I met Corey at the home show in Albany. He walked me through the program and pointed out the huge success rate he had with all breeds. I was a skeptic at first because the pup I need to contain is a beagle. My experience with beagle hounds all my life told me this could never happen. Still, I had to make a choice and other fencing options were out of the question. So, I signed on. Corey came to my house and his remarkable ease with people and my pup further convinced me this could work. He put the wire around the perimeter, and returned at a later date to begin training me and the pup. We followed his instructions closely and continued for a week on our own. The fact is our pup caught on immediately and has stayed safely within the fence ever since. He’s 14 months old now and roams happily on our property within the boundary of the fence. Even when the deer sprint through it, he chases them to the edge of the fence and hits the brakes just before the flags. We could not be more satisfied. Corey, did it all himself. Introduced us to the product, provided the training, and completed the installation. Don't hesitate to give him a call.

Had a hidden pet fence installed around 15 acres of wooded land around my home for my two labs, Guinness and Brody, 10 years ago, and the fence has never given us a problem. I have neighbors at the top of my land and they have never crossed that line. The collar has a flashing light when the battery needs to be changed. The service this company provides is top notch. The install of the fence and the training of both dogs went smoothly. The dog trainer spent several days training Guinness and Brody and came back a week later to follow-up with us and to personally observe the dogs with their reactions to the fence and possibly needing to adjust the strength of the signal of the fence. I realize not everyone has 15 acres of land, but whatever amount of land is available for your pet they really will be a much happier and calmer dog. After a long day of working, I look forward to coming home to them and they love greeting me. I have a doggy door on my garage they go in and out of if they want. At night they come inside of the house. They are great watch dogs. My labs are big guys. They are a mix. Guinness is 87 pounds and Brody is 103. To this day the company reaches out to us to check in and on occasion come by and walk the land just to check the areas where the fence was installed. I don’t typically give companies a rating but I felt confident to do so for Hidden Pet Fence.

I had a break in the system and emailed to schedule a repair Monday night. Tuesday I had received a call back and the repair was scheduled for the next day. The man providing the service was respectful and knowledgeable. He had my fence back up and running in a few minutes.

Hidden Pet Fence has been wonderful! The staff are all friendly and helpful. I love that the person (Corey) who comes out to do the quote is also the person who does the install and training. My dog is pretty skittish with new people so this consistency and the fact he clearly is a dog person was very helpful!The fence itself has been working great! My pup has learned the boundary and the pre-pulse auditory alert helps her correct before she gets shocked at all. I love that she has a chance to avoid the physical stimulus!Hidden Pet Fence follows up to help with scheduling additional trainings, adjustments to the response intensity, and to check in on progress.This has been a blessing! I finally can leave my little escape artist playing in the backyard without worry! The interest free financing made this decision a no brainer for our household!

Customer service rep named Laurie was great to deal with when I contacted this business. She set up an appt in a timely manner. I met with Corey who was very knowledgeable, very polite and took the time to walk my yard and see what we needed for our new lab. I priced out 3 other vendors. Corey also advised that they give Military discounts. I went with this company, Corey just installed it on 11/03/22. So far we are very pleased with the installation. We have had a invisible pet fence installed by Hidden Pet fence for three years. It has been enjoyable to allow our pup to roam our yard without fear that she will get out. We have has the fence serviced twice due to yard contractors damaging the line (tree removal & sprinkler installation). Both times the service technician was friendly, timely and knowledgeable. Repair cost is reasonably priced. In the future, I will have Hidden Pet come out and flag the line prior to any yard work where digging is involved. This was the best investment we have made in a long time. We worked with Rebecca from Hidden Pet Fence and she was the best ever! She worked so hard to get everything done for us in the one day. It was cold and rainy but she continued on. We have over 2.5 acres to cover as well. She worked with our dogs after the fence install and they loved her! We got both dogs right on track after day one. She left us their detailed and amazing directions to follow for the first week. Everything has worked and my dogs stay right in our yard. Now she can run free without supervision. Twice the fence has been damaged and the Hidden Pet Fence people were available to fix the fence the next day. When we decided to have a pet fence installed for our two dogs, we called three companies who all sent representatives to talk about their product. After we evaluated each presentation we decided that Hidden Pet Fence would best meet our needs and the needs of our pets. Steve was great! He did a fantastic job with installation, training and explaining everything to us. As a courtesy I e -mailed the other companies to inform them that we had made our decision. We considered all of the factors including price, however price was not our top priority. One of the other companies we did not choose, "Invisible Fence" replied to my e -mail. Without getting too specific, the reply from Invisible Fence was to bad mouth their competitor, who we had chosen. Although price was not our first consideration, we eliminated Invisible Fence right away because they were much more expensive than the two other bids we received from their competitors. We felt we were getting a better buy from Hidden Pet Fence and the other competitor. When I told Invisible Fence the price I got from Hidden Pet Fence, about a week later I got a call from the Invisible Fence rep who came to my home and she offered me a price 200 less than Hidden Pet Fence. I declined. If Invisible Fence wanted my business they should have quoted me a more competitive price from the beginning and I would have given them further consideration. I primarily chose Hidden Pet Fence because from my research they have a 100 percent containment rate, and I found the digital technology to be superior. As far as training goes every company has their own method, they all work as long as the dog owner reinforces the training on their own. Secondly, I liked Steve a lot. My wife and I felt a personal connection which really helped us to make our choice. We deal directly with him. Steve installed the system, trained our dogs, and is always available to address our questions or concerns. When choosing a Pet Fence make sure you conduct your own due diligence. Check out Hidden Pet Fence. I highly recommend them. As for Invisible Fence, their business methods left a bad taste in my mouth. I did not feel the same sense of trust that I get from Hidden Pet Fence.

I chose this company because their system works past the line unlike the other invisible fences. My dog is a runner and loves to chase the deer, and this fence works to keep her in! Plus they were less expensive then the alternatives. Friendly and professional staff too.
