We dealt mostly with Frank, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. The store is huge and there are so many options, but he listened to what I wanted and pointed us in the right direction immediately. We walked out of there in prob 30 min with some samples and called to place the order later that day. Delivery/installation was quick and everyone was extremely professional. They even made a floor mat for the front entryway out of the scrap carpet for us. We love the way it looks. Couldn’t be happier with our stairs runner and I could not recommend these guys more!!

So, we walked in to All Carpet today, just to get an idea for our stairway carpet...we looked at a LOT of rolls, and picked one we liked...Chris said he would call us back with a price.In the meantime, we checked the competition in Wantagh...nowhere NEAR the quality...Chris was on our answering machine when we got home...gave us a price and came to install it half an hour later.Chris and his brother did a FANTASTIC job...very professional (they are the owners' sons) and we were amazed at how quickly our old carpet was a memory and our new carpet installed.HIGHLY recommend!

The All Carpet team did a fantastic job on our stairway runner! We had a competitor come to our home for an estimate and could not get a straight answer on some questions and they only had low to midgrade swatches to look at. We walked into the showroom at All Carpet and they had everything you could imagine! They were very helpful, walked me and my wife through the store to look for exactly what we wanted. Once we found it, the estimate was quick and the measure and install was done the next day! Could not say enough great things about the experience and the team...would highly recommend to anyone looking for any kind of floor covering.

I originally went into All Carpet looking for new laminate flooring for a family room. I walked out with ordering laminate flooring for 3 rooms.I had the pleasure of dealing with the salesperson Frank. Not only was he knowledgeable, but not once did he try overselling me on a product that I didn’t need. No pressure at all, unlike other establishments that I visited. The pricing was excellent to say the least. Great selection of laminate, wood and carpet.

Steve the owner personally came and installed the carpet on my stairs. Multiple places told me it wasnt possible to put carpet on Marble stairs. Steve came and told me the way he could put it and it came out amazing. Steve provided excellent service for a reasonable price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

All Carpet did my basement apartment a week ago. Wasn't looking for anything special, came in looking to get something done as quickly as possible. Frank was great at finding me something in my budget. I think I initially came in on a Tuesday? Steve, who I'm guessing is the owner was over to measure the next day, and and it was installed that Friday because i picked out something in stock. They have a huge in stock selection. Install came out great, Steve did the installation himself, very professional, highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for flooring.

I chose a beautiful, durable commercial laminate for my office, I couldn't be more pleased with the result. One of the owners came with one other worker to install, you know it will be done right when the owner does it himself. You really can't beat the service you get at a small local business. They actually care if you are a satisfied customer.

They carpeted my apartment and the carpet six months later was falling apart. They we're going to come out and fix it but wanted to charge me a fee. When they showed up they we're unprepared and had a bad attitude. I left over 7 messages to reschedule with no return call. I ended up getting another company to come in to fix the issues.Terrible experience!!
