place was what it is a place to sleep. The staff was non existent. Went to front desk numerous times no one there called the number no one answered. The times i was able to find anyone was at night and this person was outside getting high. Would not suggest this place to anyone. The "breakfast" was a joke. only had a waffle maker ate once made me sick. juice machine had grape juice that was it. wont be staying again.... ill drive the extra miles to stay in next town

Literally, I did not even want to give this place one star but that's the only choice please do not waste your time going to this motel they do not change their sheets. They have bugs and they take money off your card and then not put it back. I have contacted choice hotels about this situation. This place is literally a dump please by all means stay on interstate do not get off. Don't even think about staying here you will regret it, I have contacted the health department and if I do not receive my money back, they will hear from my lawyer. This place is definitely A dump

Room wasn't very clean. Hole in the wall behind the door. Had a weird bug crawl out from the 1 towel they provided for the 4 of us and no washcloths. Beds were decent and pillows were comfortable. I probably wouldn't go back unless I absolutely had to.Rooms: Need cleaned and properly prepared for guest better.

Don’t waste your time even thinking about booking a room.I was supposed to stay here with my husband and my 6 month old (at the time)- and we ended up leaving within 45 min of being at the hotel because we were so uncomfortable. It smelt weird, there was rust and dead bugs all over, and the kicker was the “human juices” all over the bed skirt….. if you catch my drift…. So after checking out at 11pm I was told to call in the morning to discuss a refund… I called 4 days in a row and of course got the “the manager isn’t in” answer. I finally got an email to send all my pictures to for them to go over and process a refund… never heard back, and never got a refund.

Incredibly dismal. Which is sad, because it has so much potential. If you have absolutely no other choice, then book it. But bring your own linen.. and towels. This place was dusty and had both dead and alive bugs just hanging out in the room.. I guess the bugs were keeping the myriad of cobwebs company. If you leave your room for more than an hour, don't expect to have your keycard to still work. Not the cleanest place to stay. Once I saw the bugs, I was seriously thinking of sleeping in my rental!Rooms: My room was full of cobwebs and bugs. Yup, cobwebs and bugs, both dead and alive. Had what looked like blood on walls and lampshade. One lamp didn't even have a shade over it! Incredibly dusty, and the bed linens had holes and questionable stains. It really looked like nobody had bothered to go into that room until I actually got there.. and my reservation was made a week in advance! I actually saw the guy that checked me in rush to put fresh hand towels and soap in the room. The drapes were broken. Key card to room was constantly not working, having me have to go to the front desk anytime I left my room for more than an hour!Safety: Everytime I left my room for a couple of hours, I had to go back to the front desk, because my key card wouldn't work! It even happened immediately after the guy checked me in! I left to go grab my luggage, and the card wouldn't work! After that, anytime I left my room for more than an hour, I had to go back to the front desk to get a new card!Noteworthy details: This place is really bleak. It looks like it is under construction in some areas, and the doors don't work.. both outside and in. Very dusty, pretty dirty. I was going to leave a tip for housekeeping, but then I thought, a true housekeeper would have at least cleaned up the cobwebs hanging from the ceilings and would have absolutely wiped the walls where there was questionable smears ! At least remove the DEAD bugs from the walls ! Who keeps their hotel like that?!?!

As we pulled up I started to feel better because it looked cute. Then we got inside. The hallway smelled, the room was awful. The door latch was weird, the bathroom didn’t latch at all(used trash can to hold it closed or it would swing open), and neither did the side door to exit. The lock box was completely missing from it. Stains everywhere, questionable stains. Trim under the fridge was hanging off, tiles loose or missing, and the bathroom needs a good scrubbing. I recommend not using the tub because the jets were visibly gross. I can’t wait to go home and shower and do my laundry.

This hotel is conveniently located just off Rt 88 and has a gorgeous view of the Schoharie Valley. The grounds are well kept. The room was clean. The bed was moderately comfortable. The free "breakfast" was disappointing. There was no butter and cream cheese for the bagels and toast and when I asked the front desk I was told they had none. There was one type of cold cereal and a waffle station (again with no butter). We went to the nearby Dunkin Donuts.

Where to begin... 🤦It was off the beaten path but not too bad. The grounds had run down cars, tilting light poles. The entry was a scene from the twilight zone. Pulled up to a whopping 6 cars in the driveway and some guy charcoal grilling next to a VW Jetta. 🤣Check In was smooth after waiting for 5min for someone to show up to the front who apologized about doing laundry and being short staffed. No problem. We took the cards and left for dinner.Came back to a cringe bathroom where the toilet didn't flush. They moved the room across the hall. No problem. The whole evening the halls smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. Every room has a no smoking symbol next to the room number and states it is smoke free. The front desk didn't care.Complimentary Breakfast was more like a hunting cabin pantry. Kids cereal, frozen bagels now hard from the thawing and only butter, grape jelly or syrup. No cream cheese or peanut butter.No fresh fruit, no meats, no eggs... It was the bare minimum.Checkout there was some guy screaming at the front desk about payment.The quality inn was more like un-quality. I have never seen a more disgusting place in my life. We almost left and slept in the car. The only thing l am thankful for is that we didn’t end up with bed bugs. The filthy room has a no smoking symbol on the door and yet smelled like a musty combination of mold and pot smoke. The light switch for the bathroom had to be forcibly jammed back and forth several times to get the light to turn on. The TV remote would turn the TV on, but would not change the channels. I could go on and on, but l won’t. You would probably be better off sleeping in a cardboard box.

