Christine is amazing. We took our puppy Phillip for puppy training, intermediate, and manners class and we are so happy with his progress. Christine was hands on during training class and left us with tools to work with our pup at home. Not only does our pup have fun during class but the parents do too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Took my puppy here for training but had to leave due to an emergency. Called the trainer. She rescheduled for a Saturday that wasn't even the correct date. I've returned SIX times on the dates that she promised and she didn't even show up. I have a Belgian Malinois, German shepherd, lab mix so I need a little help training my puppers. Don't waste my time, money and gas. Not happy!!! Got a refund.Employee that helped us was SUPER friendly but even more upset because he told us that she's ALWAYS there Mondays-Fridays but wasn't there the times she promised?

When I was there I set a appointment and they said it would be in a month just to be seen to arrive and your appointment was altered without you knowing, so now you have to wait again…. Rude and inconsiderate right I guess to all other customers make sure they don’t mess up your schedule like they did to me oh and it’s not the first time either that this happened.

Ugh, went there to get some plants and fish. Help was non existent trod to get some help but the two workers were too busy discussing the pros and cons of light dog collars among them selves . Then they saw me politely stand there and they both rushed off to there busy state of ignoring customers lol

I called to get a price on a chameleon and the setup when I get there. It was a different story. The lady told me that I couldn't get the chameleon. Because it would die if I took it home and then I needed to set the tank up first a whole bunch of wasted time....

I am trying to adopt a cat because i’m in quarantine with nothing to do so i figured why not, so I went to pet smart thinking it would be an easy experience. I filled out the forms and did everything they wanted me to do. Finally after almost an hour they give me this weird cat. This cat looked a little weird and was growling at me but it was the only one they had and it was up to date on all it’s shots so i didn’t really care. It was all cool, we had no problems. THEN on the way home i was looking at my cat and realized this isn’t a cat at all but it was a possum. SO NOW i have a possum in my car growling at me... I quickly turned around and started driving back to pet smart. I didn’t realize how late it was considering the fact i was signing papers for so long so when i finally got back they were closed. So now i have a whole possum with me and i don’t know if i should just let it run into the woods. I’ve been trying to call and reach out to pet smart and they’ve been ignoring me. So please if anyone wants a possum please contact me.

My floof had her appointment this morning at the Banfield Pet Hospital that's inside the Pet Smart. Everybody there was so nice. She got her medicine and the Dr. gave me a pamphlet on some wellness plans that I'm most likely gonna sign up for cause my cat is getting old and 43.95 a month isn't bad to help keep her happy and as healthy as possible. After she gets better I'm definitely gonna take her for her dental cleaning and whatever else she might need. Now I just gotta get her to take her medicine. 😬

I wish they would stop eliminating cat product to make room for dog stuff. Their toy aisle is not even half anymore. They need to realize that not everyone has a dog.

If you're going there and you know what you need already it's a good store and there is a good assortment. But if you're going there with questions, especially about fish, don't do it. I had a woman who literally wouldn't sell me a goldfish because I only had a 2 gallon tank. She told me the fish would outgrow their body and would die... while my 6 year old son was standing right there.

After careful consideration and checking website for available cats, my husband and I decided to adopt a cat. Go to Pet Smart in Mohawk Commons and after deciding on a few cats to pick from, we were told all the cats were only sold in pairs as they were siblings. Nothing mentioned on web site bout that nor wer there any signs up at the store. Walked out without a cat. Disappointed.

I made attempts to take my pet here on 3 occasions. Should have known better by the lack of customer service over the phone. Took my pet in for his groom that didn’t happen. I get there 3 minutes before 7am a vehicle in the parking lot just sitting there with two woman in it facing my vehicle and the store. I get out with my pet walk to the pet smart door and start knocking. The two woman c on e out and to the door and ask are you here for a groom I said yes oh you work here. Strike one you waited until I started to knock on the glass door before you got out your vehicle to work. We enter the store. Then comes the store or shift lead just walks into the salon doesn’t say a good morning or hello to the staff or the customer she just says nastily take her off the counter. I asked the associate that was helping me who was she and she didn’t like that you could see as it was obvious. They went on to say oh we have to have our shift lead look over your pet they said it looks like my pet has a scab and it looks infected and they can’t groom him until it’s gone you may need to see a vet. Really because I checked you on your hospitality. Unprofessional woman and unruly dispositions! I would never take my pet here and pet smart needs to reevaluate their employees as they will continue you to loose business!

The store itself is nice. This review is specifically for the Adoption part of the store. For one, the adoption workers didn’t help me at all upon arrival. I Initially went in to adopt a cat. The women were very helpful at first but then they weren’t. During the application process there was some miscommunication and i was trying to further explain it to them in a very nice manner may I add, and they would NOT listen to me and just continued to deny me service time and time again. I find this highly unprofessional and extremely offensive. They made it seem like they were going to help me gave me so much hope just to leave high and dry. Moral of the story… Don’t go to petsmart to adopt a cat.

They have great groomers for reactive puppies. I have a mini aussie Shepard puppy and he got his first bath and cut there. They handled him so well despite him being severely reactive to other dogs. I take both my dogs here and we've always been treated with respect and kindness with all the staff members. Great place for grooming needs and supply needs.

I bring both of my pups to Banfield for for all their health needs and check ups. Always a good experience and my pups are treated good. I also love that they call to talk to you personally about your pets visit even though they give you a paper breakdown and email 💖

I planned to leave a bad review, as the groomer kept us waiting over 2 hours past the promised pickup time with no updates, but then I saw my puppy’s nails. This guy did such a good job with her nails (and she has black paw pads) that I haven’t heard a tippy tap in the 3 weeks since our appointment.

Had to put my cat down. Call pet smart was told to come over to the store. The cat was 22 so I wanted to do this now. I was very happy and it went fast which was what I wanted. But you can take as long as you want. It was a smooth and stress less passing for my pet

Smart knowledgeable employees. They are very friendly and love the animals they help. Also cute cashiers who are always sweet and caring. ( The only down side is some of their animals cage could better, but that's more of a corporate thing.)

I brought my puppy in for a bath & cut. I told them he got neutered 3 weeks ago. They instantly got weird. He was fully healed. They started checking his private area & touching where he got the surgery. They saw a little dried up blood & said he has an opened wound we can’t take him! I said that’s not an open wound & I wouldn’t have even brought him in if he wasn’t healed! I’ll take my business elsewhere.
