged and CVS don't seem to care. Always a long line and plenty of excuses....(short staffed, busy, computer problem....etc.) They have 3 cash registers and usually a line 4-6 people with one open register, sometimes two if you get lucky and someone realizes they are failing the customers. Walgreens here I come.

Not the friendliest staff and photo prints always come out terrible. I live walking distance so I keep giving the photo department another try and when I get the photos I am regretful and angry.

The gentleman with long black hair and a red shirt “expediting the lines” near checkout at 4:00 PM on Saturday December 11th 2021 was exceptionally rude & condescending in addition to cutting me off before I could even finish asking him a quick question.

Always great service! I feel like the people tend to be over worked and that's why there can be a wait at times. Aside from that, I am always greeted with a smile and leave happy.

Self checkout only. I will no longer shop here. I don't understand how you will pay a employee to do nothing instead of a cashier.
