This is for the floral department. I just wanted to give a shout out to Gretchen who did my flowers for my wedding last week. I don’t have a lot of pictures currently but she did such an amazing job with all of the bouquets, centerpieces, etc. I was in love with my flowers and everyone loved the flowers too. She completely exceeded my expectations! If anyone is considering using Market 32 for flowers, I highly recommend using them and especially talking with Gretchen.

Stopped at the deli to get a half lb of pepperoni. I was the third person in line. There were 6 people behind the deli counter and only on person helping customers. The others may have been slicing meat for the case, none of them took a moment to look up and help the one person servicing customers. A manager came in, never acknowledged there was a line. Yelled at two of the staff because they were slicing with put protective gloves and left. The two people never put on protective gloves while they were slicing and just laughed at her after she left. Never got my pepperoni. Worst deli experience.

The self checkouts are very confusing. While I like this store in general, the self-checkouts were constantly telling you to remove item from bag and re-scan when you already scanned the item. This took up way too much time with perishable food among our purchases.

I was in the area of the Niskayuna store today so i ran in to do some quick shopping and was amazed at how clean this store is. Every staff member i was near asked me if theg could help me with something, i had interactions with the produce person, the dairy person ,the meat manager & a staff and 2 ladies at the register and everyone was pleasant & helpful. They all seemed glad to be working unlike my local price chopper who has staff that will go out of their way to avoid eye contact so they do not have to help you with anything. I wish i didnt live an hour away from this store. Amazing store , great produce & to go food section and the butcher shop was terrific, i purchase almost 100 dollars worth of meat that i wasnt planning on just because they were so helpful!!!!

My overall satisfaction with Market 32 is really good. However a couple of times I had to use your bathroom facilities, and twice I noticed 2 employees that used the bathroom didn't wash their hands,and they both worked in your food to go area.

Was looking for a Mandoline slicer to make potatoes au gratin but they didn’t have one, so before buying any other ingredients, we went to target to make sure I’d have one on hand prior to making it. When we returned to the store, the lady questioned us MULTIPLE times. I assume she was assuming we stole something??? My husband and I of course cooperated, but it was extremely insulting and embarrassing. I’ve never experienced that kind of treatment. Im from a small town where there is much more social capital. I understand that we’re in a “city”, but I’m still disgusted.

I was a customer for 20+ years. Not anymore. Prices skyrocket on a monthly basis. Was shopping online and now I will definitely continue. Not worth paying so much more. I went today and the check out girl was rude and unprofessional.

The store closes @ 12midnite, however I was there at 11:30 pm and the doors were locked. I saw someone at the register, but person didn't respond. I called the store 2 times. 2nd time someone answered and said store is open and dont know what to tell me. Yet the doors were locked

Renovated price chopper to look more appealing to customers. Wide selection of products including gluten free. Only downside is the prices. Sales may happen, but you would be paying the same price with their sales as a normal priced item at another grocery store.

My go-to grocery store. Admire their community commitment. Admire the free services offered through their pharmacy to help folks control their diabetes. Love their produce department: miss the old setup for the bakery, however. A big fan of whimsy... enjoyed buying this wonderful Minion body soap to keep me company while I shopped last week. Now stares at me whenever I hand-wash my dishes.

I've always liked the ready made salads here. This one has crispy chicken on top. I grabbed a bottle of chipotle ranch to add. Like everything in the stores, the price has crept up a bit and the portion seems to be a tad smaller.

Appearently you have to use only Price Chopper branded reusable bags.I had one Price Chopper bag, and a Target bag, and the clerk only packed items in the PC bag, the rest was placed back in the cart, took the Target bag, folded it up and placed it back in the cart.

My family and I have not had any issues shopping there for many years. However, from my recent experience, I don't even think anyone should shop there, and Price Chopper doesn't even deserve a one star.Background: I need a new e-z pass for another car, and went to price chopper since they they seem to have it. I explained my situation regarding the e-z pass, since I just want to add another car under an already existing account, which is already linked to my payment.However, the guest service told me that if I want a tag, I "need to" buy it. Now I don' t expect the guest service to know everything they are selling, if they don't know the answer to my question, they can simply say they don't know or they will ask someone who does. But it is UNETHICAL to tell customer false information-- because in fact I don't need to purchase a tag, I can request one online for free. But i guess to guest service, they only care abut the sales they make.I even questioned her statement, explained my situation to her(again), which my mom helped, but once my mom started asking questions, she grew rather RUDE and passive aggressive cutting her off and taking down on her since my mom spoke with an accent and slower. I couldn't believe my eyes, at this day and age, someone still DISCRiMINATE against accented speakers and treat them horribly. at this point, I no longer want to be there, I looked past that and asked:" can this e-z pass tag be returned if we don't open it", the woman said:" yea it should be". now that is another false information, because when we try to return it the next day after we realized what she said was wrong, price chopper wouldn't return it. Now I understand if when purchasing, you told me that it is final sale and cannot be returned, I would not have brought it back, but its the fact that she LIED to us to sell a product, and the woman said yes when I asked if it can be returned.I asked for a manager, and a guy named Lance came, as I explained the situation to him, he grew increasing RUDE and AGGRESSIVE, cutting me off while I was talking and said its not his problem, I have to talk to someone else. So then I asked for the store manager, he got mad and started YELLING:" ABSOLUTELY NOT, he is not here, and you can bring it up to corporate if you want". his EXACT words. he then walked away while I was still trying to ask him when the store manager will be here the next day. I still don't understand why he got so aggressive toward a customer who they give false information to. And this whole time, no apology, just rude and aggressive workers one after another.The issue is still not resolved, but my family and I are too SCARRED and tired from how we are treated for something Price Chopper did wrong.Price Chopper Market 32 is expecting the customers to take the consequences of LYING to their customers, and FORCEFULLY selling products to customers when they don't need it. Needless to say, the management need to re-trained and changed based on how situations like this is being handled, and I hope Market 32 will also hire nice welcoming workers who won't discriminate customers.

