We have a lot of fun shopping at Marshalls. Last week, we bought about 10 tops for our 17 year old niece who picked them out herself. The price of each was less than 10 dollars. I got a faux leather jacket for 34 dollars. We also love the pet section. We found a good-looking, comfy bed for our puppy, bully sticks and a few games that keep her occupied. Marshalls often has deals on shoes and household products. Sometimes, we have found a special piece of furniture for our home. The good news is that surprises and real finds abound at Marshalls.

Associate who took care of my return here for a shirt from another location that was defective was quick and super friendly which was awesome, however...If you visit this location at busy times of the day, even during the week, expect to be waiting in line FOREVER!! Do not bother coming in here for one or two little things. There was only one associate working the front registers when I was here a few days ago (3/7) and they had to call over and over again for other associates to come help from the back of the store and open more registers with 10+ people waiting in line.Otherwise if you don't mind waiting a while, there is the potential to find really good items in here. They have designer brands of bags, clothes, etc., it just takes a good amount of time to dig through everything on the racks and find something worthwhile.

They have alot of Items on sale. You can get brand Clothes for cheap here. There's other Stuff here too like, Electronics, Shoes, Toys, Men's Wear, Cosmetics etc... I love this place

Didn't find suitable dress for special occasion. I did find some nice rugs for the bathroom and makebrush holders

Talked to Shawn when asking for manager after shopping here.He was nice while taking my call and I want to thank him for that.But my in store experience, not so much.I was shopping the women’s sections when I overheard a younger blonde who I may guess have been a team lead basically telling a teammate they were not doing a good job, that if they didn’t get it together they would have serious repercussions… excuse me, there are customers everywhere, obviously a terrible choice to have that conversation in front of shoppers but also the way the lead was talking the the teammate was unacceptable. I nearly left after witnessing that. I drove a ways to get to this store, and I asked when leaving with a pair of shoes for my child if they would please remove security tag as I held my kid in my arms literally and shared that I Don’t live near any other locations. The associate when busy talking with her coworkers behind the counter. I arrived home after hours drive and the tag is still on. I called asking how they could make this right for me; no options, asked how they could help me remove, no luck, come back in store they said, well I don’t live close literally shared that. Would not offer any additional assistance, only to bring reciept back and product back. Honestly did nothing to make it right for me. I was not nice on the phone to shawn so I’m sorry that you got the brunt of that. But this is a call out to your store staff to do better. Will not be back. And I’ve been shopping marshals for decades bro… unfortunate

On June. 26 around 1:30 pm went in your store and I got a mean look from one of your female employees I believe it was cause I had a bag pack and she made me feel like she thought I was gonna steal. It was a little west India lookin women .She didn't say anything to me but she played me close . I believe when customers first go in they should ask for customers bags while they shop cause the way she approached me wasnt good customer service and can also bring serious drama to store

Of course very busy because of holidays, but they are still managing to keep the store pretty neat and organized. Just stopped in for one item, found without difficulty and the staff helpful. GREAT DEALS AND NICE SELECTION.

Awesome. Let's start with the customer service. 5 🌟 stars. That day they were super busy, but still offering a good customer service. Secondly, the prices were great.with my tight budget, I was very concerned about not being able to find what I need for the right price and not having plenty of cash to get all I need. Then, I was very surprised.The things that I bought, they were not just at a good price, but cheeper than the price on the tags. Third, once at the register, cashier were very fast and very polite. It was impressive how the long lines of people ready to pay, disappeared.I hope that on the future this retailer can expand their services and keep up with the good prices, but most important of all, with the good customer service. It is very rare to find good customer service in the bussiness around Albany.

I love Marshall's and so do my grands. They actually ask me to take them shopping there. Always great sale prices and variety of toys for children as well as clothing, shoes, pet items and housewares for the family.

Not such a great selection for my teenagers, everything was either too big or too small. Additionally the prices weren't as great as I'd had expected. I would go back if maybe I needed something on the cheaper side for myself, but not for my kids again!

The only person I could find to ask if they had shoe laces just looked at me when I approached her and said, "Yes?" Another employee heard my question and said "No." That's it. No "sorry" or suggest another store. Just "no."

What a unique shopping experience! I needed picture frames. They had a nice selection. Such a variety of items too. And conveniently located next to a Price Chopper. Kudos!

Met with staff disinfecting carts with a smile. New merchandise here and there and lots of gourmet Halloween candy. Love the makeup area and you can find brand name products at reduced prices..especially mascara.

This place clothes me, feeds me and gives me a place to sit. It's like my parent now that I'm an adult. That's an odd truth I just got upon. I wonder when Marshalls birthday is. I need to send a card. That's how much I appreciate this store. Go here and be welcomed in the embrace of it's shopping experience.

I hate this place. They have lots of good things, but the lines are always very long and Serpentines through the store. They never ever have enough cashiers and they are slow as molasses. Don't dare try to go in and buy one little item, you will wait in line easily 20 to 30 minutes in line. It's the same if you have a return on Exchange. Absolutely unbelievable! It's been the same way for years. I only go to Marshalls if I really really have no other choice and I have a free hour to waste.

I always enjoy shopping @ Marshall's. However, they do not have their dressing rooms open due to COVID. Which means you have to purchase everything you think you might like and will possibly fit you, go home and try them on, and whatever you don't like or doesn't quite fit right return to the store. What an inconvenience this is!! I had to purchase 21 items just to turn around & return 15 of them due to the fit. I see no reason for this - what is the difference if these garments are being tried on in the store or at someone's home?? Also, there were only 3 cashiers working as well - on a weekend. I normally don't ever rate my shopping experiences, but I feel people should be aware of the dressing room situation.

Love Marshalls! Staff is always super friendly.They usually get through a big line pretty quick. Store is always organized well and clean. Prices are always great. Can't beat it.

I get claustrophobic in this place. It is a hodgepodge of stuff and the prices aren't really that fabulous. If you are hung up on label brands and don't mind pawing through clutter, maybe you will like it.

The treat their employees very poorly those kids working there I feel really bad for them to see how they are treated for most of the kids it’s probably their first job and to grow up with that experience I personally witnessed one of the managers yelling at the girl on multiple occasions it very sad Schenectady location

Its ok, jus like that an that simple! I mean it is a pretty small marshalls, anytime i do go to shop there they never have enough of anything in shoe sizes ontop of everybody an they motha going up to mohawk commons to shop up that way. Never have enough kids or mens clothing etc. So it is just an ok!

I do believe that everyone would look in any store including Marshalls for the great selection of merchandise especially after several months be closed, for the nice organized shelfs and racks of merchandise.What I saw as customer and buyer? Poor selection, cluttered shelfs and old merchandise.I do believe that Marshalls new management had plenty of time not only completely clean, disinfect entire store but have delivery of great merchandise to offer for the opening after lockdown and meet consumers with the great offers even not in huge amount. Right now I will be even not comment farther because 2 pairs of sneakers, men's underwear and 2 coffee cups already costed more than $100.00.Thanks anyways and good luck in better performance for the future. You have enough staff on the floor to organize and perform better.
