I have total faith in Dr. Diane. She is caring to both me and my pets. The office staff is friendly and welcoming and the tech vets are kind and attentive. They answer all my questions and compliment my cat (which I love to hear).

It was amazing to see how they handle the pets during the examination. I have been so many vets over the years and this is the only place my 4-year-old dog, who has anxiety to strangers, felt so comfortable. The negative side about this place is, it is pretty hard to get an appointment here, but it is understandable considering a lot of people wants to come over here.

I have a cat who has digestive issues. Both Dr. Diane as well as Dr. Denise have seen him. Their care was genuine and they treated I appreciate the rest of the staff as well who have helped my 'skiddish' cat feel at ease. I'm grateful for the genuine care we've received. I highly recommend going to Schoharie Valley Vet. All of the staff helpful and always respectful!

SVVC PC is top notch from scheduling the appointment to your pets examination and getting the right meds. Dr. Lenci is super terrific and my dog Daisy just goes bonkers and thinks she's on a play date instead of getting a checkup/vaccines. I would give this practice 10 stars if that was possible. The front office staff is friendly and caring and extremely proficient.

The entire team at the Schoharie valley veterinary clinic was amazing it's right in made us feel at home took great care of my feline was very prompt in service and in testing. Dr Diane is an amazing veterinarian was very informational, polite and professional as well as the rest of the team, I will never take my animals anywhere else for they get the utmost amazing care at this clinic. Dr Diane and the whole staff are very caring. It is a long day for Mowgli, my dog, but he comes out happy and cheerful. They test his blood sugar five times from 9:00 to 5:30. Dr Diane speaks to me about Mowgli's test results. I leave feeling that they are doing everything they can to help Mowgli.

Pepper is afraid of people. His ride to the Vets upset him. When the girls returned him he was a lot calmer even if he did voice his opinion all the way home. The girls explained everything in detail so I could make a decision about his treatment.

Over priced, charged $600 to be told the dog won't make it,after leaving here their one night ,nothing they could do for her,didn't even have a clue as what was wrong with the dog? I brought her home and I took care of her, with cooked chicken broth beef and delicious food the dog thought.She recovered in about a week, little by little I would take her out and let her run and play ball.She lived another 4yrs after that never to be sick again,she was 11yrs old when she passed, didn't give us any notice just passed away one morning of I would say old age,she was a big dog and life expendence is around 9 or10 yrs. Schoharie vet s a rip off I know many people she has done that to.I don't think she knows what she is doing . Just in it for the money, needs a lot more experience.

The vet technicians are great! However, the vet is super afraid of every animal. The techs kept complimenting my dog and my dog really liked the vet techs. The vet kept fat shaming my dog even if she was just a couple pounds overweight.

Unfortunately my first visit here was putting down our cat, but this place has the most kindest vetenarians I have ever met. They tried all they could to help our cat who was sick, but, the best option was putting him down. They were very kind and considerate about the situation and seeing how they and customers acted and talked with one another was just like two best friends which was comforting.For the price, it is very much worth coming here. The vets here take very good care of your pets and are also very kind to the pet owners.

I love this Vet! My cats go here. They don't push sales like my dogs Vet. They are caring and take the time to answer all your questions and concerns. Dr. Diane is great! There were two vets here but one moved over a year ago so it is a bit of a wait to get in, but I understand they are looking for a second vet as well. This Vet is worth the wait!

The vet gaslit me when I asked her to take a skin sample because I thought my dog had hyperkeratosis and the vet said that my dog(6 year old) was old. Then the vet had the vet tech call me with test results which came back positive for hyperkeratosis.

It was my first visit to a vet with my first pet and Dr Diane and her staff made me feel very comfortable. They treated my pet with kindness and made sure she felt comfortable with every step of the appointment as well. They allowed me to be a part of the process (treat holder) and explained to me everything they were doing and gave me suggestions that were much needed. I look forward to our next appointment!

We have been bringing our furry family to Dr. Diane B. for over a decade now. We have been there for good times and sad times. Believe me when I say we have needed their support more than I bare to remember. We have always adopted and rescued our pups so you never really know what to expect. Dr. Diane and everyone else as well has always shown unconditional support and love for our pets. We joke that we need a half day for an appointment because everyone wants to say hello and give treats and cuddles. We trust them 100% with any questions and guidance they have to offer. I couldn't possibly say enough about the kindness and superior professionalism we experience when need their expertise. I wish Dr. D could be my doctor too!! I'll be content in knowing she is there for our pups.

We moved here from out of state and Schoharie Valley Veterinary Clinic was recommended by close friends. We have been treated like family since day one! On our last visit, it was found after testing that our husky had contacted Lyme . Dr Diane was very kind and explained to us what we would need to do. The staff here is wonderful, everyone works together to make visits a happy experience.

We came to Dr. Diane and staff with a very sad pup in need of some dental work back in December of 2015. They fixed our boy up and he actually seemed happy to go visit when we took him back for his regular check ups. Our new puppy is also a fan! The staff is wonderful, they know our dogs by name and us. They always respond to our needs and questions with complete politeness and efficiency. By far the BEST experience with a veterinarian's office we have ever had.

This office is run with kindness and professionalism. Helpful staff, reminder calls and emails, clean facilities and exam rooms. When Dr. Diane on a farm call entered the tight sheep enclosure with her assistant to give shots, the animals calmed right down. They seem to sense her purpose and appreciate her gentle but assertive handling style. The doctor seems always willing to spend time explaining the animals' needs; she's never rushed, which I appreciate. The fees are reasonable.