It's not so bad if you go into it knowing it won't be great. Not in the best of shape, but the staff was very helpful and nice! A drawer was missing a handle, a bathroom had a hissing noise, and the door keys get reset if they're too close to electronic devices (even the alarm clock)! We got our room moved without much hassle and had an otherwise nice stay in a room with a broken TV. Not great, not terrible. Might come back again.

Please save your money and find a decent place to stay. They should take the word quality out of their name because it’s far from it. First room booked, smelled like tar and nicotine, walls grimey, and overall filth. We complained and they gave us another room. Only this time, it was worse. As soon as we walked in, we’re greeted by stench of mold and mildew. The walls are stained with dirt and God knows what else. Oh, and the shower was not functional. It’s like a crackhead motel and staff looked like they’re also on drugs. Finally got a decent enough room after showing them pictures of mold in the room. For almost $100 a night, I expected a clean room at the least. Never been so disgusted in my life. The next day, board of health made a visit due to a complaint.

I was staying here for a work-related training over 2 nights and it was absolutely DISGUSTING! The lecture parts of the training were in the Iroquois Meeting Room and there was ZERO air conditioning in that room so it was hot and disgusting all day. The room was also clearly used as a playroom for the owners children as there were kids toys piled up in the back corner and the walls, chairs and tables had been scribbled all over with markers. All of the chairs in that room were stained with either markers or a liquid of some sort. While setting up for the training, a coworker & I decided to setup another table since there was an extra one leaning up against the back wall, and that table was stuck to the wall. My private room had a disgusting mildew/smoke smell & I found a cigarette butt on the base of the floor lamp in the room. On my last morning I opened my curtains to let in some light and just below my room was a drug addict passed out on the lawn (see photo) - I’m not even kidding when I say at first I thought she was dead. Eventually the woman did wake up and walked past the windows of the Iroquois Meeting Room where we were having our training. That same woman was hanging out in front of the entrance every single night chain smoking cigarettes right by the entrance door. There were clearly drug addicts living in this hotel full time. The owners also clearly live in the hotel and just let their young kids run around and make messes all over. Every where you looked there was dirt or questionable substances on the walls. The window in my coworkers’s room had a very large break in it and instead of replacing the window it was just being held together with packing tape. The ice machine had mold, mildew and other crusty stuff all over it. If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would and I would not recommend anyone stay here. If you’re passing through, depending on the direction you’re heading, I’d either continue further and stay in either Oneonta or Albany.There were 5 of us staying in our own rooms and every single one of us had rooms that smelled horrible.The front desk person was constantly absent and impossible to get a hold of while they were gone.The hotel is walking distance to a building where a man was walking around shirtless clearly intoxicated on something and he eventually got arrested - a coworker saw the arrest happen.All-in-all, don’t stay here.

Eewww!!! Spent around $130 to stay here for a wedding that was at a venue ~10 min away. The room smelled terrible, and the mini fridge was covered in grime. Shortly after checking in, we found an Uber to the wedding venue (luckily because there’s limited availability in this area). After the wedding reception, we weren’t able to find an Uber so we ended up sleeping on a couch at the wedding venue (cute, older home). Wasn’t thrilled with crashing on a couch, but THANK GOD we avoided sleeping in this pit! I would literally sleep anywhere else but here!

Stayed at the front desk for 30 minutes waiting for someone to show up to check me in, then the first room he gave me had a family already in the room sleeping, was told, “ i can’t promise the rooms were clean” and boy was he right, walked into every peice of linen having some sort of stain on it, dead bugs squished and splattered on the walls bug blood all over the walls, along with blood stains on the blankets, pillows covered in hair and the sink was full of facial hair shavings, over all terrible experience and will never be coming back

This hotel is the dirtiest hotel I've even been too. The room I was first in had mold in the bathroom all on the ceiling. I brought it up to them and they told me it wasn't mold....umm I no what mold looks like....can I please have a different room when I got into another room not even 5 minutes later they rented out my old room not even cleaning it....the hotel reminds me of a crackhead hotel .....there are kid running up and down the hallways at wired hours yelling. The maid bring her kid to work so when she is in the rooms cleaning"" "".....lol her kid is touching everything in your room and throwing it. This place is disgusting inside and out. And the free breakfast is not worth it...lol

Hotel need more clean . Bed sheet dirty- yellow spot , hair etc . Restroom not very clean . Window glass broken and not clean .Breakfast is not good at all . Coffee , bread and waffles - that’s it .They not even spray slat / sand at snow season. If you want to pick your car , be careful.

Just called to change my reservation to this hotel instead of Oneonta and the receptionist placed me on hold both times while talked on his personal phone! Seems like this guy forgot to put the phone on mute. I literally forgot I was in the phone it was so long so I hung uo and called right back, same thing. I wouldn't even waste my time staying with them now. Smh

The game room is smaller than the bathroom. I'm in the middle of no way. The infant who checked us in was making out with her boyfriend in the breakfast room. Their are like 10 people here and I can here everything. This is more stars comedy than a bad review. I didn't book this hotel , my wife did. Just for a place to sleep it's cool but nothing close by to get a bite to eat.
