Spoke with Ron on a Friday and was told some of his staff would call me back on Monday regarding a product they stocked. Did not receive the call. I called back and Was told by one of the staff that Ron would return the call. I told him he did not understand. Ron said one of the staff would call. He got rude and said since I would not listen to him, he would just hang up. Goodbye. I can't believe Ron the owner would put up with this. Still need a phone call but I guess that's out of the question. Very rude.

Today,I needed an impeller for my Kohler Genset. Initially, when I called Ron said they didn't believe they had one. He called me back a few minutes later to double check. I thought that was so,nice. I gave him the part number. They still didn't have it but, he had the courtesy and professionalism to call me back on his own. When I need something (boats always do) I will be calling them first.

A completely unprofessional owner, tried to rob me after he quoted me for a job, was paid 6 months in advance and then lied about a non existent law to take another 1500 from me, also lost a part of my boat and told me it was my problem, do not buy into his October special motor deal !
