This was my first time bringing my 8 month old pup to Paradise Pet Salon on the recommendation by my daughter who also uses this salon for her pup.He's a very hyper guy so I knew he may be a challenge to get to sit still. Stephanie did an amazing job!! He looks and smells amazing!! He wasn't quite finished when I got there so I peaked in and saw him looking so calm and happy while Stephanie took his photo. I can't say enough how happy I am with the salon and Stephanie. I won't ever be going anywhere else.

I highly recommend this groomer. I was able to get an appointment 2 days in advance with Emma. The young woman at the front desk greeted Ronda (my 8 yr old Shih-Poo) with kindness and professionalism. She took notes about my preferences for Ronda's cut and different things about Ronda's body. The end result was a groom just as I specified. The photo in the grass is before, and the others are after. I know my pup is adorable, fluffy, or trimmed, but she is so much more comfortable in the hot weather with less fluff. She was prancing all around, showing off her new doo. I plan to return to this groomer when I am in the area visiting my mother. 😘🐶💜

Did well for a long time then got a new groomer and they cut my cat she recovered but they did not tell me. They should have told me. I tipped the groomer because my cat was in her box and I did not see her until I got home. She is fine but has small scar . I have to find a new groomer. Watchmomtry missfiled

My family has been taking our dogs to Tahnee for years. We follow her literally anywhere. I highly recommend her not only for her kindness but for her knowledge and years in grooming. Shes always attentive and listens to how you’d like your pup done. My family will never go to another groomer as long as Tahnee is still grooming.

Just brought our beloved baby Mango the Kitty home from her floof trim, sanitary, bath and groom and I have to say, Paradise gets more than five stars. They did an amazing job. I didn’t get the names of the two women who were working today but they deserve a shoutout. Grooming a cat isn’t a simple job; they can be fighters if not in the right mood/situation. Mango came home without anxiety, looking like the precious baby girl we spoil. Paradise is now our new place from here on out. Kudos!

Usually don’t leave reviews.We have been going to Paradise Pets for many years. Started with taking our Pom/Shitz mix to them. They always did an amazing job. After his ACL surgery they would always take extra special care with his leg. He always came home happy and in no pain.Today was the first day going back since losing him. We brought out Pomsky in to be groomed and nails cut. He won’t let us touch his paws. Tahnee need an amazing job. He looked and smelled so go. Not to mention he quick and painless for us.We highly recommend them. The staff is so friendly and amazing. We will never go any place else.

This was the worst experience with my dog. I been going there for a year and have never had any issues. I go check on my dog and she’s the only dog in there only one crying anyway besides a dog getting its nails Clipped. She was crying when I got there for who knows how long and was just drying off after an hour. I asked were my dog was because I can’t see her and wanted to know why she had to wait while she’s with another dog during her scheduled appointment. The woman with an attitude tells me she came in for a nail clip. Woman walks away to get my dog and the other woman says it’s my fault she was helping me clip her nails. Ok fine. I just wanted my dog back all I could do was here her crying. Still had to pay $40 for the wash. So upsetting I will take my services else we’re.My dog is so upset she wants nothing to do with anyone growling at my other dog. Rachel will forever hold a place in our hearts!

Wow! I'm not sure how I've been missing out but what an amazing experience! Tahnee was incredibly paitent and knowledgeable and had an amazing plan for my doggo. They were able to give my big boy the best grooming experience of his life! Not only did he look amazing but he walked out stress free and in a good mood! I immediately booked a return appointment because it doesn't get much better than this! We thank you🤩

If I could give MORE than 5 stars, I most definitely would. Today I brought our 15+ yr old cat Don Vito Corleone to the salon to get his nails clipped. For the girls @ the salon Vito just sits there so sweet & calmly & lets them trim his nails...1,2,3..done! I have been taking our cats to the salon since Jen opened. Our beautiful cat Princess Peanut had her 'spa' day every couple months & loved it. She left us @ age 21 but ALWAYS loved her time @ the spa. I would HIGHLY recommend taking your cat(s) or dog(s) to Paradise Pet Salon...you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Your fur baby will be WELL taken care of & will love being with the ladies @ the Salon. Don't hesitate...call for an appt. now. Thank you Jen & all the crew for always treating our fur babies with so much love & attention. As long as we have a fur baby, he will ALWAYS go to Paradise Pet Salon.

Would recommend to everyone!! From the moment I stepped in tahnee went right to work first calming my dogs anxiety and then mine lol. She assured me everything will work out. My dog has been to one previous groomer elsewhere and they refused to groom him anymore due to his barking and uncooperative behavior. But Tahnee got the job done!!! Thank you soo much.

Our Bernese mountain dog is very anxious and fearful of just about everything, and bringing him to a groomer is always stressful for the both of us. But he went to Paradise Pet Salon for the first time today and Rachel was so patient with him! He came home four hours later with a far better cut than he's had from anywhere else, which just shows how much time she spent making sure he was comfortable. (Usually you can't even turn a clipper on near him without a freak out!) Thank you Rachel - we'll definitely be back!

Poor communication/miscommunicationHad an appointment at 10:00am. Wife gets a call to see if we could bring our cat earlier cause there was a problem next door. Wife made sure to ask if they were gonna be able to take our cat in. They said yes, that they were trying to get all appointments early. I get there at 10:01am just to see a sign at the main door that they were indefinitely closed due to a water flood. That's understandable, what I don't understand is the poor communication, wife called to reschedule just to be told they were open!!!Why are they giving the wrong info by telling us they were open and had a sign saying the opposite!?I drove 46 minutes back and forth, and to be honest I won't go back. After that, I called 3 times to made sure they were open and no one answered the phone. Thank you for wasting my time and gas

I’ve brought my medium hair cat here multiple times for nail trims, sanitary clips, baths and brush outs. She can be difficult (fear-based aggression) which is why I can’t bathe her at home. They always do an amazing job in a timely fashion - plus the pricing is extremely reasonable. The staff is always friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend Paradise Pet Salon to anyone that needs to have their cat groomed.

Everyone that I've dealt with here at Paradise Pet Salon have been professional, great with my dog and myself, willing to go the extra mile as well as being friendly. Jennifer and the rest of the staff are extremely nice and accommodating. We regularly bring our Shih-tzu and we have been happy with his cuts every time. Our dog is very fidgety and they are able to even cut and bath him. The building is clean and welcoming, as are the staff members. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service that you receive. We have recommended their service to many of our friends and family.

We have been taking our Yorkie to Paradise Pet Salon for over two years and are very pleased with the quality of serviced rendered. They are very friendly and we feel comfortable leaving our little guy. He always looks and smells soooo good when we pick him up. We have and will continue to highly recommend PPS to everyone. Our neighbor took their cat for grooming and as she was a "holy terror" too groom and had bad experiences elsewhere, told us she couldn't believe what a great job they did even though the cat was difficult. What more can one say but if you haven't yet ........GIVE THEM A TRY!!!!!!

Was told at pet smart my dog was "to nervous" to get his feet and hygiene trimmed. Went here today and it took them 10 minutes to do. Greatly appreciated the friendly staff.

The only place I will take my fur babies, I trust them 100%, I had a fur child my kitty Poodle pass away from a bad grooming experience at pet smart, thank God for Paradise pet salon, my fur children get excellent care and I know with the staff I don't have to worry at all about them being groomed. The employees here tend to amaze me at how friendly they are with not only us but our animals as well. They know my dog by name and comes back looking perfect everytime I pick them up. I would recommend this spot for anyone looking to get their dogs groomed.