Seafood guy told me that they would be getting frog legs on December 1st perfect he even went out of the way to find out for me. Now I don’t think he works there anymore some white boy with long hair that’s rude and disrespectful. So I go in December 1st this guy has seafood closed down at 6.30 pm that’s quite interesting to me I used to work at price chopper and my mangers would never allow that. They close at 8 pm shut down at 630 though. So I ask and he tells me sold out on the first day and come back Monday for more which makes no sense based on when trucks come. So I go in last night and the same guy is there has it shut down at 630 again so I ask if he has frog legs he tells me no never got them. So I know this guy is lying to me because he’s lazy and doesn’t want to work. Why I’m at it front end is full of disrespectful kids working all the registers they eat food at registers stand around and talk I see it all the time this place is just trash. After not having frog legs again and being shut down early I left and went to hannaford I won’t be shopping here anymore.

Aesthetically pleasing facility but the item selection is pretty average. It feels like 32 is going for an "upscale" feel but not offering anything you can't find at any retail grocer. My staff interactions were really good, I spoke with two different employees and they were both friendly and knowledgeable.

I shopped here for a couple of specialty items which they had while other supermarkets don't. I was pleased with the selection. Parking was easy including handicapped spaces. The front entrance was accessible too. It's easy to see from Columbia Turnpike. The store was clean and well organized. The checkout personnel were friendly. Their discount card program saves a lot of money. Overall an excellent experience.

Update: noght manager was also great help. Yesterday I noticed an item with a "sell by" date of yesterday; but there was no markdown as was with other items in the ready-made section. Manager agreed to make a discount.Manager was a great help. Several children and adults in different family groups were wearing masks improperly. I did not complete my whole shopping trip, as a result. During phonecall I made from parking lot, manager offered ways I could safely shop. Apparently enforcing mask law is not possible every time.

Self check out worker yelled at my daughter for standing up in the cart I told the worker to not yell at my daughter. My husband and I were buying bags we scanned them then put our items in them that we were purchasing, the self check out worker told us we need to pay for the bags, I told her I scanned them they're 50 cents I scanned all 4 of them she said "I am going to check my screen because I know you didn't scan them" she then saw they were scanned and said "okay its there" no apology or anything. I asked if there was a manager I can speak to she told me there is no manager I have to take my concerns to the 1-800 number. We will not being going back to this location any time soon.

Very good quality produce and meat . A little more expensive then the competition in some products like snacks and cleaning supplies but the location is very convenient. the store is very clean and they have enough cashiers on the registers so you check out fast

This location has recent been renovated/rebranded with the fresh Market 32 look-and-feel. The produce and organic food sections and really the whole store has a much nicer flow and feel. I've been visiting this location at least monthly for a few years and even before the renovation it has always been nice and clean and the service has been great.

This store is clean and spacious. I enjoy having the self-checkout option. The produce and fruit are always fresh. It is conveniently located near my home. Overall it is a great shopping experience!

I order a Christmas dinner two weeks in advance and they told me that they will cook it. I went pick in up Christmas eve and it was not cook at all my folks. This is poor business practice. I walk out store and not pay them. The manager said you expect us to cook it and I said yes I did because your people promise me

I had not been in this store in a while and was very impressed with the improvements in most of the store. When you first walk in you are hit with the wonderful layout. Everything is in the right place and items are easy to find. The store has the best freshest fruits, vegetables, fish and meat.I could find everything I needed and at decent prices. Market 32 is the only place in going to shop in, it just feels good to be in the store.

We shop here regularly, until now. Last night I bought 2 pints of Ben & Jerry's ice cream, originally $4.99 each but marked down to $2.99.In the parking lot we noticed I'd been charged $9.98 instead of $5.98. I immediately walked back in with the items still in the shopping bag and found a store associate (SA). I assumed he'd quickly refund the $4. The SA told me "that's not on sale." I replied "the freezer case shows it's on sale."We arrived to the freezer together and he ripped the sale tag off the shelf, saying "an employee should have taken that down because the sale ended yesterday."I didn't want the items at $4.99 each, and this SA was unwilling to honor the posted price. Two other SAs worked together to put the $9.98 back on my wife's credit card, and they took the ice cream from me and also said "we won't be able to restock these now."These SAs acted as if they were poorly trained. A well-trained SA would have refunded me $4, and let me take the pints at the posted price. Moreover -- and this is par for the course with young Price Chopper employees -- there was no empathy for 10-15 minutes of my time being wasted because of a Price Chopper employee's mistake.

Super busy because of the upcoming holidays, customers are generally grumpy and impatient, but for the most part the employees were friendly. My only complaint was that the cashier seemed to be impatiently staring us down because the next woman in line was impatiently staring at her, and since I have a bad back and was in a lot of pain, I wasn't able to move quite as fast as i normally could.

I love this store! I may be partial (because my husband is their 4th man )but I prefer to shop at this store rather than the one around the block from our place. This store always has a plentiful stock of all sale items such as the most recent $10/10 Ocean Spray. All of the staff are extremely helpful and more than willing to assist when needed.
